"An intelligent platform to manage your project resources"

What do you like best?

In my experience using Zoho CRM, I must say that it is an excellent cloud-based business management platform with many features that provide tools for sales and marketing automation with support, analytics and customer service functions, this platform gives us the ability to respond to customers in all channels and with the Zoho CRM sales assistant we can plan the right time to contact customers, I must say it's a very complete and smart platform with a really affordable price that helps us save a lot of money and has made our work related to marketing and sales management much easier. What do you dislike?

Zoho CRM has some weaknesses that should be improved quickly, like the fact that it's problematic to try to customize the application can take a long time to get the right customization to your needs, it doesn't have a lot of tutorials to easily understand the features of the application, the virtual assistant is really innovative and smart but some features need to be improved and extended finally the technical support is very slow to respond and doesn't provide really useful solutions which is a problem because the program has a certain degree of complexity. Recommendations to others considering the product:

Zoho CRM is the perfect platform for sales professionals because it saves them a lot of time with its easy access, automated functions to manage time and track all sales. It is also excellent for staying in constant communication with the customer in different channels and analyzing what their most pressing needs are; I recommend it to both small and large companies because of its price and its smart way of managing sales and marketing projects. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Zoho CRM to manage all communications with our prospects, current customers and contacts; because of the ease with which we can contact our customers automatically, it is mainly used by the marketing and sales department to manage campaigns and find relevant information about our customers so that we can respond intelligently and quickly to their needs; another reason is that it has many integrations that allow us to work with the G Suite, WordPress and other third party systems. What do you like best?

I used the format to send out mass emails and it did everything that I wanted. I really like how easy it is to use and all the features it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only downfall that I have had is that I have thousands of leads and when I log off I have to go page by page to get to where I stopped, at 50 contacts at a time. If my next mass email starts at contact 2001, I have to click the next page arrow 41 times! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho CRM is a business management platform covering both small and large companies providing the tools necessary for greater productivity, within the tools offered by Zoho CRM we find functions of technical assistance, analysis, customer service, marketing and sales automation among other functions that give them infinite solutions to the company to respond both in real time and automatically to customers through easy handling and a wide agility within the platform. What do you dislike?

Of the main things that can play against the Zoho CRM platform is when you want to extract a list of customers because the process is very difficult because it requires integration with storage devices and easy synchronization with other products, we also get that although they have an interface extremely easy to handle if this is not customized is wasted multiple functions of great importance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

When there are problems the support of Zoho CRM is essential and really very favorable. Don't be afraid to get quick results, by using the online chat service you can save a lot of time. I have also spent many years using Zoho Campaigns, your email marketing package and it is a wonderful complement. Be sure to test the campaigns if you also use their CRM.
