Pros: Using freshsales is extremely easy. The UI/UX of this tool is excellent and I understood how to use all features of this tool without any assistance. Using this tool, I can manage all my leads and contacts easily. Moreover, I can arrange all my leads in different stages such as follow up, won and lost. This give me ability to measure the success of my outreach efforts. Moreover, the dashboard of this tool is good
Cons: This software is heavy and sometimes it hangs. Otherswise it is a good platform
Overall: This software help us to keep track of all our leads and their progress. Using this tool has helped us to manage our sales and marketing pipeline
Pros: FS keeps upgrading by expanding their function in order to make work and tracking emails easier, managing customers and not missing the follow ups

Overall: We have thousands of clients and emails sometimes it's not so easy to remember who you need to be in contact, we can now easily add task, deals, even sales campaign to support our sales and makes it a lot easier.
Pros: In CRM call recording. The work flow and ease of use with the lanes UI is great.
Cons: Had bit of issues with adding new users and making payment. But the customer support resolved it as soon as I got them on the phone.

The tasks feature is underrated. You can set due dates and associate the tasks with a contact or account (business) or even your own business or department. You can then only list tasks that are due that day. This has single handedly made me more productive when feeling overloaded with things to do that do not have a set appointment.
In general FS is flexible and extremely intuitive, allowing you to find your own best ways to use it.
Amazing at integration with ticketing (Freshdesk), Notes, Tasks, our Network Documentation for a client, previous work done for a clients, everything is one click a way.
Cons: We've seen one bug with time zones and task due dates but in general the company is always perfecting and listening so we are not worried about it.
Overall: It you are a small to mid range MSP I highly recommend using Freshsales in combination with Freshdesk ticketing, Ninja RMM, Cloudberry/AWS backups and Teamviewer.
Freshsales has mastered the intuitive interface, making your life easier and pulling up information instantly. Sales pipeline, Robust tasks, Documentation and notes, Previous work performed, Appointments - including integration with GSuite and Google Calendar, you name it. We love it!
Pros: I have worked with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Pega etc. I found freshsales UI and flow the most seamless and intuitive

Overall: Overall experience was phenomenal. It captures the entire sales flow from capturing leads to nurturing them and closing deals with a seamless easy to understand interface. Keeps various sections of the sales organization in the same page and informed during the entire flow
Pros: The system is straightforward to set up and we found the learning curve for new users to be non-existent.
Cons: Scale-ability. For small teams and a growing business FreshSales hits the mark by offering a fully fledged integrated CRM without the costs of set-up and maintenance of an enterprise CRM. However, the long term cost of FreshSales will nee to be reconsidered as staffing levels rise.
Overall: Our sales and customer admin teams started using FreshSales during the trial period and it blended in seamlessly with our processes. Additionally we use FreshDesk to manage our support and other client interactions.
Together these tools are a brilliant integrated system that tracks our client communications from sales lead through the sales pipeline and onto maintaining a post sales relationship.
