"CRM worth of thumbs up"

What do you like best?

Salesforce helps to utilize the best apps and instruction tools in 1 package for our customers and colleagues. Integration with thirty programs together with a variety of add-ons and connectors make the procedure to perform very easy. Customer Relationship Management tool allowed us automate end to end business processes by adequate tracking donations and general reports.

What do you dislike?

Downtimes have occurred to us a couple of times in just fourteen days, what's might be critical for the time of some projects. Additionally, it is challenging to convince customers, once you're going to decide how to configure software with the support of their consultant, to implement every task during the workday.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

More materials at resource library

Dashboard allows you to link to all your connection channels like emails,social networks at one place,where you can easily analyze incoming data of your customers for marketing purposes etc ,almost on fly.

"Document storage"

What do you like best?

I use this at work to look up documents and attachments when i can’t find a physical copy! I’d say it’s pretty convenient in that it stores PDF and scans PDF for text so no matter what reference i use to search it will pull up my

Document.

What do you dislike?

Something negative I’d say is some of the labeling are the same or mosleading which causes excessive clicking

Not so much solving but it creates a space for document storage which is convenient and again it’s venefit is the searching tool that scans all reference texts

What do you like best?

Easily we configure our CRM features. Admin can do all the setup. Easily you can integrate with other systems

What do you dislike?

Lightning pages are loading slowly. Migration is very hard.

you can do lot more with salesforce, sales perdition, lead scoring. lots of new features their in the product

"It is a best cloud based CRM."

What do you like best?

As I am QA, I haven't used much section on this. We just mange the project history by creating the project and filling the details. In which different work packet are included. Also, we can personalize the layout as per our requirement. The data is safe and secure so dont need to worry about the details kept on saleforece.

What do you dislike?

While using the salesforce I have encountered one drawback which is:

As we have to fill the time sheet on daily basis and the if I add the multiple project detail to the time sheet then it got messed up and all the detailed gets deleted. So for this we have to add again all the details.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Yes I would recommend others to use this platform so that a good link is maintains between clients and other peoples involved in the project. Also, there are many sections which are useful for like Chatter. However as a OA the part I use is only the project details entered to check and close the workpackets created. And the timesheet which has to be filled on daily basis.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The beneficial things for this is it taht as a user and clients we can easily manage the overall details of any project. We can easily keep the data on who so ever people are involved in the project. When each workpacket is created and closed. However as a OA the part I use is only the project details entered to check and close the workpackets created. And the timesheet which has to be filled on daily basis.

"The platform that increased the productivity levels of my company."

What do you like best?

I like this program because it has allowed the growth of the company, it allows us to access the information or data of our clients both from the offices and from any other site of our preference, which is great and very important, since it allows us to work from several places and gives us flexibility in the workplace.

Its function of compiling and storing addresses, data, of customers in a safe and comprehensive manner, is very good since we can do a more personalized job and we have no fears or the opportunity to be lost or stolen by the competition, because Salesforce is a secure and reliable platform.

What do you dislike?

Actually, this program has performed very well in the company, but we did not have the foresight to configure the components at the beginning and we decided to do it later, which caused a complex integration, but we recognize that it was a failure of us, so I consider Salesforce an excellent program.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Salesforce has exceeded our expectations as a company, I can certainly recommend it with the full security that will be very useful for your company as it has been for mine. Take advantage of their good versions.

In general, this program has been of benefit, since it controls the data of our clients and stores very important information, besides this it is very easy to use, its different payment plans and options are very accessible, considering that it has an excellent result and compared with alternative programs, it is very low.

Salesforce has been an ideal tool for our sales, better management, advertising management, positively influencing our brand and business image, allowing us to grow as a company and keep productivity levels in constant progress.

The platform makes it really simple to pull targeted information from the user's input and add it to fields within a mass email.

What do you dislike?

The software can be a bit bloated, difficult to navigate, and the interface is not very appealing.

Salesforce is a good platform for long-term projects because it has a steep learning curve. If your project timeline is short with lots of employees who will need to be trained, consider a simpler platform.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, being able to follow accounts, check in, leave notes, photos, track kpis, etc.

What do you dislike?

The Salesforce app needs to be greatly streamlined and also made more user friendly. It has a lot of glitches.

It’s very user friendly, spend lots of time clicking around and getting “lost” within it to see all the benefits. Also play with reports which are very helpful once you figure out how to run them.

"We chose Salesforce because it was very flexible and easy to customize"

What do you like best?

Salesforce is vital to our unending quest to understand our customers. That was very important to us — to ensure that this became our CRM, and had our language and processes. With Salesforce we can move a lot faster and keep adapting to our customer’s needs.

What do you dislike?

When data is updated from an Apex controller and redirected to the detail page in Lightning Experience, the updated data is not seen in the UI and Process Builder does not handle cross-object formula criteria when that relationship field doesn’t have value.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The settings and the set up any campaign in Salesforce is so compatible and simple and easy to monitor. Reports are easily pulled

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Instead of manually transferring data from one app to another, any interaction that you record with a customer using your customer service software can also be captured and recorded in your CRM
