What do you like best?
Zendesk Sell was complete and flexible to meet our needs, it has several features that we can use and smoothes the sales process, such as personalization of sales offers, automation of tasks and roles, sales forecasting, organization of smart lists and reporting. Our team really liked this tool as there are a ton of really great options and features along with a fairly easy to use user interface.
What do you dislike?
Until now it has been useful and we love the fact that it is very flexible to meet our needs, therefore there is nothing that I do not like, or inconveniences that we can think of.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is simple to use, the design makes sense of how a relationship progresses over time, it is integrated into many other programs. This in every way Zendesk selling has vastly improved the productivity of our sales team who are more focused on making deals rather than writing reports. All of this from the free version is pretty good, you don't necessarily need a standard plan for the software to deliver its full potential.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It integrates very easily with Zendesk support ticket sales and has all the features like any other CRM, it can easily integrate with Pandadoc and send deals. You can send text messages, emails, and calls. Track agent productivity. The support team is also very good and friendly, always wants to help you solve all your problems and is online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
