Probably the best CRM program…

Probably the best CRM program available. I have taken in depth looks at about 50 CRM's and used five as part of my business. Salesmate is heads and shoulders about the rest. It has VOIP integration (phone) that works very well. Other CRM software have VOIP integration, but work very poorly. A huge bonus is that Salesmate has mobile appt that integrates data with the desktop. For each client, you can track activities, calendar appointments/events, text messages, emails, todos, notes, calls, etc. It is not perfect, however, (1) it exports activities, okay, but not texts and emails. This is bad. But no other CRM comes close to the functionality of this program. This program can be customized to meet a multitude of industries. I am an attorney and it works really well tracking multiple cases for individual clients. Other things it could do better. (2) can only attach documents to emails that are less than 10mb's... when the industry standard currently is 20mb's. With the increase of bandwidth, it should be 100mb's. The mobile app does not link phone calls for contacts with deals (cases) FOR INCOMING CALLS -- you have do it manually later, which is bad. (3) The mobile app could be a little easier to navigate. Customer service is very good but not perfect. If you need to migrate data from your program to Salemate, I don't think it is easy if you have complicated data to import. There customer service is limited in helping on this. I was even willing to pay them extra to do a migration of data. Their database for soting data is good but a user should be familar with filtering concepts. I give this company 5 stars because it clearly is the best.

What do you like best?

I like that i can send mass texts to however many people i want.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that a lot of the texts fail when sent out.

It's a great way to contact multiple people at once, Easy to navigate and easy to keep up with deals!

I am getting more leads in from just sending a mass text to relators.

"Gets it Done!"

What do you like best?

The ease of use, features for what I need it to do and the support when i'm stuck or need alittle help, their right there every time and quickly via Chat, love it! I'm not a "write a review guy" but these guys and this product is becoming so valuable to my company and our selling efforts-easy 5 STARS! Well done and thank you, rarely do you find a product that gives you back more than what you need and expected

What do you dislike?

t took alittle time to get comfortable, but really, that was days (maybe hours) and not a hard process. just familiarity as with anything new, so not much to complain about... (maybe the app could be improved, however, i really haven't used it/needed it much?)

If this product is close to meeting your needs, i would not hesitate, buy it!

The pipeline is adequate for our needs and helps keep things organized and visible. By far the single biggest feature is the email tracking. We are starting new website and marketing campaigns and to see who opened your email, clicked on your link to your website is very valuable to understanding our reach and exposure, etc. In addition, to be able to quickly log a task to help keep organized all on a single page view, really helpful tool. "Great entry price level CRM for SME"

What do you like best?

Clean UI, very competitive pricing, team inbox for mail, solid phone and text integration. I tested around 10-12 CRMs superficially before deciding for Salemate. It has by far the best price / performance ratio. Very powerful bulk email tool with flows.. in particular the flows have great potential for us that we just started to explore. Then there is a great Office 365 integration too.

What do you dislike?

I wish for a deeper integration with Linkedin, in particular message sync would be HUGE. But to be fair almost none of the other CRMs offer this (only Salesforce and MS Dynamics)

Salemate offers an integration with a contact enrichment tool, but this 3rd party software is very expensive... Would be great if Salesmate offered integrations for tools like hunter.io which are more affordable.

Support specialists aren't always helpful. Porting phone numbers into Salesmate is a hassle. Wish that phone calls could be tied to companies as well as contacts.

My business has used Salesmate to completely streamline and simplify our workflow. Where we were bumbling around different systems to achieve all of our needs, Salesmate was a perfect solution. It's affordable, yet has the complete suite of features my business needed to achieve our best efficiency and productivity. "Simply Phenomenal"

What do you like best?

What do I like best? How about EVERYTHING? An outstanding CRM, with wall to wall customization, onboard email and text marketing, and superb workflow automation. And, at the outrageously low monthly price of $15 ($12 if you go yearly, an absolute steal.

What do you dislike?

Their calendaring functions are weak. As a solopreneur in a client-based business I live and die by my calendar, and I wish theirs was more robust. Not a deal breaker, and with everything else they have going for them, easily overlooked.

Try it! 14-day trial, you can't go wrong. You might just love it. I did. I do!

Oh gosh, where do I begin? I've been wanting a single-solution CRM for all my needs, but haven't ever found one that isn't missing a crucial feature or has elements that don't work for me in some way. Until now. Having a single place to manage my client & business relationships, launch scheduled / tracked emails and texts, AND automate my workflow to boot has easily trimmed 10 or more administrative hours out of my workweek and freed up my schedule to do the things I really need to do. Salesmate has been a lifesaver for me.

"Best CRM Yet"

What do you like best?

Found Salesmate after reviewing many different CRM's. Many were good but seemed to be missing a major feature or two ... or you had to pay "top tier" prices to get a well rounded solution. Salesmate has all the major features you could want without paying an arm an a leg. Easiest CRM to use with tremendous value for the price.

What do you dislike?

Would like to see a mass update feature that allows you to move the contents of one field to another. You can currently mass update a field but not move contents.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Import your data an try features such as e-marketing, workflow, etc., You will be blown away how easy they are to use - and helpfu.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Customer management and tracking was our main goal ... but the e-marketing tools are fantastic and the automated workflow is helping us pursue leads more effectively. Love the ability to schedule e-mails whenever I want.
