JustCall is a Cloud-based Phone System for Contact Center. The software collects phone numbers in 58 countries with a click. The incoming calls on this number will come directly on the user mobile phone, our web app, and desktop app. Invite team members, track and record calling activities from a dashboard. Auto-dialer function available to make calls or users can download via Mobile Apps. The software integrates with Salesforce, Pipedrive, Front, Infusionsoft, and more. Call Centers, Marketing Teams, Small and Medium companies make use of the software.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I would like to give a great feedback about Aakanksha, an agent who helped me a lot. I was impressed how friendly and thorough she was. She answered all my questions and found the solution for everything. This is the best agent I've ever talked to and very very satisfied with her support!

Smooth process

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Able to direct calls to mobile phones & pick up the phone from anywhere & the option to keep it under "Hibernation" at minimal cost without losing the number.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Billing could be pushed to email as a reminder that there has been a charge & user interface can be improved, such as easily finding the phone availability scheduling & automated messaging ability.

Brilliant customer service from Suraj

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The call quality is awesome, I love that it keeps track of previous conversations as well. Customer support is the highlight though. In the past I've tried dealing with the support teams at Skype and Zoom Phone and it's a disaster. It was so refreshing to talk to Suraj in the JustTalk support team. He went above and beyond what a typical support agent would do, and I walked away from the call thinking 'wow, what an awesome guy.' If management is reading this - you have a star here!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It seems to have everything

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I now have a reliable soft phone after many issues with other companies in the past.

Every company needs JustCall

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

JustCall improved our company's communication significantly because of its autodialer! Their tech support works closely with us to resolve issues and update us about new features and if there are improvements in the app's functions!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they need to improve on the MMS side.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It streamlined all our sales calls and other communications especially when we started to integrate it with our CRM tools.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like about most about JustCall is that it's constantly improving its services! They have great tech support. The app is extremely useful. I love that I can call using my computer. Integrations with other apps that I use makes it more usable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I like it! I just encountered a few issues with my Bluetooth headset and I'm not sure if that's on the software or if it's just my device.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our sales call improved! We're more efficient now.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There is a lot to love about JustCall but the best thing about it is their highly professional and helpful tech support! I have no complaints! They always do their job perfectly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could improve their mobile app. I am always having a connectivity issue because for it to work, you have to be connected to the internet. I wish it could function as a cellular phone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have a better way to track and return calls and test messages! Our sales reps can also review their calls because of the recording. Reviewing these helps them improve their performance which also increases our sales!

JustCall is the best call app!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

JustCall has a great user interface! It records calls, and can support MMS! I also love the integration with multiple productivity apps, however, what I like the most about JustCall is their top-notch customer support! They easily troubleshoot any issues promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd appreciate seeing the improvement in the mobile app. Perhaps making it more intuitive by allowing users to search messages by contact name.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It basically has everything we need for a reasonable price!

Helpful to remote teams

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is pretty much a straightforward app. It's user-friendly, affordable, and highly functional. I love that I get to integrate it with other productivity apps such as Slack. Their customer support is top-notch! Never hesitated to help us with all our concerns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem I encountered with this is when my phone updated to iOS 13. There was some moment where it's not fully functioning because of the update, but it was resolved immediately. Thanks to the customer care team!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

JustCall and all its integrations helped us as a remote team! It makes our process more efficient and streamlined.

Accessible anywhere

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

JustCall's user interface is amazing. It's intuitive and strategically designed. Their tech support team is also highly commendable because they are always able to resolve issues right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are bugs in the program but as I mentioned, customer care is always there to resolve it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has been helpful especially during the pandemic. We're all working from home and we never have to worry about not being near our office telephones.

Good integration

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

JustCall also integrates perfectly with Zoho. It can record conversations. It can keep records in a customer card. It's also accessible through mobile. They also have the best and the most dedicated customer support staff who will go for miles just to make sure that you get the best service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No issues here!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now have accurate information because of the recorded conversations. We were also able to increase the number of our outgoing calls without it stressing us. The automatic recording really saves us a lot of time.
