"Best lead entry"

What do you like best?

The ability to check all entered leads and customers with ease making follow ups with our customers easy. Very user friendly with an easy layout.

What do you dislike?

Reduce the amount of tabs by compressing things together. Not being able to set a color to match business. Other than that, great product.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great for sales jobs looking to keep track of customer info and being able to send out updates right out of the program itself.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Doing follow ups with customers easier and reminders to contact. Keep long-term and short-term contract info with the ability to enter as much possible information

"Better have a lot of $$$ to use SF"

What do you like best?

Everything and I mean everything is customizable. You can customize different pages and even app views for different users or user profiles.

What do you dislike?

Everything is customizable. So if you don't have an IT team to set up your SF environment, you'll be paying Salesforce or one of their outside company "partners" to help you get started. This is not included in the purchase price of Salesforce. In addition, your "account manager" rotates every year so you have to re-explain your business dynamics and utilization of SF to a new person every 11 months, who then tries to sell you more features or complimentary applications that you told the last account manager you weren't interested in.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Consider your yearly CRM budget carefully. Salesforce will require many hours of work to set up, implement, and maintain. This could be your internal staff hours, or outside partner company that you hire. Either way Salesforce costs much more than just the licensing price.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We created more problems than we solved so we dropped it. It was too expensive and SF had shown our small company that they were too big to be concerned with helping a small business like ours and it was not worth the tens of thousands of dollars we spent each year.

"Salesforce review "

What do you like best?

The ease of going through hundreds of records a day and saving notes with those accounts, contacts, prospects, and specific opportunities. The functionality of the tool is amazing.

What do you dislike?

We need more automation. We are in 2019 we need some AI stuff going. If we can get more tools off o the platform that would be beneficial.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Everything is great. just need more automation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organization. That is key a long with tasks and reminders and notes. You can no exactly where you left off with something and come back to it tomorrow, a day, a week, a month, or even years later.

One Stop Shop!

Pros: This program is over the top amazing. It has some great features and is very easy to use. It doesn't take a lot of knowledge to get started. It allows you to easily track sales, productivity along with many more. It allows you to get the job done a lot faster then any other program I've ever used. All in all amazing and I do recommend this before investing in a ton of IT experts. Check them out you will be blown away!

Cons: Nothing I honestly can't pick anything I dont like about it

Overall: Amazing support and has everything I need to operate and keep track of my business needs.

"Using Salesforce as a CRM system"

What do you like best?

I love using SFDC as a crm because it works for each department in the sales org, it is constantly evolving and I love the integration options that are available

What do you dislike?

i dislike that the mobile app is quite old fashioned and slow, I dislike that i am not able to view certain accounts and I dislike that it must need an email to add a prospect

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you provide your team with proper onboarding

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Perfect CRM to use, making sure we have the right data and up to date information, I have realized it is completely necessary for a cross functional team

Alumni Director

Pros: SalesForce allows our organization to house members all the way from candidates to current members to Alumni and change their status along the way. Being able to keep all these contacts in one central location and assign different data categorization pieces to them makes our understanding of our group much clearer.

Cons: At times I feel like creating different reports and assigning the date ranges can be somewhat confusing, which would cause some misunderstanding in the reports they are running. The dates are pre populated which is convenient, but also could be overlooked for novice users.

Overall: Overall, SalesForce allows our organization to have clear understanding of what's going on with our members and get a better insight into where we're going. Having the data and tools laid out for us in a way to guide our future is a huge benefit.
