Pipeliner is a CRM designed especially for sales. It has a sales friendly interface and a built-in automation engine. The software offers uniform navigation to users, and every screen is logically organized to keep the user-focused. Users have an option to customize views if they don't like the default view. Users don't need to be from a technical background to use the software as admin. Anyone can administer the software and require no separate training or certification. The Pipeliner comes with instant dynamic visualized reporting, which lets users generate reports from anywhere in the system. Users can generate standard, pivot, and even advanced business intelligence reports. It also offers performance dashboard reports. The tool enables users to point and click interfaces to build processes, automate routine tasks, and increase efficiency. The software offers third party integration. The software is also available in the form of a mobile app, which increases users' efficiency and productivity. PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect of this product is its dynamic instant visualization , the add and drop button and the war room concept, the product is very user friendly and easy to learn, it requires no administration technology

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The product does not have room for integration of local languages making it difficult for local prospects

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I will the product to integrate local languages so as prospecting to locals who are not conversant with English to be able to use the product

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem of tracking sales. With pipeliner sales metrics, we are able to keep track of our leads which has increased sales tremendously.

User friendly and has the best sales features which enables to improve performance of general companies revenues.

I think it would be better to include email marketing.

they should add email marketing feature.

we had a problem of low revenue and because of pipeliner crm revenues have increased incredibly.

Setting up meetings

qualifying leads

Clear and easy visualization of Sales Process

Great capability in reporting both in-app with 'filter' and reporting module built-in is easy to use

Reporting into pivot table is also easy and very useful

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pipeliner CRM needs to integrate a command where a user can use his voice to command what he wants.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Until now our company did not detect any improvement that can be made to Pipeliner CRM.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pipeliner CRM is a software that I have used for my business over a period of time, and I can testify that it is quite easy and cheaper to use than other softwares for CRM. The quality and durability is immeasurable and very refined. It can track and save lead information that can help you generate sales.

Without a system in place to track the performances and activities of your staff, your sales managers have little legitimate information to go on. It’s great to know how many deals each sales rep closed in a given week

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect is the user interface that is very friendly and easy to use

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The area is the lead, it took a lot of time to load sometimes and even if the network is bad, it is somehow frustrating

What are the best aspects of this product?

The built in lead qualifier in Pipeliner CRM makes the process from lead to sale easier and quicker.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The sales support online takes a bit longer to come back with answers to crucial questions when needed.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I am satisfied with the features/services that I am getting at the moment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Pipeliner CRM has solved my problems of losing important leads and contacts. With its Gmail Add-in, the two syncs effortlessly and no contact or lead is left out.
