Start and end dates are it's best feature

Pros: It's the only free project management software I've used that lets you have a start and end date for a task or project. This is really important, because it lets me and my team really think about how many days a task might take and plan for them weeks and months in advance. For example, on a Wednesday I can task my team with something to start on Monday and be done by next Thursday. On other free project management tools, I'd only be allowed to set a due date for the following Thursday. Sounds small, but it really makes a huge difference in project management.

Cons: It's not *the* least intuitive, but it's among the least. Basecamp and Asana all have better, more intuitive interfaces. I've had trouble getting my team to consistently use Wrike because they find it too hard to understand.

The most appropriate, well designed software consisting of advanced features

Pros: Writing about pros, I would say Wrike is the best ever tool used for managing projects within short time. It consists of all necessary tools that we needed the most. Additionally it helps us in planning projects too. I love its intuitive interface. Both its mobile and desktop applications are very helpful and useful. Moreover, it helps us in monitoring our work. Summing up my views I would say Trello is surely a great tool which has greatly improved the transparency and eliminating all the errors and enables us to set priorities of our own choice.

Cons: After using Wrike, I forget all other remaining products as it provides incredibly excellent services. I am completely satisfied with its performance. I am not having even a single complain to mention here. It is indeed perfect from every direction.

Overall: Overall Wrike is no doubt the most powerful and effective software and helped us a lot in solving all the problems related to project management.

Like a Digital Bullet Journal, Only Better

Pros: Before Wrike, my colleagues and I used paper planners. While I enjoyed the freedom of design this provided me, it also had limitations--limitations that Wrike has eliminated. Now, I can set up timed reminders for tasks and projects alike, collaborate with my peers, and break down complicated projects step by step.

Cons: Wrike has a bit of a steep learning curve, and some of my colleagues felt overwhelmed pretty quickly. But I suspect this has less to do with Wrike and more with their own (dis)organization. With patience and a little training, this software can become a huge asset to your office.

Overall: If you're looking for a relatively simple way to track and assign tasks to your team, look no further! Wrike has certainly made my life less complicated.

Wrike Review

Pros: I think this software is a great project management tool that allows you to set milestones and align with your team goals. In addition, our team is very task driven so this tool has allowed us to stay organized and stay on track with our tasks.

Cons: The dependencies feature can get clunky and will sometimes break when rescheduling tasks, but it is easy enough to fix.

Overall: Overall, our experience as a fast growing company utilizing this new tool has been great. This software has allowed us to move forward in project planning and be more productive in a team setting. The in-depth training we received from day one has been wonderful along with all the customer service help we received. I highly recommend this to any company looking to establish longterm goals and have a better project management plan in place!

"Does a lot, not well, but a lot"

What do you like best?

That it really does offer you the ability to do everything from project management to communication, to reviews. The suite really does offer you an array of options that work well for both creative and marketing departments

What do you dislike?

if you do everything, there's a large change you that you won't do it well. This isn't a stab at the product but I certainly find myself looking for projects for about half the time that it takes me to actually do the task. There is so much built in that there are parts that are flawed. Also, this grinds my gears..there is no approved with changes button which allows projects to go on for longer than they would in other programs

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

everything from time tracking to workflows and reviews.

Wrike in an agency setting

Pros: Simply put, the number features and customizations. Wrike is a very robust tool that my development team, our larger organization and many of our clients use as our primary ticketing, process and communication tool. It is feature-rich, including things like timelines, Gantt charts, public or private data collection forms that submit into tasks in a manner you define, and a slew of customizable folders and permissions.

Cons: Permissions "trickle down" the folder structure to any and all subfolders. We've had issues where someone will add a client to a higher level folder with subfolders that were intended to remain private, but they also receive access to those subfolders without any warning or confirmation. I strongly suggest paying close attention to how you architect your folder/project structure to minimize the risk of this happening.

Overall: The main reason my organization needs a tool like Wrike is to compartmentalize tasks and projects in a much more detailed manner than is available through conventional means of communication like Email. For example, we can have a single project folder with subfolders for each key project deliverable - design, development, contracts and statements of work, meeting minutes, etc. It grants all project stakeholders, both internal and external, the means to access anything they need to keep the project moving smoothly. It also allows tasks to be assigned to specific people or groups at various times and with detailed, customizable statuses. Because of this, we're able to use Wrike seamlessly as a process management system.

Great Collaboration & Project Management

Pros: I love that everyone can have insight into a project for easy collaboration, content review, and deadlines. It also helps organize everything and roll it up into one folder. The dashboards are also great for organizing your own individual projects in one place. Wrike also provides a lot of webinars and other training methods so that you can really become a pro on your own.

Cons: Overall Wrike has been able to address all of our project management needs, and I haven't really found any shortcomings.

Overall: This has helped connect all of our internal and external teams that work together on integrated campaigns, and allows us to see progress, historical projects, and more.

"My work is more planned and organized"

What do you like best?

Your option to add tasks in several folders, makes me have an order of what I really want to do and what I need to distribute to have a project that advances in optimal conditions

It is a work tool that has been very useful for project management, with which I can easily control the general progress that is being made to see if it will be ready for the day of delivery

What do you dislike?

Wrike seems to me the best software that can be in the project management solution because it makes everything easier to do, it has absolutely all the tools that I need to manage each project, it does not lack anything, they created this software that they have thought about each tool that would serve for all tasks and I have it in one place

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has a project planning with the delivery dates stipulated from the beginning to know from the beginning how much time there is for the realization of the project and have the idea of whether the work will be intense or with enough time for the realization of each one

"Manage your projects in less time with Wrike is possible. "

What do you like best?

Wrike has a function called project tree that we love, because we can organize our work without cumbersome complications, this is what we were looking for when purchasing this product, in the same way we like the mobile application that allows us to execute and access from wherever we want and Backup in the Cloud, has several features such as its large diagram and, the taskbar in which we can navigate through different teams and groups.

What do you dislike?

There are certain setbacks of integration with other tools, more, however, has not been something that generates problems or delay, my team knows how to solve every nuisance, the important thing is to take the work forward and manage our projects with the advantages and features that Wrike offers us.

Recommendations to others considering the product

For all those who want and require for your company to manage a large number of projects, of course this platform is indicated, jointly offers several ways to acquire it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Wrike as software for project management has solved the problems we had in the past such as the delay in each daily task, or not being able to manage well the ideas that were presented, and for which we decided to use this tool, its customer service is of great help and although it is very easy to use they are always ready to evaluate every doubt that is offered to us, and we are sure that they will continue innovating.
