What do you like best?

2. The ability to earn AirTable credits for just about anything is also attractive.

3. Lastly, the templates are great ways to see how other's are using AirTable and sharing their workspace with the community.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that you cannot upgrade as a person but instead must upgrade a space. I like to separate my bases based on the teams I'm working with and the content of those bases. To have to upgrade each base can get expensive and it makes me feel as though I am not valued as a customer.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I direct a communications team. One of our challenges encompasses sharing information about our various initiatives but on different computer platforms and software versions. We also manage several lists of contacts, tasks, and content. Airtable allows us to create a base for each list and manipulate views, tag each other in notes, and input information at the same time without having to worry what format it was saved in, who updated it last, how many people can be on it at once, and where to store it to make it accessible.

Airtable now manages that for us. We are now creating forms from the Airtable lists and allowing other departments to contribute to our content as well.

"Quick wins and so much more potential with this simple yet powerful tool."

What do you like best?

For a product with such robust functionality it is remarkably easy to use. We've had challenges in the past with poor adoption of new systems and processes because the tool was too complicated for our users. Even our least tech savvy users have had a great things to say about Airtable. It really allows you to organize and work with complex information in a simple, visual way.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to link bases in order to estimate total workload for an employee based on the tasks in various bases.

Because the functionality is so robust set up can be a bit overwhelming but, the tutorial videos, templates and 'universe' are incredibly helpful in supporting development.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Airtable has helped us implement inter-departmental processes that have improved collaboration, increase efficiency and reveal trouble spots. We've started using it to manage our content calendar, technical issues and will be expanding its use to streamline our ad copy process and fundraising campaign management. Fewer things are falling through the cracks and we're able to be much more strategic in where we're focusing our efforts.

We're still at the beginning stages but have received positive reviews from staff who find it easy to use and appreciate that it allows them to be more proactive.
