The best CRM I ever used.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The built in lead qualifier in Pipeliner CRM makes the process from lead to sale easier and quicker.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The sales support online takes a bit longer to come back with answers to crucial questions when needed.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am satisfied with the features/services that I am getting at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pipeliner CRM has solved my problems of losing important leads and contacts. With its Gmail Add-in, the two syncs effortlessly and no contact or lead is left out.

gmail addins, advanced reporting, no admin required and ease of use and setup

it is very simplified and user friendly to any sales person to use and is has magnificent features

& quota management, product & price list management, quote & order management, contact & account management, task / activity management, customer contract management, Partner Relationship management, email marketing, lead management, campaign management, case management, very effective customer support portal, call centre feature, support analysis, best reporting features of every user, forecasting feature, dashboard which is very simple and clear to use, mobile user support, social user support, social collaboration support and also can be integrated with social media.

Also the following are among the contributions that Pipeliner CRM provides to organizations as it is very vital to an organisation.

Improving access to customer knowledge across department,

"Simple, friendly and engaging interface"

What do you like best?

I enjoyed the visualizations and the interface is very catching especially if you are a first time user. Also it's integration to other sites like email is very useful

What do you dislike?

Well I haven't found anything that I hated about it.

They should really try and give it a go use the 14 day trial to get familiar with it am sure they will love it.
