Pros: The design is excellent, user friendly and simply understandable to even for a newbie. Plus the implementation is pretty easy. Pricing is genuine comparing to Olarks' competitors. Customer support is really high which makes users to look more into this application. Fast access to end points.
Cons: Not much but the application needs updates more often because this is a communication software and this field is improving/updating really fast globally. Graphics must be involved in chats.
Overall: Application comes with a attractive base. My company use this to fast connectivity. Olark should be upgraded with time but still it provides solid platform for communication. Messaging and chatting is easy here.
