What do you like best?

Easiest Documentation to integrate with other software.

Its a powerful and top sales management tool for business.

Reminds business task and Reporting structure is very good.

We can add lot of business activities as a notes.

Make calls using system and track automatically.

Its too much secure and mobile friendly to generate leads.

What do you dislike?

We did not find any issue to use Zendesk Sell. Excellent customer support to setup and manage tool.

We recommend Zendesk Sell for business Professionals. It is a good CRM to manage data and team. It provides customizable sales dashboards features to complete business Goals.

Zendesk Sell is powerful CRM for business to do lot's of business activities easily. We can integrate with email software Mailchimp, In our consultancy business Zendesk Sell takes a roll to manage business to tracks business emails, calls data and we can customize report of sales team in few minutes. It comes in Annual and monthly Subscription for business. We have used Professional plan because there was no user limit to access it. It works well to customize notification of meetings, appointments. We can access it from any where to operate business task.

"The overall experience with Zendesk has been really good, I would recommend it to any business."

What do you like best?

Zendesk Sell was complete and flexible to meet our needs, it has several features that we can use and smoothes the sales process, such as personalization of sales offers, automation of tasks and roles, sales forecasting, organization of smart lists and reporting. Our team really liked this tool as there are a ton of really great options and features along with a fairly easy to use user interface.

What do you dislike?

Until now it has been useful and we love the fact that it is very flexible to meet our needs, therefore there is nothing that I do not like, or inconveniences that we can think of.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is simple to use, the design makes sense of how a relationship progresses over time, it is integrated into many other programs. This in every way Zendesk selling has vastly improved the productivity of our sales team who are more focused on making deals rather than writing reports. All of this from the free version is pretty good, you don't necessarily need a standard plan for the software to deliver its full potential.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It integrates very easily with Zendesk support ticket sales and has all the features like any other CRM, it can easily integrate with Pandadoc and send deals. You can send text messages, emails, and calls. Track agent productivity. The support team is also very good and friendly, always wants to help you solve all your problems and is online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

"Great Pipeline Management Tool"

What do you like best?

We are able to automate tasks based on pipeline stage. This has been crucial to creating a consistent experience for clients.

What do you dislike?

We would like to see more options added in for integration (for example if we could integrate with our phone system and e-sign platform, this would increase our ability to automate).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving for the need to track relationships and deals. One of the most helpful, unintended benefits has been the ability to sync emails and track conversations as needed.

What do you like best?

It is easy to set up the challenge to call the advantage of returning in a year, and it is even better that the calling phone was registered. You can listen to me and when I follow up to know exactly what is going on successively, I got a clear idea of ​​what lead sources are stronger so I can focus on them in the first place.

They have created a super easy to use interface that makes it simple and easy to track and interact with customers, being able to read complete latest interactions as well as see related data sales and apart from that makes this a great option. For a small business. I don't know how good it is going to be from a big company but I was going to expect it to work well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has allowed me to solve my specific tasks and also increased my sales in an unexpected way for the company. The calls are nice because you can see your goals and your progress against them, it also keeps me aware of what is important. For example, a business called me to see if they were interested in my services and this helped me like they can't imagine.

What you need to determine before starting an eval on any CRM is this: if you're not fully committed to automating your sales and support process and is it not a priority to your business, you will fail miserably.

We're building a Talent Collective of solo-entrepreneurs that serve as an extension of our business. ZenDesk Sell will provide them with a view of their client interactions and billing activity with the integration of Xero. Further, as we implement ZenDesk Suite, our support central approach will provide clients with support engagement options that speak to their current state of mind. If they don't have the patience to engage with text, they can engage by phone and be connected within minutes.

"Great insight into activity for customers and employees - integrates well with G-suite"

What do you like best?

The way it integrates communication actions, and keeps all notes in one deal file to reference. We needed something that tracked activity, communication, and allowed for user engagement directly from the CRM and had a much larger system we cancelled so we could use SELL

What do you dislike?

The blending of duplicates can be a bit confusing, and sometimes it doesn't play nicely with IOS. We struggle with correlating the calendars with G-Suite products, and it would be nice to have different colors on the appointments for different users, so the appointment center can track the specific sales people that are with each customer.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We now have a system that tracks, and correlates all our customers in one place. It's not really meant for invoicing but that would be a good feature to include.

We've realized the benefit of being able to integrate our customer tracking and communication all in one place. No longer need multiple file systems, and programs.

What do you like best?

I really love this CRM platform! It makes it easy to keep yourself accountable and stay up on your last communications rather it be phone or email.

What do you dislike?

Not much to say here other than I wish the emails linked to the client and deal more consistently. It doesn't happen often but when it does I can still find them in my emails.

If your goal is to improve your sales and have a convenient platform that your team can find all the tools they need for success, pick Zendesk.

What do you like best?

Professional layout - easy to use and navigate

Remembering not to save over my smart list

I am staying more on task being able to work from the deals in table view - as I can see everything there ($, dates, task) I like the idea of being able to add the task right from here as well.

"Indispensable"

What do you like best?

I've used a LOT of CRM programs and this so function for me because it's so adaptable and easy to use. HUGELY USER FRIENDLY! AND it integrates with my gmail account so I can always see my specific communication with my clients. I talk this product up every chance I get because there's nothing quite like it.

What do you dislike?

I have a hard time trying to figure this one out. Sorry. There are a few of the functions I don't use. Perhaps there's something that I might dislike there, but I just don't know.

"The best CRM sales software"

What do you like best?

Sales Program quite good, also shows very instinctive and customizable. To use it is quite simple and it is possible to enjoy enough information. I find the records of existing clients and new clients very good, it greatly facilitates your work.

What do you dislike?

It would be my pleasure if this program could be coupled to the different social networks and other necessary software, and it would be pretty good that the process to customize each user or contact was easier, such as uploading a photo that identifies it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This program has been quite good for me, and the sales department in general. It has made our work a lot easier, it has given us great advantages, it reduces the work itself, saves time and is quite accessible, which is why it is widely recommended to everyone.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I currently use this program to manage the database of my clients, in general clients of the company where I work. You can establish a very good connection with other contacts and keep a kind of tracking activities. I was able to track many business activities such as sales, offers, acquisition of new and potential customers, this program is exactly what I was looking for, it makes your work very easy and really fast.
