PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how beneficial Pure Chat is for both our team and our customers. It's a straightforward app that can be customized easily so that it would fit our brand and customer's needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they develop a desktop app for Pure Chat. I think it would improve the speed and performance of the software if it's in a desktop app instead of accessing it through an internet browser.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It improves our communication with our customers. It also saves us a lot of time in handling customer concerns.

Great customer communication app!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the whole idea of this app -- the themes, the functions. All amazing. I love it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just a minor hiccup. I don't like seeing pop-ups and ads. They are a little distracting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communicating with the customers is business-like but not too formal. It's official but not too uptight. It improves our relationship with current and potential customers.

Customer Service upgrade!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is super useful for our customer service team. I love that you can reassign the customer service representative to smoothly continue an on-going chat. It also shows relevant info about the customer, such as their previous orders, number of site visits, and contact info. This stuff can really help us in pursuing leads.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like that it automatically signs you off after a few hours of being inactive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The app made our team more efficient in dealing with customers since we can easily delegate a staff to attend to customers. It also helped us find and pursue new leads.

Love the customization option

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am enjoying the customization option for the Pure Chat alert sound so I always know when there are notifications from the app. I also like that Pure Chat lets me add other individuals in a chat even if they are from other departments. And even if they are now part of the group, they can have the option to stay or to leave the chat room. This feature has helped us greatly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is wonderful that Pure Chat offers a free version with no time limit for usage. However, I would prefer that its paid plans are not limited when it comes to the number of SMS notifications that users can receive. It would also be advantageous if Pure Chat adds functionality that lets us share files and photos via the chat box. Also, I have been experiencing system instabilities lately that Pure Chat should look into and fix.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to monitor the presence of a client in the system is useful to us. It is also helpful that we can ensure that customers receive the right information because we can keep copies of chats.

A live chat app with a wonderful set of tools

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The greatest thing about Pure Chat is the integration capabilities that let our business connect it with other systems. We mainly enjoy its synchronization with Slack because messages in Pure Chat appear as notifications in the group messaging platform. Also, our company benefits

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Growth Plan, the lowest tier in Pure Chat's subscription model, should have more than one maximum website. It would also be a huge help if the reporting tool has more data and metrics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pure Chat has a wide array of customization options for the chat box before we embed it on our website so that it matches our layout and design. But when integrating apps via Zapier, some solutions have limited or zero coding capabilities available to users.

"Great tool for online chatting"

What do you like best?

It's a great tool to embed in the website for online chat.You are able to assign the chat to someone else in the middle of chatting. It keeps a log of each chat session so that you can go back and review or improve on responses. Another thing that I like about Pure Chat is it will show you what page users are visiting and if it is their first visit or a repeat visit so that you can pursue new leads. It also provides you with contact info. such as email address so that you can have a new lead to pursue.

What do you dislike?

Signs you out if you are inactive for a certain amount of time.

Easy way to assign chats to customer service reps so that you know it is being taken care of. Quick notification and pop ups so that you can respond promptly. What are the best aspects of this product?

Pure Chat provides us with an opportunity to keep in touch with our customers who are interested in my business, services and offerings. Lot of people like to shop online and we are able to provide best service through Pure chat in real time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t found something that I might dislike about it.

An outstanding free live chat tool

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I enjoy most about Pure Chat is its free version that has enough functionalities for our needs. Despite being free, it has a lot of options for customization when it comes to design and email. It is very easy to integrate the chat tool with our website as well because all we need to do is to copy and paste the code. I also like that we can have as many team members as we need on the platform and how easy it is to get them onboard--one email and they can already log in to the system. When it comes it its messaging features, our support team has benefited from the automated and canned replies. It is helpful too that Pure Chat keeps transcripts of conversations, which makes it easier for us to follow up with customers. More than that, the support team of Pure Chat is a gem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't much that I do not like about Pure Chat so far. Though I would like if the app lets us email our customers back on the platform. At the moment, we have to copy patrons' email addresses to our email client so that we can send them answers to their queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pure Chat has assisted us in giving digital resources to our customers via our website. This is a revolutionary feature and is a suitable route for the company.
