Zoho CRM is the Champion CRM for Small Business

Pros: Zoho is truly the superhero that comes and saves the day. For many small businesses, a CRM is too cost intensive and difficult to implement, meaning they do things the manual way. In comes Zoho, a full featured CRM that is easy for businesses to use, and highly cost effective. We recommend and help implement it for many small businesses.

Cons: Zoho may still lack some of the support of a CRM like Salesforce or Dynamics, but the overall quality and cost effectiveness trumps all others.

Overall: Zoho has increased our bottom line by making it incredibly affordable and easy to manage customers.

Easy to use for global companies or solopreneurs

Pros: It's very comprehensive and yet fairly easy to use. I recommend it to all of my businesses I coach, even the really small, single-operators because it's a great way to collect data and information for them.

Plus the other add-ons like Survey are very powerful for some organizations. And even the free versions are incredibly useful.

Cons: I have not experienced anything I am unhappy with.

Overall: Keeping track of all your contacts and then being able to organize them is one thing. But also being able to keep notes about projects, email threads, etc. is so valuable for a small business - it definitely aids in organization.

BEST CRM, PERIOD!

Pros: The option to add more services, connect them and upgrade/downgrade them.

Cons: They don't have a shopping cart/store for websites and they don't have a way to connect the subscriptions with a Wordpress site :(

Overall: I took my time to look for a CRM that can be useful and not too pricey, I tried different ones that were just TOO EXPENSIVE and they offered you a bunch of services that you just did not need. We started with Zoho CRM and then added subscriptions, books, sales, etc. I LOVE how easy is to add a service and connect it among applications, also the price is flexible and you only pay for what you use. It is truly the best CRM around!

Pros: It has all the tools to set up appointments, reminders, graphs out progress. You may have to get a tutorial as if you are not familiar it might be a little time consuming, at least for me it was.

By far the best CRM available

Pros: This software is free which is extremely important for me. Beforehand, CRM's were very expensive and demanded a heavy fee. Zoho CRM has changed the game and now offers a free CRM platform with the options to upgrade.

Cons: The learning curve is a little hard in the beginning. Transferring contacts from excel can be a little tricky due to the formatting of the document and the way it gets processed.

Overall: I use Zoho as my main CRM on a daily basis. Along with my cold calls, I use Zoho to schedule phone meetings with potential clients. Since I've made Zoho my primary CRM, I have been able to connect with my clients on a regular basis. All I need to do is click on the activity page and my calls for the day are listed in front of my eyes.

Zoho Cliq

Pros: We utilize Zoho Cliq at our call center in order to keep communication open. I absolutely love the layout of the system, ease of use, and functionality. And my agents love that they can use GIFs and emojis. The capability of going from your desktop to mobile app is great, especially since i am on the road a lot and I can keep track of my team wherever I am.

Cons: The only thing I noticed is that the notification bell no longer works; but I'm not sure if that is on my end or the platform's.

Overall: Overall, it's an incredible product. My team and I are considering upgrading to other products Zoho has to offer other than Cliq.
