Where are the Tickets?

I don’t need “Conversations”, I need Tickets. We convert Tickets to Deals, and without them this mobile app is worthless as we can’t manage the lifecycle of a lead. Incoming emails automatically create Tickets. If a client responds to pre-sale questions or emails an Invitation to Bid, we can’t see it on this app.

HubSpot is not for Small Companies! Stay away.

Hi am Jitin Mishra and I was contacted by Amanda Siah from HubSpot in July 19 for their Partner program. Big promises were made about the benefits of the software to my agency and for my clients. I was NOT TOLD that I CANNOT cancel my subscription once I signed with with them. I enrolled for this program and was sold a subscription to HubSpot and my trainings were started. An onboarding fee was also charged by HubSpot from me. In terms of Onboarding I was given weekly assignments and told to complete them by next week. So this is onboarding. In terms of HubSpot software usage I was waiting to be onboarded before I could start using it. You are paying for a subscription that you are not using. This went on for July, Aug and Sept. I paid for a subscription that I was not using and did not intend to use. HubSpot is not meant for small business owners. You cannot run it with a small team. In the month of Sept I notified HubSpot that I did not intent to continue with their partner program nor do I wish to use their software. I had not used it for 3 months and I did not see anyways I could use it in future. Then came the shocker! I was told that I have to continue paying them even if I did not use the subscription. I have been getting collection notices since then from HubSpot. We are seeking legal help in this case and suggest all small business owners to stay away from them. Please be very careful before you sign a contract with them. They just want your money.
