"Already a HUGE fan of Userlike after 4 days!"

What do you like best?

All of the leads generated in a short period of time.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how there is not an App. It would be SO handy to have Userlike on my mobile for when I step away from my desk.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Not all people like talking on the phone. People enjoy simple, FAST responses. So we are getting conversions that we would not get without this service.

"Very good at what it does"

What do you like best?

I love the interface for the customers, really easy for them to use.

What do you dislike?

The admin is a little complicated compared to competitors

This works just like the expensive competitors but comes with a much cheaper price tag.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The solution we wanted was for customers to speak to us without email or telephone calls, but the benefits are its actually a lead generating machine!

this will be an initial review, before I have checked the software. so based on what I see, how i will get approached and how my gut feeling will react.

so far I'm not able to say anything regarding dislikes or likes

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

one benefit I realised, is the way of thinking. i was searching for a substitute term regarding naming customer support lines, aliases for tac support ect - and thats how I came across them.

What do you like best?

THE ICON ON THE SITE IS CLEAN AND WORKS WELL AND PROMPTS THE USER TO COMMUNICATE WITHOUT HAVING TO GO THROUGH A WHOLE LOT OF NONSENSE.

What do you dislike?

THE CARTOON IMAGES WHEN YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN.

it was so easy and quick to integrate it on our website

as far as I work with Userlike I can't say what I don't like about it

"Integration into WordPress website"

What do you like best?

Very easy integration into website, plug and play, of course not 5min and sometimes you have to read the two installation tip sentences carefully, but for complete integration and operation into website max.30 min needed.

Excellent support.

What do you dislike?

Not really much, sometimes tutorials could be more could be more explainable , but most is written in the mouse over text

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integration of a live chat into a WordPress based website. Operation very good for live interactions. Plan to integrate this in a wider range for a virtual exhibition with 20 widgets and 50 operators.
