"Automate your work with ease"

What do you like best?

A user-friendly tool for automation you don't have to do scripting for connecting two tools (spreadsheet, trello, google calendar, Gmail, etc

What do you dislike?

it can't connect with a file in Team Drive. Would be fantastic to have that connector in the future

"Nearly Instant Customer Support"

What do you like best?

Troubleshooting & problem solving help. They’ve helped me solve every technical issue I’ve encountered

What do you dislike?

Nothing. The interface is smooth, easy to understand, and user-friendly. I haven’t encountered anything that I wish were different.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try. If you can’t get things set up the way you want they’ll gladly help you get there. Nobody else compares.

"Automate.io is great for linking google sheets and wufoo"

What do you like best?

You can link data across most cloud based services and set up bots work for you to send emails, populate spreadsheets etc. and turn up your cloud based services up to eleven. Automate.io is intuitive and easy to use for anyone with zero coding or programming experience. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use automate.io. But if you run into an error, support is virtually instantaneous and very helpful.

What do you dislike?

They have their own jargon, like most software, that you have to learn.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have cloud based CRM, or other cloud based services like wufoo, dropbox etc and want to integrate the data or extend the functionality with automation then this is a great service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it to automate data between wufoo and google sheets. My company, a non-profit already had a paid account for 5 years with Wufoo. The admins are intrenched on wufoo and did not want to learn a new product . We used wufoo almost exclusively for volunteer and stakeholder event sign-up, community surveys, and client registration. When my boss got rid of the server and switched us all to google drive and thus google sheets, we needed a way to get a real time google sheet of our wufoo event registrations. Now I use automate to set up a bot that lets my whole team use a shared google sheet to view live registration or survey responses. We no longer have to export a excel file, download it, format it and then share it via email.

"Awesome tool that should be shared"

What do you like best?

I like how it's really similar to IFTTT, but more effective and efficient to setup on a business level. A wide range of apps are supported to fully automate, and the service is fast.

What do you dislike?

A lot of business apps are not yet supported... May take a while to integrate absolutely everything, but a lot of apps are currently just in "coming soon".

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Less human resource needed to perform repeating tasks - more automation leads to less wasted resource.

"Looking for ways to save time & quit all that data entry?"

What do you like best?

Awesome interface. Easy to get started. It'll connect just about any app you use now. And they're constantly adding apps. Automate.io will save you time and you can stop all that repetitive data entry + keep everyone on the same page with new leads and repeat clients.

What do you dislike?

A few apps we do use a lot with clients (like Kartra and RealVolve are not integrated yet. Everything else is fine.

Definitely put on your comparison list for automation options. Super easy to create bots, excellent instructions and user interface.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Save me some time! Help clients save time and make my life and their lives easier. When we can see new opt-ins and trigger the follow-ups, that gets us closer to closing. It solves an issue for our business friends who didn't know this existed.

What do you like best?

I liked being able to automate my marketing ans sals with automate which gave me more time to focus on my core competencies in tax work

What do you dislike?

I did not like the initial difficulties i had learning how to use the software but once i received some trainigh it was easy to use

"Simple and effective tool to automate your processes"

What do you like best?

Its simplicity is what stands out - you really do not need to know any coding or anything similar, just need to think about what you need and put some logic around it.

What do you dislike?

Nothing special really. It is developing, new features, new supported apps coming out.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Test before you decide, they have trial. Check if your usecase can be covered. There are multiple solutions out there and they have some differences so for our case Automate.io was better choice than some competing services.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used it to integrate two big apps that you would think can work together out of the box with officially provided integration that they have, but no, they were not able to cover our case. The two in question are Intercom and Salesforce - we were looking to automatically create a case in SFDC based on chat conversation in Intercom.

Automate.io came handy there, as it was able to read Intercom conversation notes, than parse that info and based on the data that remained was able to trigger case creation in SFDC. All linked to Intercom conversation where it happened.

"Great Automation Tool - Going in the Right Direction"

What do you like best?

I like the integration options, drip campaigns, and ease of use (once you get past the learning curve. We use Automate.io for Facebook Leads and it provides us with the tools we need to help information flow smoothly.

What do you dislike?

Getting the system set up was a little difficult, but a learning curve is to be expected.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integrated tools, automated emails, drip campaigns, and seamless flow of information. Information flows smoothly into Google Sheets and Integration options are endless.

"Very helpful and work through issues professionally"

What do you like best?

Efficient support service - response rate is quick and they help you work through the issue there and then.

What do you dislike?

There are still some limitations in terms of integration into other apps and the types of actions you can carry out. But I imagine it will only get better with user feedback.

Take your time to learn what automate.io can do for your business / department. The more you understand how it works, the more value you can get from it.

Making processes more efficient, saving time and cost to the business. Being able to link various apps and get them talking to each other has been of great value to the business so far.
