Fill the Gaps of Communication

Pros: The design is excellent, user friendly and simply understandable to even for a newbie. Plus the implementation is pretty easy. Pricing is genuine comparing to Olarks' competitors. Customer support is really high which makes users to look more into this application. Fast access to end points.

Cons: Not much but the application needs updates more often because this is a communication software and this field is improving/updating really fast globally. Graphics must be involved in chats.

Overall: Application comes with a attractive base. My company use this to fast connectivity. Olark should be upgraded with time but still it provides solid platform for communication. Messaging and chatting is easy here.

Pros: With Olark you can be connected with your potential customers in a simple way. You can know what part of the web they are visiting, their operating system, their browser and even share a screen to help in a direct way.

You can also configure different questions / answers for different pages. It is very useful!

In addition, it is very easy to configure!

Cons: The design system is limited and often does not adapt to the needs of the website.

Overall: I set up Olark for a web page where the user was an adult from 50 to 60 years old. With Olark we managed to help many people to understand the page and the possibilities.

Pros: I thought customer service was excellent - when I had technical difficulties setting up they were there and available to chat. They seemed more than happy to assist with overall set up and made sure I was happy with the product.

Cons: Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say about them.

Overall: Excellent customer support and I have used for multiple different websites in the past few years since discovering them.

Pros: If you're looking for an easy to use chat tool for your website, Olark is as good as any. Easy to install and log in to.

Cons: Doesn't seem to offer any mobile options, you'll want to have a team man the chat or else you're bound to miss inbound inquiries.

Epic performance

Pros: Ability to see where the customers come from.

Ability to create shortcuts to increase response time in case the customer chats.

Olark introduced translator.

Notifications when a new customer sends a message

Ability to customize specific messages for the customers

Tgging, blocking, ending chats and shortcuts made easy

Cons: The popup message to pay was ever on screen. I never liked it though it was my obligation.

Overall: Excellent performance. I was happy I could view transcripts, agent performance, and activity among other stuff. Olark is easy to use and I recommend it for newbies.
