Drift is a great tool made especially for the people who in online business/e-commerce business. Drift is great for the people who are responsible for tracking the leads in the business or the people who have to keep an eye on the number of the sales they are making with respect to the days or months. In short, it is made for analysts. It is very easy to use and simple to understand. The user interface is so easy and simple to understand that anyone with a minimum knowledge of e-commerce can understand all terms in the tool. There are multiple useful features available in this tool. The chat enhancer feature of this is greatest among all the other. The customer service that you can provide to your customers through this this tool is very amazing. In addition, as we all know in e-commerce business the happiness of the customers is always the first priority. The integration of this tool is also very easy. You are not supposed to be a tech Savvy to integrate it fully. It easily integrates with your system and within no time, it is good to go.
The Pricing structure of this tool is very complex. It is very hard to understand what is the amount that you are about to pay to achieve this tool. The support from Drift itself is not a very strong aspect of this software. They have to consider their support and work on this matter.
Overall, a great piece of tool with so many benefits and very less issues. Within this price tag and this customizability, it is very hard to find this useful tool.

My company is getting ready to launch Drift on our website in the coming week. I have to say, getting set up has been so easy, thanks to the great help of our Customer Success Manager, John R. He has been very helpful and provided video instructions, one-on-one meeting consultations, and quick answers to my email questions. All of the materials he has provided have been easy-to-follow and comprehensive, reflecting how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is to use during set-up. I am so excited for Drift to launch on our site, thanks to all of the great support we've received from John and everyone at Drift!

The only issue I run into is that the video quality sometimes is lacking when watched back.

Our team had never used a tool like Drift. We decided to work with Drift because it's easy to use, it has a great user experience, and our support is unreal. The product is really easy to use when you don't complicate tasks. The customer support you receive is unreal. You'll be assigned a cam and they're even willing to join your weekly team meetings. They're always there to help and they're even willing to listen to recommendations.
Drift is still pretty new and so there are still some kinks the system has to work out. Especially when it comes to routing leads. However, my recommendation is that you don't make things extremely complicated and stick with your original needs and requirements of the platform. The more complicated you make things, the harder it is for the system to understand how and where to route.
I strongly recommend getting a demo of Drift. The product is heading in the right direction and is really easy to use. I'm so glad our organization uses the tool. It has helped us connect with prospects that are hesitant to ask for a demo.
Capitalizing all interested prospects. Without Drift, we were missing out on all the prospects that weren't requesting a demo on our website. We've been able to connect with not only prospects but customers as well. We love how we have the ability to connect with individuals that are downloading our content who may be hesitant to ask for a demo.
