HubSpot is the best out there.

HubSpot is the best out there. It's for SMB with a turnover bigger than 1 mio up to 1000. HubSpot is not gonna work for you if you think software will solve your problems. A fool with a tool stays a fool...... So do come up with a good plan, invest time, and start with HubSpot experts who know how to be succesful within 6 months.

"HubSpot's tools make a difference for our law practice"

What do you like best?

HubSpot's toolset has been instrumental in the success and growth of our law firm. Being able to track and record all inbound information from potential clients and then continue monitoring all communications and interactions with clients throughout the lifecycle of a case helps us better understand who, how, and where clients are coming from and how best to meet their needs and expecatations. What do you dislike?

There is resistance from new employees and even from long-time employees to consistently use the entire breadth and width of HubSpot's toolset. The online training provided by HubSpot has improved this problem. Also, HubSpot's toolset being web-based is not always as responsive as working on a local or client based application or NAS. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Learning where clients come from and how they sign-up has been eye-opening. You quickly learn that just because something has always been done a certain way that is is not necessarily the best way. We reaped a $53,000+ benefit which paid for the entire cost of HubSpot for a couple of years by uncovering that a certain advertising program we had used for years was actually delivering a horrible ROI. "Hubspot Does Everything and More!"

What do you like best?

Hubspot is extremely easy to use and is user friendly. The software is intuitive and they give access to a ton of videos for you to further train yourself on Hubspot's functionality. I also love their chat support feature where you can talk directly to someone at Hubspot if you have any questions or are having any issues. What do you dislike?

Lack of integration with Microsoft Teams and sometimes the functionality of reports. I would like for that to be a bit more robust! There really isn't much to complain about with this software as they're extremely open to suggestions and are always looking for ways to improve their platform! I would highly recommend using the resources available to learn the basics and more of Hubspot. There are so many great things the software offers and a lot can be missed if the surface is only scratched by your users/administrators. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am using Hubspot to solve task management, engagement/outreach strategies, and account management. It is so easy to house all of the necessary information on an account, associate contacts to that account, and keep track of their deal progression all in one place. I also LOVE the task feature, as I would surely lose track of all of my to-dos without it! The ability to have data insights into marketing/outreach campaigns is amazing as well. "New to HubSpot Sales Hub"

What do you like best?

It's so easy to get sequences set up for targeting contacts and allowing you to personalise your templates really easily.

Also to build out playbooks so bigger teams know what questions to be asking and keeping your sales calls on point with no stone being left unturned.

Having the ability to integrate all you other tools through the sales hub too is brilliant as you can have everything in one place.

What do you dislike?

The navigation around the hub takes some getting used to at first but it gets easier once you're up and running. There are so many different tools to use that finding out what is going to work best for you takes some time too and seeing where these are in the hub too and the best way to utilise them too. I'd recommend using HubSpot Sales Hub above any other sales crm for the amount of features that you'll have at your disposal. What ever you're looking to achieve from your sales and what ever the size of your business, you'll find transition easy, there's alignment across marketing, sales and service so everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet.

Additionally, the notification setting to make sure as a sales rep you can stay on top of when your leads and contacts are engaging with your content whether it's emails when you've synced gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic tool that will take your sales team to the next level."

What do you like best?

There are so many great features that we love and we can summarize them with being able to log and track emails so much better, also love using the Documents tool and we can create email templates on the fly, create, and share Meetings links, also create and use snippets and being able to enroll contacts in a sequence and lastly, have the capability of adding videos to CRM emails. We really love so much of HubSpot but there are times where we have a hard time in the app. We have a large amount of users in our organization and we use plugin features within our Gmail. Every once in a while they break and we need to install them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's pretty good!"

What do you like best?

you can track certain items and have them passed along automatically to others. I like having the team on the same page to be able to track our sales pipeline as well. Your emails automatically get inserted into the CRM after you download the plugin on Outlook, etc., making it really easy to understand when you last contacted people, who their main contact is at your company, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

there are a few features that don't automate as well as we'd like. the system kind of makes you upgrade to a paid version to get the best experience. get the processes in place at the beginning. it was very easy to get up and running, but harder to implement the "best practices" after we were already going. Putting the pen to paper on what you are looking to accomplish from using hubspot and each of the different features it offers will give you the most benefit from hubspot, outside of just tracking emails and contacts. keeping track of the clients. before, we were contacting the same clients and not maintaining a database. now that our whole team is operating on Hubspot and we're all able to be on the same page regarding our client contacts, sales pipleline, tasks and onboarding. We were having trouble with the handoff originally from our sales team to the client success team, tracking individual orders after a successful sale, so the ticket portion of hubspot has by far been the most used feature. What do you like best?
