Pros: For web chat between customer service and customer it works and has the same features everyone else has. Above that it has granular control over push notifications for instances. For example it can identify when a user is likely to leave your page.
Cons: Doesn't have KB, chat, and offline email integration the way it should be. No one does and their is an opportunity for someone to come up with a single website widget that integrates all 3 of those functions so you don't have to clutter your site with lots of different messaging apps.
Pros: Very straightforward and easy to get started. I'm using it along with Pidgin so I answer to chats very quickly. I don't like having a website open for chat.
Cons: It doesn't have all the bells and wistes that are present in the new conversional marketing tools like Drip
Pros: Olark Chat is definitely one of, if not, the easiest chat platform for your website. I've helped many clients implement this chat feature on their site. It's easily deployed through Google Tag Manager or directly in the site code. The chat is managed through Olark's interface/portal. It's easily customizable from a design and functionality standpoint and requires no additional change in code on the site. It also is the best out-of-the-box chat solution I've encountered. It's my first recommendation for chat for clients, especially those wishing to test it out. Very affordable, and a month-to-month solution.
Cons: I really don't have a negative to report for this chat platform with exception that the script does slightly slow down your website. I suppose it's not made for enterprises, but that's very clear in the marketing language that this is ideal for small to medium size businesses.
Overall: This has allowed us to provide a very low cost, easy to implement chat solution for our clients and we haven't had people turn back after using it.

Pros: I tried out Olark and was very happy with it. There are a lot of integrations and they work well, at least the ones I tried.
Cons: I had no problems. I didn't try a ton of integrations, but the ones I did worked very well.
Pros: Very simple to employ and effective for offering live chat for existing and prospective users.
Cons: Not terribly customizable but the basic and most important purpose to enable users to reach out for support is met well.
Pros: The interface is clean and simple to use.
Cons: We had multiple outages - our chat widget disappeared from off the screen while we had chat agents on the site - confirmed by customers and our own employees. Olark support blamed local internet outages, of which we found no evidence. We kept our account active as we switched to other live chat products, and received several emails from Olark apologizing for similar outages (at least they owned those).
We paid for Olark, and only had 1 agent account available. We switched to Zoho SalesIQ and received 2 agents for free.
Pros: I really like that I am able to see what our sales team talks to our customers about daily in the transcripts. I also like that we get a weekly update to say what each sales rep has done during the week. Olark is really good for letting you know when someone sends you a missed chat.
Cons: I don't like that the CRM cannot be translated into hubspot with each person that is spoken to.
Pros: I love the shortcuts, the ease of use, and the ability to be able to communicate with website viewers.
Cons: It kicks you out if you do not respond quickly enough but it makes sense
Overall: I like using it and it allows the prospects to communicate quickly with us.
Pros: This tool is exceptionally good for customer communication. It allows us to communicate with customers and potentials on our website. Easy to implement.
Cons: Fast and reliable support solution to use. No valid complaints from me about it.
