"Great platform for Business Development"

What do you like best?

Cost effective and provides valuable insights.

This has enabled us to identify organisations that have visited our leads but have not completed any contact forms on the platform.

What do you dislike?

Free version is too limiting as provides no leads. Would be much better if this was covered over a working week rather just 3 days.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are ensuring we capture all of the leads and follow up with enquiries regardless of whether they submit a CTA

Accurate information about the visitors and the right contact information.

What do you dislike?

Don't Help in choosing the exact person who visited our site and not getting direct contact details for most of the visitors.

Best and easiest to use and setup. Powerful website lead tracking software.

Using the information to ABM and identifying the right business to work with. Identifying the right prospect and reaching them using details provided by the app.

"Great for identifying visitors on your website"

What do you like best?

Leedfeeder identifies companies viewing your website, and can tell which page URLs are being viewed.

This information helps identify sales leads which can increase revenue.

They also email you daily updates via email.

Software is easy to use and works better than some others I have used.

What do you dislike?

So far no downsides and there is a free basic version as well

There is a free trial that gives you access to the platform so give it a try.

Gives me just the info I am expecting: Who has visited my web.

Nothing really, all good!

Overall I am happy with the service.

"Great tool for building out your Account Based Marketing Strategy"

What do you like best?

Helpful and quick customer service, continuous product improvement and solid integrations. I also love the fact that Leadfeeder shows me all the historical web/page visits up til 6 months back.

What do you dislike?

Haven't found anything that doesn't work as it should.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking to test/implement Leadfeeder, get in contact with their sales team. The 30 minutes I planned with Dipak were extremely helpful in understanding where the software adds value & demonstrating ease of use. Another great way of getting a quick understanding od the tool is by exploring their Leadfeeder Academy!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Leadfeeder allows me to find/test new target markets, drastically increase our Marketing Qualified Leads, shorten the cycle from visitor to customer and is the best tool to start building out your Account Based Marketing strategy.

"Great Tool!"

What do you like best?

Being able to see who is on my site and watching specific projects!

What do you dislike?

With everyone in lockdown it is a little harder to see how accurate the info is.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can guide people through my site and keep track of where and how they are viewing our work. This is great as a sales tool but also to see the journey through the site and for upkeep and maintenance.

"Good Platform to learn about your SEO targetting"

What do you like best?

I like that I can see the company names and that there is diversity weekly in the reporting. It helps inform how we can update our website to be more targeted.

What do you dislike?

The free edition is super limited, the pro is expensive.

Give it a go, it is worth seeing if it is a tool that will work for your company to understand who your traffic really is.

Website content and PPC targetting becomes much better when you understand your specific traffic.

"Great tool"

What do you like best?

It would give me the heads up when a prospect visited our website. It gave me the time, location, company. It was a great tool to use to follow up with prospects when they dropped off.

What do you dislike?

I wish i had a longer trial period to get a good understanding of the tool.

I know who is visiting our website, how to follow up with these visitors. I can see where the vistor dropped off. It is very helpful.

"Very Good Website Tracking and Lead Generation Tool"

What do you like best?

Interest Score is an accurate and helpful feature. Even their Free subscription packs a punch.

What do you dislike?

There is a discrepancy between Visitors number shown on Google Analytics and visitors displayed on Leadfeeder. I am not certain, but leads might be leaking.

Getting high quality lead details of website visitors even if they have not left their contact details behind.
