Pros: I like how easy it is to incorporate a wide array of functionality easily via plugins.
Cons: Customizing through coding can be difficult due to locating the correct sections of code to alter.
Overall: I have used Wordpress on multiple sites for a long period of time. When paired with a professional template (which can be purchased very reasonably), it makes building and maintaining a site extremely simple.
Actually, Wordpress is the platform that we use by default to create our websites, due to the speed with which we can create and configure them in a matter of minutes. Something we like about the tool is that almost everything is automated, the installation processes are as simple as checking a checkbox to start, which saves us a lot of time that we can use in the creation of content.
As for the control panel is very organized and we can easily find the functions to change themes, activate or delete add-ons or modify the settings for the website.
One of the things I do not like about Worpress is that I have to be careful with the updates of the add-ons since it is possible that if they are not compatible they can break some functionality on the website, so I must verify very well each update before accept its execution. This can be tedious.
Wordpress is one of the tools to create websites that are easier to use, it does not require that you have advanced knowledge in HTML to be able to create your sites. The platform has many templates and widgets that will allow you to customize your web pages with ease quickly.
WordPress is one of the tools that has helped us to improve our productivity in the creation of our websites, by the speed and simplicity with which we can configure everything. On the other hand, the process of managing content has become very dynamic, our work team works on several websites simultaneously and can update them without any problem.
I like the ease with which I can handle the platform. It's basic and I don't need a tutorial to learn how to use WordPress, I just have to practice. The initial setup is simple and takes me directly to what I want. It is wonderful the variety of templates and tools that it offers me to design my website. I love the SEO option that the software gives me so that my website achieves the best positioning for the audience on the Internet. And if I don't have the greatest SEO knowledge, WordPress it offers me a special section to meet all the objectives.
I don't like the amount of resources that WordPress consumes. It has unstable plugins and the security it handles is not the most appropriate so my websites can be attacked by Internet pirates. I dislike how vulnerable it is to the safety of my projects.
I recommend that you be patient to apply SEO and compete for the best positioning on the Internet. Gradually you will learn the most accurate strategies according to the website you designed. To prevent some hacker attack I suggest you keep WordPress constantly updated and install a security suite to protect your projects.
With WordPress I can compete on the Internet at a high level. And one benefit it offers me is to be able to quickly edit any image or text that I have published with an error.
The ease of use and the immense amount of plugins it's definitely the best about wordpress. The fact that it's free and open source make that a lot developers keep working and improving all the addons availables. It gives the user the ability to control the entire website and create a full site with only drag and drop and a couple clicks, also if the user it's a advance one, can modify even the smallest detail, all with the same tool.
In overall there's nothing that i dislike about wordpress, only the fact that if the user have a lot of plugins activated at the same time, the time of charge sometimes can be slow and glitchy, but this only depends of the configuration of every user and site. Anyway i think that can be some optimization from wordpress to reduce the load time and prevent the break of the site.
If you have doubts about what CMS use to make your site, dont look for more and use wordpress, its defenitly the best option of the market, its easy to use, free and have a tremendous numbers of plugins that help to make a full elegant and profesional site with barely knowledge.
How it's so adaptive, at using wordpress at my work website, we solved the problem of the need to have an expert only to manage the website, in fact right now, we manage the website ourselves regardless the knowledge of every member of the group. Its so easy to use and also lets us save some money.
Pros: I really like WordPress because it is easy to use, and the majority of the features are free.
Cons: I don't like that there it doesn't have all of the features of other softwares, but the free aspects outweigh the negatives.
Overall: Overall, it's a great product. I would recommend it!
Wordpress I like it because it is very simple, it facilitates the work of making a web page and it has a lot of documentation. It has a very active community since it is the most used and popular content management system of today and the number of free templates you can download it's something that I like a lot
What I dislike about Wordpress is the large number of updates made to the platform and its add-ons often generate errors at work. It is very good that they update and generate bug fixes and better functionalities but with plugin updates my website. goes from being a secure site to an insecure site at times and this is something very negative about the tool
para las personas que no tienen un fuerte y solido conocimiento en el mundo del desarrollo web y lenguajes de programación Wordpress puede ser la herramienta perfecta sin duda recomendado tanto para los novatos de la programación como para los expertos
The best benefit and feature that stands out when using Wordpress is the search engine optimization known as SEO, since this tool has very good add-ons that help us locate our website and another important benefit is that it provides people with little knowledge of programming to develop web pages with some of Wordpress
I like this program because it makes life easier for me when creating my pages, it has many advantages, it is easy to use, easy to customize, easy to add new functions through add-ons, and easy to manage my publications and configure everything to my liking.
I can say that I do not like that WordPress can work slowly if it uses many add-ons and does not improve the speed of its configuration. In addition, this software is exposed to hacker.
I really highly recommend WordPress because the management interface is very easy to use and because everyone can customize their website to meet their specific needs and achieve their goal.
In my general experience with WordPress it has been very positive, it allowed me to create and run my website, I have also been able to help colleagues create their own sites without needing to know programming, since it is a really easy to use and very useful software to maintain web pages.
WordPress.org is free for anyone to use and provides full theme support. Also, WordPress.org allows users to upload and custom all plugins. The other merit of WordPress.org is that it enables a user to exercise full control over his or her site. The website owner is free to customize anything. In addition, a user can add free, paid, and custom WordPress plugins to the site.
WordPress.org has few demerits that all users dislike. First, WordPress.org requires web hosting which is paid for and thus maybe sometimes costly. Second, the owner is responsible for all updates in the WordPress.org site. Also, customization of WordPress.org requires needs coding. The other thing is that it is vulnerable to hacking activities. Last, users are responsible for backups and this might be inconvenient especially when absent and manual backups are required.
WordPress.org remains an excellent site content management and blog platform that most individuals and companies use. To the other considering WordPress.org, this is the right software for your individual and business blogging and content marketing needs for it is easy to integrate, update, and use. On top of all, WordPress.org has many free WordPress Themes.
With WordPress.org, there has been increased website security since we have competent web designers and developers that make it hacking-proof. Also with WordPress.org, the upgrading of site’s capabilities has been very easy and thus adding new functions to the site has also been very easy and simplified. Last is cost savings since WordPress.org has free themes and thus cost effective.
Pros: Our website was designed using a WordPress template, that we did custom work too. We were able to add on many different types of product to enhance our website experience. Overall a great product.....
Cons: You will have a learning curve if you are new to WordPress, two suggestions that you should follow. First, make sure that prior to picking a template out, you have a breakdown of what you are looking to do with the website (VERY important) You will need to pick the template that offers you the functionality that you need, not based on looks. Last but not least, pick up a book on WordPress...
