"It is the best platform for connecting with multiple attendees."

What do you like best?

It is one of the stable platform for connecting it with the multiple attendees. It is the best platform for doing screen sharing sessions and using as camera to talk to the multiple audience.

What do you dislike?

It is only having limit of 101 attendees if they can increase it. It would be great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend it to all because it is very stable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving doubts of the multiple learners by taking remote access and resolve their issues.It is one of the best platform for doing the screen sharing sessions

"GoTo - What would I do without you?!"

What do you like best?

I really like the ease of use to create and customize multiple sessions. My L&D team uses this tool constantly when we are create our list of classes and scheduling the class offerings.

What do you dislike?

My L&D team has decided to do more sessions using our cameras. However, with GoTo Webinar, only the facilitator can show/use the camera. That feature we be great for everyone.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Instead of having to create a name or distribution list, our L&D department can schedule multiple sessions for training that allows each team to register at times that work for them.

"I Just Love this Platform!"

What do you like best?

The Customer Service is what actually sold the service for me. During my 7 day trial, I sampled out the platform and needed some assistance. I called the customer service several times, during the Trial period, and they were very patient and happy to help. They were very knowledgeable and helped me navigate through any of my issues. I knew that if I had any problems with the software/platform that the Customer Service would be there to help. I was sold! And I Absolutely LOVE this platform for my business. It's easy to learn and to use. My students and customers are very happy with it too. We feel secure and at peace with having our meetings online. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a very professional way to present any information, classes, etc, online!! I love it ; )

What do you dislike?

What I dislike is the quality of the videos when I put them up on another platform, but I'm not sure how much that has to do with GoTo, it may be the other platform that is condensing them and they can become grainy. Other than that, I'm SUPER HAPPY with this platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problem was my students are around the world and having local classes meant those who do not live in my area had to wait a few days to a week to get the information. This way, everyone is able to attend and the videos are ready within minutes!! I LOVE THAT PART! It has saved me so much time editing videos. Also, a huge benefit has also been the ability to charge for classes or to have them free, but still remain professional. I also LOVE the automatic emails!! I can't tell you how much time that has saved me too. It's just a very professional site and it has everything I was looking for.

"Truly a 180 degree turn -- love this professional software!"

What do you like best?

This software is incredibly easy to use, looks professional on our end, as well as client-facing for our webinar attendees. People generally are able to join very easily, and can interact with us during and after the session using the chat and question features. (They love using those!)

What do you dislike?

Wow, hard to find much, but if I had to choose something to criticize, it would probably be the channel management for our recorded/published videos on GoToStage. I do really enjoy having all of our content editable and in one place, however, I wish there was more available to our attendees as an interactive platform. For example, if there was a place alongside the videos to give them access to PDFs and the handouts from our sessions. People who join us live are able to access the handouts, and I include them in a follow-up email as well, but it would be great if they could access it on the same page, along with the recordings.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd first research all of the GoTo softwares (GoToStage, GoToMeeting, etc.) to see which product would best suite your needs. When we began this journey with GoToWebinar, I had no idea there were so many additional options! There are many different items that could be great tools to your company and your projects. GoToWebinar has made my work projects so so much easier to manage.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Outreach and connectivity with our clients who are either unable to travel because of time, money, distance, and now Covid, of course... as well as clients of ours who have such busy schedules (anyone in agriculture working crazy long 16 hour days) and are unable to join us during the live sessions.We've solved this problem with GoToWebinar because they are now able to access our recordings and join us "On-Demand" -- something at least half of our audience now does. Yay!

"My Review of GoToWebinar"

What do you like best?

An Interesting app/software which connects with just one link click. The upside of using GoToWebinar is definitely its easy to use interface and advanced functions for screensharing.

What do you dislike?

Its a heavy app/software requiring too much bandwidth to function properly. Any disruption in speed of Internet automatically stop its functions or gives an error for connectivity.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its one of the best Apps/Softwares available to make communications easy and effective.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am conducting my business meetings with GoToWebinar due to ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. The benefits so far have been interactive interface and easy to communicate facility.

"Clear communication quality of GoToWebinar"

What do you like best?

Immediate, clear communication quality of GoToWebinar, including microphone, Cartoon Network and image.

What do you dislike?

Almost perfect, but I still would like to hope GoToWebinar able to adjust the world-time zone automatically such as Google Calendar.

I make use of GoToWebinar to attend my Harvard Medical School Extensive Education Program group meeting Over Boston, USA, Japan and Taiwan in 2018. The clear communication quality made it peaceful and perfect to finish our discussion and empower our learning.

"Great virtual meeting platform"

What do you like best?

Flexibility is key. I've used other platforms and I always prefer gotomeeting and gotowebinar.

What do you dislike?

no disadvantages that I can pinpoint at all.

compare features of other platforms. Also look at reliability and support that goto offers

"Strong and stable platform for conducting online webinars"

What do you like best?

Ease of use. Stability of the platform and long track record for delivering this type of service

What do you dislike?

Really not much, but would like to see the web based version match all of the features in the downloadable application version.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The features of thoughtfully planned and very useful for conducting a successful webinar. Also, phone support is excellent compared to most all other technology/software companies.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ability to continue to provide professional education to our members without the staff time and expense of conducting live, in person events. The big benefit is being able to record our webinars and then sell these after the fact as on demand programs.

"Great Online Webinar Tool"

What do you like best?

The ability to duplicate prior sessions .

What do you dislike?

My main complaint has to do with the ability to replay recordings; it is possible, but not as user-friendly
