"Zoho CRM is the tool I've been needing"

What do you like best?

The ease of use! I find the CRM to be super easy to use, has the ability to customize to fit my needs, and top notch training and support.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike really. If I had to say one thing, it would be the price as it has a load of add ons in which I'd like to see all in one option as opposed to having to add on for things like Document signings, Email integration, etc...

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you use Gmail, I suggest using the ZOHO Add On as it is great! When you are in an email you can not only add a LEAD and/or Contact, but you can also start a new pipline!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was having trouble managing all my business prospects and contacts. Was tired of so many spreadsheets and lost pipelines. This CRM has made me more organized and on top of my work.

"Best CRM for Real Estate! Easy to Configure to meet your needs!"

What do you like best?

Having the ability to configure this CRM to meet my needs is priceless! The CRM connects easily to all other ZOHO applications. Create your own variables, formulas, the list is endless... Having the ability to brand it as your own.

What do you dislike?

Need more formula fields! I love the formula function and use them up pretty quick.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you signup for Zoho One! This will give you almost all the Zoho products and they all connect pretty easily! They will complete you business! The CRM has the ability to create reports, dashboards, easily create your own input fields, do Forms to make input directly into Zoho simple! The CRM allows you to do email campaigns to directly communicate with current and future clients. Zoho CRM even allows you to add outside applications via the Zoho Marketplace to enhance the CRM beyond the CRM out of the box ability!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking all my contacts, listings and creating simple but informative reporting. Plus the ability to connect the CRM to campaigns, surveys, electronic signatures... All from within the ZOHO one system!

"Zoho CRM: best suitable project tracking option till now I have seen ever"

What do you like best?

easy drag and drop project tracking steps anyone can follow. zoho meeting/cliq/drive, as well as people application, made our life easy. First time has ever seen complete task weekly,monthly tracking with remainder and priorities.

What do you dislike?

Zoho Drive is a very good tool, but there is no temporary access token available for the recipient to view the files/folders. We need to compulsory share the files with the specific people/group of people.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

initially, in the previous platform, it became a very tidy process to track the entire project with a different class, but using Zoho projects it became too much easy to track a project at different stages.

"Zoho One means All Together"

What do you like best?

The most advantage of Zoho is Zoho plaform has 40 different application. Any of them you can integrate in 5-10 minutes. Zoho CRM core of all the tools. You can almost get every tools you need, for your business, within Zoho plaform.

What do you dislike?

Zoho has lack of documentation. I have not found the document like Zoho CRM best practices, or Zoho CRM Best Practices for Real Estate

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Zoho CRM is the best choice if you consider all other tools in Zoho One. You will get all most everything, what you may need, to run your business with in Zoho platform.

I have implemented more than 100 projects in Zoho CRM. I have never found any disatisfied customers/users

"Innovation and leadership in sales"

What do you like best?

Zoho CRM presents a complete management in the company's sales. We are able to monitor remotely and use all the resources that the software offers. It is possible to make meetings and presentations to customers making communication easier. Excellent sales performance. Sharing information with the team.

What do you dislike?

I have no criticisms to make at the moment. All the features offered have always worked very well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

it is easy to use and has great features with an uncomplicated interface that helps in carrying out the activities. It only brought benefits to the company so I recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We improve our sales and our workflow. We had a very considerable increase in revenue. The interaction with customers has improved a lot and everything is very effective, not to mention saving time.

"An intelligent platform to manage your project resources"

What do you like best?

In my experience using Zoho CRM, I must say that it is an excellent cloud-based business management platform with many features that provide tools for sales and marketing automation with support, analytics and customer service functions, this platform gives us the ability to respond to customers in all channels and with the Zoho CRM sales assistant we can plan the right time to contact customers, I must say it's a very complete and smart platform with a really affordable price that helps us save a lot of money and has made our work related to marketing and sales management much easier.

What do you dislike?

Zoho CRM has some weaknesses that should be improved quickly, like the fact that it's problematic to try to customize the application can take a long time to get the right customization to your needs, it doesn't have a lot of tutorials to easily understand the features of the application, the virtual assistant is really innovative and smart but some features need to be improved and extended finally the technical support is very slow to respond and doesn't provide really useful solutions which is a problem because the program has a certain degree of complexity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Zoho CRM is the perfect platform for sales professionals because it saves them a lot of time with its easy access, automated functions to manage time and track all sales. It is also excellent for staying in constant communication with the customer in different channels and analyzing what their most pressing needs are; I recommend it to both small and large companies because of its price and its smart way of managing sales and marketing projects.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Zoho CRM to manage all communications with our prospects, current customers and contacts; because of the ease with which we can contact our customers automatically, it is mainly used by the marketing and sales department to manage campaigns and find relevant information about our customers so that we can respond intelligently and quickly to their needs; another reason is that it has many integrations that allow us to work with the G Suite, WordPress and other third party systems.

What do you like best?

It contains all the tools you need to work on the web. Avant-garde designs, simple examples, professional guides and tutorials.

What do you dislike?

In order to understand the context of use, much longer must be applied than is offered. Which is an extra expense that should be considered when implementing the use of this tool.

The results obtained in Zoho CRM allow us to better demonstrate the global market for products. This allows to have and create teams capable of keeping up to date with an adequate pace in the business.
