"Excellent customer management platform which can be useful for all industries"

What do you like best?

Primary advantage with Salesforce is with the cloud based platform , can be easily customizable with in short time without any infrastructure. Out of the box Sales cloud , service cloud ,marketing cloud can be used to set up 360 view of customer based platforms. Another great advantage is with app exchange and well developed API and data migration ,integration abilities. Salesforce also offer excellent reporting capabilities.

What do you dislike?

Salesforce platform governor limits and lighting platform issues .

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Certainly can be considered for crm solutions for all types of industries, Salesforce platform will never let you down .Different licenses ,wide variety of cloud solutions available, make sure to select appropriate license and solution based on the need.

We are using sales ,service and marketing ,financial clouds to manage bank customer management ,loan processing using Ncino and service cloud for customer service issues and portals for self service.

"Great Sales Tool"

What do you like best?

Logging prospecting calls and tracking my performance. Helps me be more productive with tracking my activity on the accounts in my portfolio. Great sales tool to stay organized and achieve your sales goals

What do you dislike?

My performance dashboards could use an update. Have issues with reporting on deals gaps and calls made.

It will definitely help you in your sales process.

Most of the information needed to close a sales call is all available under the account and that helps alot with winning back customers when you are able to sound more knowledgeable about their business.

"Best CRM system out there for big Organizations"

What do you like best?

SAlesforce is by far the best CRM I've ever used and is the Best CRM system out there for big Organizations. You can easily integrate and navigate through complicated data sets with ease. Which is very very important. Organization is key in roles like mine and there are few CRM's that can handle all that I need it to.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the data sets can be alittle scattered but honestly i dont know a better way to handle it. They do a great job considering what we are asking of it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you've ever tried other CRM's out there, SalesForce will blow you away.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Customer info. Navigating Opportunities. creating new accounts. Pretty much every feature that they offer.

"Very Intuitive CRM"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy using Sales Force CRM I mostly use this software at my company for managing and keeping track of accounts for our clients and our brokers. I also use Sales Force to create opportunities with clients who are looking to purchase from us . It's so easy to create a sales profile and then from there moving an opportunity through our different sales stages to bring an opportunity to its final stage and create an agreement for the group to sign. I also really like how the sales force system integrates into other software to make things eaiser . Sales Force has great customability that allows our company to really cretail the software to our needs.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, there is not much I dislike about Sales force . Especially now that we use Sales Force Lightning the layout of the platform looks way nicer and easier to navigate. I would say if we were using the old platform I would not like it as much.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great system with no issues so far while using it great support team offered from Sales Force which makes it easy if we do run into any issues using the software . We have great integrations with this software could not be happier using this type of platform.

Keeping organized with our clients and keeping track of accounts to stay on track. We also are using this to ensure we hit our quotas and dong have any issues staying focused.

"Highly Recommend Salesforce CRM"

What do you like best?

Highly customizable, but at the same time a lot of great out of the box solutions to get up & running quickly.

What do you dislike?

Really nothing I don’t like. Premier support package is a great service, but it’s expensive.

Excellent tool for sales & marketing. Use it for marketing automation, lead generation, sales pipeline management.

"Awesome Tool"

What do you like best?

Being able to see all of my necessary accounts in one specific place. Also being able to see all related information and syncing other tools to Salesforce

What do you dislike?

I do not like how I cannot go in and remove data from certain accounts. There are many duplicate accounts and I am not allowed to go in and change anything. It makes the parenting of the accounts confusing sometimes.

Business objectives, getting in contact with the correct people and having all of the necessary information available.
