I've used Infusionsoft, Ontraport, AWeber, Get Response, Drip, Constant Contact and probably other systems I've forgotten about in the last twenty years of our online business.
Some of those providers had way more features than we needed, and they charged up the wazoo for it, like Infusionsoft. They seemed to think everyone who owns a business is raking in money, and they wanted their cut up front.
Then there are those who offer a more affordable service, but they don't have many features. It seems they appeal to hobbyists rather than serious businesses. The free version of MailChimp comes to mind.
I switched to MailerLite last month, and I have been totally bowled over by the incredible service, support and features they offer for such a reasonable price! Finally, a service that gives me the room to expand my business instead of driving me into debt. MailerLite is helping me build my business and succeed, and as I grow, it will only be reasonable to pay a bit more for the service.
The learning curve on most systems is steep, and help is often less than perfect. With MailerLite, how to use it is pretty intuitive, and the support is phenomenal. I've tried just about every service you can imagine, so I know what's out there, and I'm totally sold on MailerLite. MailerLite provides great support and a super service rich with features at an affordable price for anyone.
I currently have not seen any disadvantages to using MailerLite for my business. We have four websites of different types, and it would be nice to be able to set up separate accounts for each, but the MailerLite system does allow us to use all its features for multiple websites; it just takes a tiny bit more adapting and thinking to get it sorted. If you have a single business and website, that isn't an issue. But even if you have multiple sites, it's still doable with MailerLite.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's early days, but I figure we'll be saving about $500/year by using MailerLite. Also, they provide better reporting for things that matter, like how many subscribers I have that I'm being billed for. AWeber and Drip were notoriously bad at that and seemed to use a different kind of math for adding up subscribers. With MailerLite, I can easily see how many subscribers I have, and the numbers make sense. I also like how easy it is to create nice email templates with MailerLite. Way easier than most others I've used.
