Pros: I like how easy it is to use, how well it integrates with the other programs I use to run my business, but most of all, I love the way it reminds me of people I need to reach out to, keeps my tasks organized and associated to a particular customer, keeps all my email communications in one place and gives me a snap shot of how we are doing.
I would recommend this product in a heart beat!
Cons: To integrate with some programs, you need Zaps which I'm very familiar with but otherwise, can't say anything bad about this program or the people doing that wonderful work behind the scenes.
Overall: I can say that this program took a little time getting use to and setting up, but once all our customers and leads were entered into the program, we made up that time many times over.
We did have to contact customer support and are pleased to say we received a prompt and very accurate response.
Pros: Great value for price point. A lot of amazing functionality and features that would only be available in a more expensive CRM. It works well for our company on the B2B-side, although it seems to be well built for our B2C customers & transactions as well. The segments and automations are great!!
Cons: There are some parts of this software that still seem like they are in Beta. Monitoring transactions is a bit difficult for example. And is difficult for managers to check over subordinates work because it is so tedious to find out. I also wish there was an App for mobile devices, which would make it much easier for the sales team while they are on the road.

Pros: Gives an in depth analytical understand of all aspects of the business.
Cons: Nothing, I like all the software has to offer.
Overall: Customer service is rough for US based companies. Setting up demos is not easy and sometimes people we speak with aren't well versed in the English language which can make communication very difficult.

Cons: Not enough to upload ability for what my companies need... I can't upload patient documents like we want bc they are "too large" so we are having to store them on a seperate system, won't accurately search by other options such as our patients medical record numbers, where they live etc...

Pros: The software reached for most of the main CRM components you would want. ReVamp is on the way to something very useful.
Cons: The software reached for most of the main CRM components you would want. ReVamp is on the way to something very useful. However, the execution is just not there. There seemed to always be something it just didn't do or didn't go all the way on. For example:
1)email functionality depended on everyone doing just as ReVamp intends for them to do for it to work properly - When you emailed something, the receiver had to reply all (not just reply) to make it work properly. I also really could never make it work right.
2) When asked for help with the support chat person, instead of getting help, I was told to make an appointment for a one to one walk through. What's the chat for anyway except for sending out the same, highly-annoying, sales message over and over every 10 minutes or so (which continues even when I asked them to stop).
Overall: This product is just not ready for prime time. Just not professional level. I tried it and paid for it for several months and got a good a idea of what it did and didn't do. It did contacts and to-do's well, but I can get that for free from a number of places.

1) About the email functionality, we are happy to update you that we had a major release and now your customer will only need to "reply" and not "reply all" for the emails to get stored inside the customer profile.

Pros: We had a need for a slightly more robust CRM than what was offered within BigCommerce. We also had a limited budget. We appreciate the low cost of Revamp CRM and its integration with BigCommerce. We like the ability to segment customers and set up marketing automations.
Cons: We have found that Revamp CRM statistics and analytics don't always match up exactly to what is shown within BigCommerce. It's close enough for our use but not perfect. The interface is also a little "juvenile" but again, fine for our purposes.
Overall: Low-cost CRM with an adequate amount of functionality to suit our needs.

Pros: Links directly with email, tracks progress of both sales, and employees. Keeping daily tasks and goals on the CRM is extremely helpful in completing the tasks without anything falling in between the cracks or gets pushed to the side.
Cons: Longer set up time than expected to get everything synced and categorized. Some of the categories had to be adjusted to fit our sales process.
Overall: More efficiently operated business and sales structure.

Pros: I like the fact that everything is in one place and is easy to see everything and is easy to use. This makes it fast and easy to be able to go in whenever you want and look at things such as sales history, email marketing, etc.
Cons: I can honestly say that there isn't anything that I like the least. There isn't one things that I can think of that I do not like.

Pros: It integrates seamlessly with Bigcommerce and our MailChimp. Really like those features. Simple interface that is easy to use.
Cons: The support is not based in the USA and thus, there is a substantial time delay in access. Their developers are, however, very responsive and interested in solving problems. Site speed has been slow at times, but they say it is being improved.
Overall: It completely integrates with our ecommerce platform, Bigcommerce and makes for ease of tracking our customers and sales data. Best CRM for ecommerce that we have found.
