"Excellent product with prompt customer support, but I wish design tools were easier to use, amazing"

What do you like best?

We use Hubspot as CRM software and since the adoption of the tool we have nothing to complain about. Everything is perfect in this.

What do you dislike?

It's not much interactive and this found quite messy

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would leverage HubSpot Academy. HubSpot does a great job creating videos on how to get the most out of its products. Take advantage of them.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Best feature that hubspot provides to our company is the organization and control we have with current clients and past clients, it is a great tool for inbound marketing.

They've done a great job with the redesign and they are improving so fast!

Pros: With the new redesign, they've done a spectacular job tieing everything together and making it all work seamlessly. It's an amazing tool for keeping track of clients AND managing communication from chats to scheduled meetings. Not only that but the automation features are great because they don't overly automate. It's just the right amount to make for a great client experience. They keep on improving with new features faster and faster, amazing.

Cons: I'm very skeptical about the CMS part of HubSpot. An expensive closed system just isn't my idea of a good idea for content management. As for the CRM part of it, sometimes there are a few glitches where things don't function well but that is rare.

Overall: They have great customer service. In the few times I've needed to contact them I get a response darn near immediately. Overall I'm extremely happy and would recommend HubSpot to anyone. The free CRM is great but the paid Sales and Marketing are well worth the extra bucks. They'll definitely pay for themselves if you use them.

Great CRM/Email Product

Pros: I use this for one of my projects. It's easy to sign in and begin using. I like the features to determine, whether or not an email was opened. Great way to keep track using log and task features to keep you organized.

Cons: It would be outstanding, if you know that they clicked on your attachments.

Overall: Over all, this is a great system for our team to utilize. The bosses can see what you are working on.

Incredible Sales Tool

Pros: Hubspot has made our sales process smooth and efficient. The CRM is very versatile and our entire team can easily access contacts, deals and pipelines. The hubspot support team is always helpful as well and provided demos to features we weren't familiar with.

Cons: Occasionally there are small glitches when doing a global search within the CRM

Overall: It's been a great experience and I'm glad we chose hubspot

CRM & sales automation suitable for SaaS startups

Pros: - Lots of features, that are added to the plaform with each update;

- Great synergy of tools that help to capture leads (via schedule call functionality), follow up (templates, sequences, analytics) and drive deals (deals tracker, tasks, smart data collection);

- Integration with G Suite;

- Powerful dashboards & filters.

Cons: - Integration with G Suite sometimes "falls off" and gets automatically fixed after contacting support.

Overall: We've switched to Hubspot from Salesforce, and it's been a huge difference: time to ramp up new sales employees reduced significantly, easy to use interface and out of the box integration with G Suite.

Even the free version (let alone paid one) provides great toolkit for technology startups and early stage companies to build from the ground up sales and inbound marketing processes at affordable price.

"Best supporting tool for a sales person to improve & build his prospect list"

What do you like best?

Hubspot simplified all my efforts of prospecting my leads to customers. Email templates, sequential mailing option, Snippets option.. made my job much easier. I am impressed with the way of filtering my leads, so that I can work on the particular stage leads. Dashboard option helped me in keeping a track of my progress .. so that I can correct myself or speed up myself , if there is any lagging. Integrated mailing option & call features are added advantage which saves a lot of my time and energy. Hubspot certificate programs is a blessing for young sales persons.. It will help them to sharpen their tricks

What do you dislike?

I am a bit worried mainly on the lead stages. This is little confusing for any new user. Wish there is some inbuilt explanation on each lead & life cycle stage explaining the use of it. Email integration can be added with some more features where images & signature part can have option where we can add our companies social media other links with logo. Signature part of email is the most important in any email, if it can be customized & included with all social media icons it will be of great help.

One stop solution for any inbound sales handling team, this tool helps any level of representative to concentrate on his prospective list. Sharpen their tricks with the effective training & Hub-spot academy. The integration of calls & emails will help you in saving an ample amount of time, so that you can use that time on bringing more revenues.

A Free CRM!

Pros: I couldn't believe it until I used it. Pretty cool for a small business like mine. I have currently been testing it and it is cool. It syncs up with your business email, and applies open and click tracking to them. It combines all your communications with a lead in one easy spot.

Cons: Has a little bit of a learning curve, but it's like that with any software.

Overall: So far, so good. I plan on some more extensive testing after spring break.
