A tool that makes a small business to grow fast

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho CRM for all communications with potential, current clients, and all contacts. It is used by all the people and departments of our business with easiness since it's accessible wherever we are and even through the mobile apps. We had to deal in the past with different software to monitor our communications. We used a lot of different software to do email marketing, surveys, etc., and we didn't have a 360-degree image for our clientele. Now, everything is unified and we can do more professional relationships.

Pros and Cons

  • It is a complete platform for anything we can think of.
  • It is very affordable and we save a lot of money and effort.
  • It offers new ideas for Marketing and Sales even for very small businesses.
  • We can have easily and fast the whole image wherever we are.
  • We serve our clients and respond, instantly impressing them.
Edit
  • Really it's hard to find something since they are always a step ahead. Maybe a better functionality for the locating features in the mobile app.

Likelihood to Recommend

For simple freelancers who do not want to invest time to customize it, it is a little bit tricky. However, if they can find a consultant it will be easier to customize it to their needs. In any case, any CRM solution has to be customized to some extent. For small businesses (2-10 people) and for bigger companies, it is excellent and at an unbeatable price.

Zoho CRM is a small but efficient way to increase productivity

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho CRM is used across my entire firm. We have the entire sales process within it, including leads, meetings, PO's and client accounts. All is managed via Zoho only and it provides ease of access to all data to everyone in the firm, we have it integrated with other software like FAST, Seller, and Vinculum to increase its cross-functionality.

Pros and Cons

  • Management of client accounts, new business leads, and old client meetings all in one place.
  • Ease of conversion from a lead to an account.
  • Ease of management and keeping track of deadlines and due dates.
  • Ease of integration with other software.
  • Accessibility of read-only data to almost every user.
  • Ease of analytics.
Edit
  • Sometimes there are bugs in entering the data.
  • An upper limit on modules listed on the webpage should be increased.
  • Would be nice if it logged out after a period of no activity.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoho CRM is well suited for sales professionals in any firm. It saves a lot of hassle and provides ease of access, time management and helps in keeping track of the entire sales team. It helps in analytics of a singular user as well as a team, but there are scenarios where certain duplicate accounts are created for clients when working over various locations, and it should have some account integration modules for duplicate accounts.

"Inexpensive CRM with amazing tools"

What do you like best?

I love that it has customization options. I try hard to make the softwares I use look welcome and ready to work, and customization is a big part of it. Making the dashboard and home page have characteristics that are appropiate to me, my business and my team, makes the work easier to handle. In terms of usability, I appreaciate Zoho CRM for creating tools that cater to all kinds of business, as it is easy to locate the features that are necessary for a smooth operations.

When using Zoho CRM, I am able to have my customers' database, and identify them acoording to certain products or locations that I can assign to them. It's easy to create daily reports as well as creating monthly ones, and share them with the team.

What do you dislike?

I would like to see more effort put into the integration experience, as it's not improved completely and some Zoho products don't work on the same level.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's important to have a clear purpose to use this CRM as it's important to get started as soon as you sign up, otherwise it can get messy and hard to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

When I started using this software, I loved that it allowed me to customize it and import directories that can be organized in the customer database. One of the benefits that I have seen with Zoho CRM is that it adapts to diferent types of operations easily, giving room for other teams to work on it effortlessly. The workflow is amazing and it has improved our way of working, going from a messy database to a more well organized data that can be configured according to teams.

"¡¡...The access requirements to Zoho CRM are special..!! "

What do you like best?

This program is based on the creation of systems to accompany the world of digital marketing, the access was easily what allowed me to deepen every aspect of the tool in order to give it proper use and the required utility. However, I proceeded with the integration of each application to design a personal statistical system to evaluate the feasibility indexes using Zoho CRM.

What do you dislike?

There are functions that are advanced in the circumstances every day I see with more incapie the way to develop a system that is violated by piracy agents, that is no stranger to that. Zoho CRM is a vulnerable tool but increasingly solid in some applications it has. The users I add do not have the freedom to create as I do, they always hear permission to access some tools, this is uncomfortable.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The main consolidation signal of Zoho CRM is the way in which you can integrate each application with the files that you can upload from the PC or mobile device. It also has an interactive support system that will guide each step towards the structuring of this tool.

A great step was taken to implement this tool with our systems and the way they let us use each technical aspect without the help of an expert. However, we went to the team in order to support each other in terms of obtaining facilities and positive elements to highlight.

"The CRM that I have installed on my cell phone where I register my calls and customer data"

What do you like best?

Automatically follow my activity through my cell phone, who do I call, how much time and the probability that it is a potential customer, if after a call I want to take note of what we agreed, even a reminder or to schedule an appointment I can do it immediately , it is compatible with gsuite so I link it easily with Google calendar so as not to miss any important date to attend an appointment.

What do you dislike?

Nothing dislikes me. I trust Zoho CRM to carry my clients' information and it has not presented me with failures.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A problem I had when contacting many potential clients in a single day is that you cannot organize as much as you can to follow up on each one, when I use zoho CRM I have the updated detail of each client, in this way I know what pending I have with each one and what should I do to finish the sales process.
