Optimize Your Business with Zoho CRM

Pros: Zoho CRM provides you with a large pool of features to help you take your business to the next level. I wanted a software that could give me sales force automation, marketing automation, and provide role-based security. Zoho CRM has proven equal to the task. It is really easy to use.

Cons: There is nothing bad to say about Zoho CRM. I wish I used it earlier. It is so nice

Overall: It helps immensely with salesforce and marketing automation. I have been completely satisfied with my overall experience

Pros: 1. Zoho is a great CRM for tracking lead generation , setting up Email campaigning , Calls ,Chats etc.

2. Setup your complete organization work flow with Zoho CRM.

3. There a lots of subscription available to purchase according to your need.

4. It has great look and feel and IDE.

5. You can use Zoho templates or you can create you own templates for emailing and other purposes.

6. You can customize Zoho CRM as per your requirement , if you are developer.

Cons: You need to have good knowledge of CRM if you want to use zoho CRM more effectively.

Overall: My overall experience with Zoho CRM is good , it has good customer support , I have also customized Zoho CRM as per my client's requirement.

Mostly pretty good

Pros: Cost effective for email services, especially when running multiple domains that don't justify an in house exchange server, or hosted exchange

Cons: Not convinced about the apps, with most corporate environments preferring to stick with MS. It's a hard sell as the consultant

Overall: Lots of functionality with email, although can be less than intuitive in setting some things up, or even getting back to the control panel from the email window. Also had some weird service glitches - imap client suddenly started asking for password, and auto configure stopped working for 3 days

Pros: They are a free version that is pretty functional and easy to use. Simple, clean and intuitive system that offers a lot of features and functionality.

Cons: It can be difficult to navigate between the system, i.e. going through the lead to find a phone number.

Overall: I enjoyed it, a great system for someone starting a business.
