"Powerful CRM"

What do you like best?

SalesForce holds every kind of data imaginable. It's easy to manage contacts and leads and create Opps when needed. The many plugins/add-ons available can make the system even more powerful than it already is.

What do you dislike?

I think it's actually a little too powerful. It's difficult to sort through the unnecessary fields and can feel overwhelming even when you know the system really well. Hiding fields for certain types of users would help.

Best for large organizations of 10+ users

I really like how you can easily navigate it on your phone and computer to access the software.

If I could dislike something, I would make it easier to see what you are inputting wrong so it’s easier to fix it

"Powerful CRM Tool"

What do you like best?

Saleforce CRM provides an easy to use interface and detailed analytics of the customer data. The system has easy note taking capabilities, and includes a variety of options for customer communication.

What do you dislike?

Salesforce CRM is prone to being buggy at times. There seems to be a lot of downtime or system errors, which hampered my progress with work and ultimately, my ability to use the system.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Salesforce is very easy to use and provides a lot of benefits when it comes to managing customer information and reviewing the data behind each customer. The system can be buggy and may go down from time to time, however, their support team seems to work fast in resolving these issues.

Keeping customers information safe and organized in one system solved many issues with customer data management. Using this CRM tool made my work more efficient and easier to manage.

There isn't anything that I dislike so far but I don't use it like other people in my team

"Best CRM, very capabale"

What do you like best?

It’s clearly the best on the market, and it’s capabilities are endless. It’s incredibly robust and usable for small and large businesses.

What do you dislike?

It’s extremely expensive to get all the advertised value out of it, requiring lots of consulting and setup fees. It seems that every company I’ve worked for has not had clean enough data to make Salesforce truly effective (I.e., reporting revenue or attribution accurately)

"User friendly, but clunky, not at good as Microsoft"

What do you like best?

Easy to learn and navigate, trailhead allow for easy view of growth

What do you dislike?

Pretty clunky, and immature trailhead modules that weren't very useful beyond basic "how-to" basic for using the CRM

Recommendations to others considering the product

Look at Microsoft dynamics or Sugar CRM. I really didn't think Salesforce was all that impressive, especially now looking back a year later.

"New to our organization but already so sufficient"

What do you like best?

My nonprofit organization just transferred over to salesforce and it is so amazing! The benefits are exceptional and the ability to acquire necessary information is easy and great.

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet. I’m not very tech savvy so I don’t like change but I am so glad we are now using salesforce. It seems like everyone uses salesforce so glad to be out of the Stone Age. :)

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are now able to search for constituents quicker and easier than we were ever able to before. We are also able to manage events wot correct data and financial and participant records.

What do you like best?

Salesforce simplifies prospect management with many easy to use features including gmail integration.

What do you dislike?

Very little. Best CRM I've ever used. Building/utilizing reports could be easier. Seeing statuses of contacts could be simpler as well.

Try it! We use Target X, the higher ed product. Very well put together.
