What do you like best?

There are certain basic functionalities that one would think are possible but actually are not. There are several situations like this where the SFDC community has had petitions for basic options and functionalities to be available but SFDC has not implemented them. What do you like best?

the possibility to link offer to opportunity and the automatically uploaded of the opportunity. It's very useful the possibility to update the information in web platform and use the Salesforce app to see all the synchronized.information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Organized Contact of the customers and automatically fill in of the opportunity information. The benefits are: saved time work and forecast report. I'm an account and I use to work from my car or customer office. I need a faster and simply platform that can help me to reach fast all the necessary customer's information and to manage the opportunity in the best way. I think that Salesforce did a very good job and that is the best CRM platform in this moment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
