Pros: Pure Chat is such a great software for every industry! The plug in is so easy to set up and runs so smoothly.
Cons: Sometimes chat notifications take a second to come up/come in a little late, but that's the only complaint I can think of.
Overall: Overall a great experience.
With Pure Chat i love that it is easy to use and meets all the requirements. The support team have a listening ear and are always willing to help when you are at a fix. Another good thing abut Pure Chat is that the communication is end to end encrypted which means it is secure.
When using Pure Chat and you are offline you will not receive the message instantly. That's the only annoying thing about Pure Chat.

Pros: The alert sound. There's really not much else that's positive.
Cons: Pretty much everything else. Difficult to make changes. Don't give you emails to change your passwords. Simply pointless.
Overall: Makes chatting with inquiring customers difficult. The chat space looks and feels dated. Everything else about the program is unnecessarily difficult to use and making simple changes aren't simple with Pure Chat. Choose any other program.
Pros: It is simple and functional, popular with our web viewers, and now the free options make it just wonderful!
Cons: No complaints. All errors have been due to my own faults.
Overall: As time passes more and more web visitors insist on instant chat, as opposed to emails and phoning us. They are impulsive, and so we have to adapt.
