This CRM app has been essential in my business. We run a virtual/mobile consulting business using phones and tablets. ZOHO is what we use to log client data while on the phone. Very simple to make sharable forms to be used by our virtual assistants/customer service agents. Thanks Zoho
Pretty ok for its money.
Downsides: mandatory Last Name field (like honestly, who on Earth makes this field an id) and sometimes forms are not customizable enough.
Several functions not working for a week now. Cannot leave notes, cannot see previous notes, cannot upload attachments amoung other things. I understand that glitches happen but they do not typically take 1 week to get fixed. Every day counts for a company that lives by the information from their CRM. Please do not ask me ro contact the Zoho customer service team. I've done that and nothing is happening. Fix it now!
custom views are not available. finding and keeping information is like finding a needle in a haystack

Zohocrm has given us a lot of freedom when working with graphics, as these can be as varied as we want: bars, pie charts, radial maps, among others. Thanks to its varied visual representations so well detailed and organized we can take a better management of metrics.
WYSIWYG interfaces are not clean enough or easy to use. To create documents it is better to integrate the platform into an office suite, as zohocrm complicates this work a lot. A problem with zohocrm is that it does not provide us with complete control of the sales team and their processes. Most of their email templates feel outdated, and there are several mailing platforms whose integrations with zohocrm detract from the performance. It doesn't really work properly to track sales models.
The use of zohocrm can be good or bad depending on the approach you want to give it. We strongly recommend using it for forecasting, collecting feedback, and to prioritize potential customers based on their performance shown. Zohocrm is good enough to create analytics, and with them to carry out a more detailed and organized management of what happens inside and outside our website in relation to interaction with customers.
We can compare all the follow-ups of our performance metrics through a huge number of modules, whether based on computers, users, territories, among many others. With zohocrm our visualization of the metrics is much more secure and interactive, and we save a lot of work with the review of large databases.
