One of the biggest positive points that can be achieved with Monday.com is the ease of working with several campaigns at the same time. The service includes a detailed and very accurate management of the databases on the contacts, and allows to work with actions activated by events, so that the campaigns for our projects are more automated. We like the electronic forms system offered by Monday.com, and its description management system for online payments.
It bothers us that Monday.com does not offer electronic signature management functions. Because of that, hiring management becomes a bit limited. Reviewing the tools to manage the self-service portal becomes quite late when you have several open tasks, or documents. A constant problem with Monday.com is that it does not allow us to program problem resolutions in a guided way, nor add a section of frequently asked questions to our website.
We recommend reviewing the huge list of integrations that Monday.com has, since with these it is much faster to store and back up project information, share files among team members, and even review documents. Its integrations with the Trello, zapier and google calendar platforms are fabulous.
With monday.com we have been able to save a lot of time when planning tasks for our team. It is easier to review everyone's progress, and thus ensure that all work cycles will be completed on time. Monday.com gives us a fairly generalized vision not only of the project, but also of our activity calendar, which can be seen weekly. It has also been a great help to work more comfortable, given its excellent mobile access.
I am a huge fan of excel and work in it regularly, I appreciate the likeness to excel but the added automation that Monday.com offers. The integration with outlook is a great added feature, allowing me to notify others involved about the standing of a task. It is also helpful that Monday.com is engaged with its users, the help guide is robust and the regular webinars regarding the usage of new features are always helpful. They make it an easy tool to use.
While the dashboard features are great and helpful, I wish that there was more reporting features. But overall all the features are great.

User interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I love their methodology. It's much simpler than Wrike, and actually makes way more sense which improved our user adoption internally. Before 1 person on our team was using wrike and now more than 20 of us are using it regularly, and we use it to collaborate with sales teams and outside vendors. Its easy enough for anyone who isn't in it every day to use.
Finally, and most importantly, they suggest board formats for you depending on your use case, and then you can copy and paste a complete board to make your own which saves SOOO much time.
Uploading excel sheets doesn't go as planned. Usually I cannot upload data successfully into Monday. The top row unfortunately get registered as the top level column heading which is cumbersome to fix and annoying.

The mobile app does not have the same functionality as the full site which is very disappointing when you have remote employees.
