"OLARK is awesome!"

What do you like best?

I love the way OLARK works so much that I use it everyday at work. I love that with OLARK I see the different metrics showing me how many chats I had and the ratings and so on.

What do you dislike?

I can't really think of anything that I dislike about OLARK.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would highly recommend using OLARK for your business if you have the need for chatting with your customers or clients.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits of OLARK are simple...it helps me do my job of communicating with our customers very easily. Another benefit of using OLARK is the co-browsing feature which I use all the time, it's truly amazing! WOW, OLARK is the way to go for chatting software that will keep you up with all the lastest ways to interact with your customers.

A software that you can configure in a short while that offers adequate ROI speedily

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Olark is so simple and easy to set up. Because of it, we are now closer to our prospective customers and learners. It also doesn't take a lot in terms of money to find new leads and to convince them to sign up for courses before they close our site's window. This has given our sales team better peace of mind.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Olark should look into providing training sessions for users so that we can better exploit the app's features. Once we have gained an in-depth look into the tool, we can find ways or improve our existing methods of communicating with customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Olark has helped us clarify matters with students who do not like to send their queries via email.

"Great Chat Service!"

What do you like best?

It allows our entire team to be in live chat through the day to be able to serve our customers the best way possible.

What do you dislike?

I wish we could see everyone that is logged into the chat at the Same time

We can communicate with customers who need to solve a problem quickly but can’t get on the phone.

A Solid, User-Friendly Live Chat Application

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Olark is very easy to implement in any department. I work in sales and use Olark to communicate with potential leads that come to out website. We aso leverage its live chat feature to deliver support. Olark is simple that it is quite easy to transfer someone to another operator without having to exit the application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not have any issue with Olark although I have experienced a couple of service outages within the past 9 months. Such occurences are rare though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Olark makes engagement with potential prospects or leads quite easy. We also find success with Olark as a customer support tool in dealing with support related questions and tickets with existing clients.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There’s nothing quite like Olark in the live chat market. By providing us with a set of tools for live chatting, it has allowed us to establish better relationships with our customers. Besides that, it works smoothly with some of the software that we use in the company too. It’s an overall great tool to use and the people behind it (especially the customer support team) are really great!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I actually like everything about this program!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Olark is just loaded with features that our company has found to be useful. Not only does it provide you with the tools to communicate with your clients, but it also consolidates data for you so you are given more insight about your demographics.

Great Lightweight Tool With Massive Customization and Awesome Live Support

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Displays the online availability within color scheme. It also boasts of a very advanced system for rating. Integration with other applications is also easy. It's fun and easy to customize the platform, injecting brand elements for more oomph. The visitors analytics are also reliable. I love how Google is supported and that the system is designed to responsive on mobile screens. The live support feature is web-based and easy to embed to other framework or applications. Chat operators instantly engage us via their web browser live chat tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software could have been more price friendly. Their free accounts cannot create more than 20 conversations a month. There are instances when the chat bar/Javascript loads slowly. There are awesome tools that seem to be hidden even from paid users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Olark, we have been able to deliver live support to our clients, even 24/7 live support options to our high value customers.

"Very straightforward, user friendly, and co-browsing is cool."

What do you like best?

Like how straightforward and real-time it is, the ability to customize notifications and save shortcuts, and how easy it is to toggle available status on/off.

What do you dislike?

occasionally, it hangs, spins, or the availability toggle locks up or disappears - not really awesome.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

file sharing and cobrowsing can get laggy on occasion, but otherwise, it's a simple and straightforward chat app that's unobtrusive and easy to use.

Using this tool was a really good decision!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has provided a really good way for our customers to get in touch with us without having to pick up the phone. Everything has been going on smoothly with Olark, so far. We had the tool running in no time—the set-up was really easy. And the automated response options almost sound as if there’s still another human at the end of the chatbox.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although they have succeeded in making the auto-responders sounds more human, it’s still quite lacking in this area. I’d like to be able to set up a set answers for some of the frequently asked questions too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With it, we can now have a conversation with our customers. They can simply start chatting with us to ask us anything without having to surrender their data in landing page forms. Although that is the end goal, it helps to be able to establish our relationship as a services provider first.

The Dashboard is easy to manage for someone (me) who is not very techy.

What do you dislike?

It would be helpful to our team to see if another agent has already started responding to a chat before "[name] is assigned to...]

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our guests LOVE that we have a live chat feature on our website. Our conversion per interaction has increased because of it.
