Pure & Simple

Pros: Pure Chat is such a great software for every industry! The plug in is so easy to set up and runs so smoothly.

Cons: Sometimes chat notifications take a second to come up/come in a little late, but that's the only complaint I can think of.

Overall: Overall a great experience.

"Pure Chat Review"

What do you like best?

With Pure Chat i love that it is easy to use and meets all the requirements. The support team have a listening ear and are always willing to help when you are at a fix. Another good thing abut Pure Chat is that the communication is end to end encrypted which means it is secure.

What do you dislike?

When using Pure Chat and you are offline you will not receive the message instantly. That's the only annoying thing about Pure Chat.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pure Chat is effective for intercommunication, try it and am sure you won't be disappointed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were using the Pure Chat to enhance communication in our organization. With Pure Chat we are able to chat and communicate with workmates without any hindrance. We are also able to share files without fear of data security as its a secure channel.

" It helps me maintain direct contact with my visitors"

What do you like best?

This plugin is interesting because apart from being able to be purchased for free or through a Premium license, it is easily integrated into your business website or your blog, giving you the possibility to maintain direct contact with your visitors in real time by responding to your doubts and suggestions.

In addition, this software allows you to store all the interactions previously performed with the user. It also allows you to schedule a service for the chat in order to let your users know when you are available to serve them.

What do you dislike?

In case you receive a message after disconnecting, you will not be notified to the email, having to check the chat in search of the message left after the disconnection. Nor does it allow you to export conversations to a CSV or Excel format.

It has a lack of filters to search for conversations made on a certain date

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In my business the volume of visits has been increasing progressively, and therefore, to integrate a chat module turns out to be a very useful element. In this way, it has allowed us to maintain direct communication with our visitors, avoiding that our mail tray be saturated with messages that we could respond quickly through a chat window.

"No cost live chat software that actually works!!"

What do you like best?

It’s free of charge and has all the features of a premium service. Change the design to match your companies color scheme. Insert your logo. No ads. Includes mobile app for chatting on the go and a hosted support page for interacting with your clients in a secure environment.

What do you dislike?

Have yet to find anything that was dislikable. Works perfectly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would say you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Pull the trigger. The Wordpress plug is so simple it’s hard to believe.

"A Live Chat Agent "

What do you like best?

This is a quick means of communication and hence, it improves the relationship between the company and the clients.

Again, it lacks hardships when installing it.

And finally, it is affordable and fairly priced.

What do you dislike?

The interface of the software is not that pleasant.

What has to be done is to change and improve it.

Live Chat is helpful, and we have installed it and we can confirm it is working.

I love it and I can advise any person to install it.

"Purechat a tool to communicate"

What do you like best?

This is a fantastic tool that is used to maintain a communication either with the company's customers, as well as with future customers in a simple way.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that the free version is limited and wanting to go to the paid version is a bit expensive, which represents an expense for the company.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If I would recommend this tool because with it you can maintain a clear conversation with customers in a constant and dynamic way, something very important that has an App to use it from the comfort of the cell phone, very satisfied with this tool.

With this tool the company can directly maintain a constant chat with customers in a dynamic way, also through the statistics you can get a lot of information about how satisfied our customers can be.

Terrible Customer Service

Pros: The alert sound. There's really not much else that's positive.

Cons: Pretty much everything else. Difficult to make changes. Don't give you emails to change your passwords. Simply pointless.

Overall: Makes chatting with inquiring customers difficult. The chat space looks and feels dated. Everything else about the program is unnecessarily difficult to use and making simple changes aren't simple with Pure Chat. Choose any other program.

Free now - just adding to this excellent software!

Pros: It is simple and functional, popular with our web viewers, and now the free options make it just wonderful!

Cons: No complaints. All errors have been due to my own faults.

Overall: As time passes more and more web visitors insist on instant chat, as opposed to emails and phoning us. They are impulsive, and so we have to adapt. This method works well, is easy to use, customizable to our needs and just does what it is supposed to. We are also able to do fine with the free version - so nothing to complain about!

Pure Chat worth a try if you're starting a business

Pros: It is extremely easy to use and incorporate. The chat history is a valuable tool to save time for the same people coming back to ask questions and creating a personal touch. I do no tknow the cost as I am not the admin, but it has worked very well.

Cons: I wish it had a picture that we could put with whoever was answering the chat.

Overall: Pure Chat has helped us repsond quickly to our clients, and that response time can make the client feel special and keep them engaged.
