"Best WordPress forms plugin on the market!"

What do you like best?

Gravity Forms has the best combination of features and ease-of-use. It has FANTASTIC documentation, and as a WordPress developer, it makes it easy for me to make any customizations that I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only downside is that creating custom form styles is a bit cumbersome (but that's the nature of dealing with HTML forms anyway). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's pricey, but definitely worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Gravity Forms for building client websites. I've yet to run into a form usage case a client can think up that Gravity Forms can't handle. Conditional logic, multiple pages, payment integration - it's got everything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gravity Forms Is Our Go-To WordPress Form Plugin"

What do you like best?

I like how Gravity Forms provides both easy to use form building for nonprogrammers, as well as APIs for programmers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The Elite license is kind of expensive, and it hits every year. This makes sense from your business perspective. It's worth it, but it would be even more worth it for $100 less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're building forms for WordPress. We solve the problem of needing forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Contact Form Plugin on the Market"

What do you like best?

I've used Gravity Forms on literally hundreds of Wordpress websites once Contact Form 7 started causing us problems around the time of Wordpress core's update to version 5. There are many integrations available and it is such a dynamic tool allowing for post creation, newsletter registration, and so much more than just sending a contact form notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I'd want to explain any downsides if there were any, and I'm not being paid for this review, but I honestly have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Keep up the awesome work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I know it can be hard to afford great software sometimes, but you will save money in the long-run not having to deal with inadequate freemium software that leaves all of their best features behind their own paid versions anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've been able to process transactions, opt-in for newsletter systems, and more that ultimately result in what us and our clients are really after... conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated Solution"

What do you like best?

Allows for integration with WP Profile Builder for a better client experience - prevents our clients from having to enter the same information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Form id is generic - hard for parsing it out/external processing of data through our in house software. Would prefer it actual field IDs could be set, instead of generic numbers. Makes it harder for us when it comes to syncing information between platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Developing a client portal/reservations flow for our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gravity Forms is by far the best all inclusive form solution for WordPress."

What do you like best?

Gravity forms does everything and it integrates well with all other popular services. We really haven't been able to find a problem that we couldn't solve with this plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We wish that there was a lifetime license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The time and hassle of dealing with any other form solution and WordPress are worth the price to get gravity forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tagging customers for different automation sequences. Easily integrate with Mailchimp, and with Zapier, easily with Ontraport.

We love the fact that all customer data is stored in your site's database.

Easily creating multi-step forms is a lifesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Must have form tool every Wordpress developer should use"

What do you like best?

What I like the most about Gravity forms is that it is more than just a form tool due to they way it is developed. I've used it to process payments, create custom portals, create a frontend post submission interface and more. The available addons make it easy to integrate to almost every CRM. Hooks and filters makes it easy to create your own custom solution so the website/form can perform more tasks throughout the submission process and after submission processes. I have also used gravity with other plugins to create custom portals where uses can retrieve their entries and edit them from the front end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

What I dislike about Gravity is that ITS not 100% compatible with Divi theme in terms of styling. Other than that, everything works like expected. I would also like better support for abandonment forms and more control over product/pricing fields in terms of calculations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give Gravity forms a try, it will give you the ability to construct powerful multipage forms with a great control of conditional logic, notifications, integrations and more. Avaialble hooks and filters makes it easy for developers to extended the form engine to perform other functions/tasks as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"GravityForms - Easy & Consistent"

What do you like best?

GravityForms is simple to use, easy to customize, and is my absolute go to for Wordpress forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, not a lot. The Captcha seems to be hit or miss but I don't imagine that is GF's fault Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

GravityForms makes it simple for my clients to capture leads directly within their WordPress site. Exporting to a CSV is an easy way to keep track of all of the entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST contact form plugin for WordPress"

What do you like best?

Gravity Forms is chock full of great features that I use across all of my websites. It's easy to use and allows you to fully customize the look and behavior of your form with CSS. My favorite feature is conditional logic, which lets you create intelligent forms that dynamically change depending on what the user selects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I would love to see built-in integration for Divi by Elegant Themes, or at least some sort of styling tool to make styling forms more streamlined. CSS works, but it would be nice to have a visual styler of some sort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend Gravity forms to everyone who has a contact form on their website. You'll love that it saves your entries to a database and includes data retention controls. It's also great for e-commerce with Stripe and PayPal integrations on the higher tiered plan. Their support team is also quick to respond and will help you with any questions that you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Gravity forms in my web design business to process recurring Stripe subscription payments and to collect client information before starting their web design projects. My clients use Gravity Forms to collect new leads for their businesses and some even use it as a tool for internal communication between staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So much easier than other form solutions!"

What do you like best?

The user interface for building and configuring forms is the most user-friendly I have seen. The integration into WooCommerce was a lifesaver for our recent project. We needed a solution that would allow us to ask customers a series of questions during the product selection, including repeating inputs, to register for online classes during COVID-19. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, keep up the great work! Can't wait to see future versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It may take some work to switch over to a new vendor, however, it will be well worth it. We have saved so much time by switching to Gravity Forms, both by having more efficient form creation, but also by enabling the collection of even more information before/during a purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed eCommerce conditional logic forms with repeating inputs for unlimited class registration details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Form Builder"

What do you like best?

The customization of column sizes, responsiveness in the forms of mobile and desktop and the use of conditional logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Wish you didn't need additional plugin to stylize the form more. You have to download Gravity Form add on in order to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a form builder that gives you a great flexible building option, Gravity Forms is it. You can create multiple forms, have those submit to whomever you would like using logic. This form builder also is the reason why we can have creative forms on our website. If you are looking for a form builder that allows you to do multiple step forms (ex: registration) Gravity Forms is it. Have been using it for over 7 years and don't choose anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to do multi page forms. Validation to show next field with conditional logic. Registration is a breeze with Gravity Forms. Also, able to create form pop ups that allow us to embed forms on sites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
