I've written a review before

I've written a review before, but I honestly can't rate Hubspot highly enough. Here's an example of customer support for you. I ask customer support for a feature that doesn't yet exist. They tell me that although it isn't currently possible, the team are looking into it because it's a popular request, and they are aware. I thank them for it. They close the ticket. Then i get a notice to say the tickets reopened. "Hi Ben,So sorry for re-opening up this ticket but I wanted to let you know of some very exciting new!When you originally chatted in about 4 hours ago, you asked about there being a feature to pause workflow actions on specific days (like holidays). At the time, there was no feature like this available - however, I just saw that internally, a new beta (literally released 20 minutes ago) was pushed out to a percentage of users that allowed for this functionality. I looked into your portal and didn't see the feature there so I reached out to the Product Expert who initially posted about this beta to ask if your portal could get the new beta. A minute later, got confirmation that your portal was added to that beta! 🎉To get to this feature, you'll just want to go into a workflow > click the settings tab at the top > and then under the General tab, you should see a new option to pause actions on a set date. I'll send a screenshot for reference!I'm really excited to provide you with this update especially since this wasn't possible earlier when you asked. Hope this helps for your workflows around the holidays and please feel free to reach back out if you're not seeing it yet!Best, Paul"Wow - that is what customer service is about. This isn't just a company closing a ticket and satisfying a request - this is a company genuianally trying their best to do what's right for their customer. I am genuinely baffled that Hubspot does not have higher ratings here. All i can say is my experience has been, almost exclusively positive. A company that is genuinely customer-focused and seems to practice what it preaches. The one thing I would say is that you do have to put the work into educating yourself on the tool. This isn't a tool for a small company that doesn't have the time to learn it. Hubspot has a lot of free educational resources, but i imagine a lot of people who sign up to the software don't put the effort in to properly adopt the software - so i can see this may be where a lot of dissatisfaction may arise, if you don't really make use of it properly, i can see if being an expensive waste of money, but if you actually use it properly, my experience has been they are a really great company to partner with - and their support is second-to-none.

What do you like best?

"Hubspot is so user-friendly and a great way to keep organized."

What do you like best?

I love using sequences, because it is so easy to keep organized and track whether contacts have opened my emails or clicked on my links (and how many times). Being able to measure open rate, click rate, and other metrics is key. Tasks also make keeping up with contacts so much easier. When I receive a reply from a contact, I can make a task to follow up with them instead of having to remember to follow up with them. I can also search through contacts for specific demographics, make tasks for all of those contacts and send a sequence to all of them quickly and easily. I also love the persona option in the demographics of contacts. Being able to tailor an email to a contact based on their persona can help determine what that contact is going to be interested in. What do you dislike?

It can be difficult to edit sequences quickly because you have to click into each template. We have a lot of people in our organization who use Hubspot and make templates and sequences. Our database can get messy and unorganized. I also wish it was easier to search for images to add to emails. I with there was a way that Hubspot could tell me where people are located and if they are still at their current position. I use LinkedIn or a Google search to find those answers, but I wish Hubspot could keep that information so I can have it all in one place. It would also be great if Hubspot could tell me that a contact is going to bounce before I send an email to save time between sending an email and tracking down a lead at their new business to send them the email again. It has been an incredible learning tool to be able to measure open rate, click rate, and unsubscribe rate of sequences to be able to better determine how wording of subject lines and the content of emails impact how leads interact with our emails. It is also so easy to see when and how contacts have interacted with our content. I can see how a contact came into our funnel and how long ago since they last opened our marketing email or talked to a sales representative. This helps me better craft and email and send content to the contact that helps us land sales calls and sell our programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot"

What do you like best?

HubSpot allows me to keep all of my leads organized exactly the way I need them to be. I can quickly see any customers who have not been contacted yet, those that I need to contact again and those that have already created an account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The thing that I like least is that you can only have 25 contacts in a column, and then need to keep clicking "show more" to scroll down further. I am usually able to search by name, but when I am not able to, this can get a little bit tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and comprehension platform"

What do you like best?

"Sequences = Success"

What do you like best?

With Sales Hub, my favorite feature is the notification you receive when a contact opens/clicks an email. It makes it really easy to indicate which person and at what time is best to follow up with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to choose - in the beginning, it was difficult for me to organize 10's of thousands of contacts with the available filters. I wished there was a more concise way to organize them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
