"Perfect Tool for Automating Sales and Customer Service"

What do you like best?

Drift was extremely customizable, and even allowed for us to create a human-like not using conversational marketing in response to a lead's questions.

What do you dislike?

A bit cumbersome to set up. Has limited seats for sales teams.

If you have a small sales or customer service team or if you need after hours and weekend support, Drift is the perfect Tool for your business.

"E-Commerce made Easy"

What do you like best?

Drift is a great tool made especially for the people who in online business/e-commerce business. Drift is great for the people who are responsible for tracking the leads in the business or the people who have to keep an eye on the number of the sales they are making with respect to the days or months. In short, it is made for analysts. It is very easy to use and simple to understand. The user interface is so easy and simple to understand that anyone with a minimum knowledge of e-commerce can understand all terms in the tool. There are multiple useful features available in this tool. The chat enhancer feature of this is greatest among all the other. The customer service that you can provide to your customers through this this tool is very amazing. In addition, as we all know in e-commerce business the happiness of the customers is always the first priority. The integration of this tool is also very easy. You are not supposed to be a tech Savvy to integrate it fully. It easily integrates with your system and within no time, it is good to go.

What do you dislike?

The Pricing structure of this tool is very complex. It is very hard to understand what is the amount that you are about to pay to achieve this tool. The support from Drift itself is not a very strong aspect of this software. They have to consider their support and work on this matter.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Overall, a great piece of tool with so many benefits and very less issues. Within this price tag and this customizability, it is very hard to find this useful tool.

Drift is a great!

Drift is a great conversational marketing tool. Makes it easier for your prospects and customers to connect with someone to get their questions answered right away. Love the ability to personalize your message for targeted accounts and pages they are visiting. One of the best customer support teams I've experienced as well!

Drift support is the best!

My company is getting ready to launch Drift on our website in the coming week. I have to say, getting set up has been so easy, thanks to the great help of our Customer Success Manager, John R. He has been very helpful and provided video instructions, one-on-one meeting consultations, and quick answers to my email questions. All of the materials he has provided have been easy-to-follow and comprehensive, reflecting how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is to use during set-up. I am so excited for Drift to launch on our site, thanks to all of the great support we've received from John and everyone at Drift!

"Great for show and tell!"

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to create the videos

What do you dislike?

The only issue I run into is that the video quality sometimes is lacking when watched back.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The pain point of trying to explain or share how things work in our software after we are off the phone. This has been one our most powerful sales tool.

"Rapid time to value"

What do you like best?

Great for interacting with your prospects in real time. Also a great addition to ABM-style strategies. Fully featured, native Hubspot, Salesforce and Marketo integrations are a plus.

What do you dislike?

Conversation flow reporting + analytics module could use a facelift (to better / more easily identify conversation drop off points). No easy way to split test playbooks (greeting messages specifically)

"Amazing tool for skipping the middle man for B2B Lead-Gen"

What do you like best?

They are one of the few marketing tools that is built specifically to help (and be held accountable) to sales.

They provide a ton of training and collateral to set up basic plays that can get you off the ground.

What do you dislike?

Doesn't integrate with Salesloft. Could do a better job of making all their new offerings more cohesive into the main product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Giving our users a modern web experience, where chat is essential. We've found we can help people find content extremely fast, get more sign-ups for our webinars, and just generally guide the bot towards what we're looking to do on a day-to-day basis.

"Essential for All Sales Teams"

What do you like best?

Our team had never used a tool like Drift. We decided to work with Drift because it's easy to use, it has a great user experience, and our support is unreal. The product is really easy to use when you don't complicate tasks. The customer support you receive is unreal. You'll be assigned a cam and they're even willing to join your weekly team meetings. They're always there to help and they're even willing to listen to recommendations.

What do you dislike?

Drift is still pretty new and so there are still some kinks the system has to work out. Especially when it comes to routing leads. However, my recommendation is that you don't make things extremely complicated and stick with your original needs and requirements of the platform. The more complicated you make things, the harder it is for the system to understand how and where to route.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I strongly recommend getting a demo of Drift. The product is heading in the right direction and is really easy to use. I'm so glad our organization uses the tool. It has helped us connect with prospects that are hesitant to ask for a demo.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Capitalizing all interested prospects. Without Drift, we were missing out on all the prospects that weren't requesting a demo on our website. We've been able to connect with not only prospects but customers as well. We love how we have the ability to connect with individuals that are downloading our content who may be hesitant to ask for a demo.
