"One of the best CRM to this date"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that Freshsales allows you to keep track of all your clients and leads data, this optimizes the work being done. It is incredible all that you can keep in a single place, emails, calls, notes , task management. tracking website events and this way you are able to see what your clients and leads are most interested in. It also allows you to see if there are duplicates and you can merge them to obtain a single profile with all the information in a single place. You can also get notification on the emails your leads and clients have opened up, this way you are able to see if they really interested or not.

What do you dislike?

I have not found a feature that I dislike about this solution

It is best to get the plan that best fits your organization needs, this way you will get your money's worth

It is amazing how organized the solution allows you to be. Very often clients information gets lost and with this CRM everything is in one single place.

Getting things done for a fraction of the cost

Pros: We were able to implement Freshsales in a couple of the days when we reached that stage when we needed some sort of relations management systems, but we were too small to commit to a bigger CRM system.

Freshsales does very well all that we expected it to do in an efficient and elegant manner.

Overall, the experience was great and we can only recommend Freshsales for any company that wants to be on top of things but does not want to commit to the outrageous costs that some CRMs require.

Cons: Going through longer list of data with several pages is painfully slow.

Some not that advanced workflows are not possible to define without external apps (Zapier).

Overall: Freshsales CRM helps us to achieve goals and to stay in control of our processes.

"The perfect CRM for me"

What do you like best?

Before Freshsales I was using multple tools to keep track of and manage lead flow: a chat tool, support desk, analytics, CRM. Now all of it integrates together perfectly. I love being able to email leads and schedule emails right from the dashboard, as well as customize it exactly how I need.

What do you dislike?

This is a robust tool, so it took me some time to figure out how to use it to its fullest. The learning curve was longer than other tools I've used, but now that it's the way I like it, it's great.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you need a customizable, flexible, reliable CRM, FS is for you.

- Tracking conversion rates and sales each month

"Freshsales manages potential customers with great speed "

What do you like best?

We like that the platform brings an integrated phone, which allows us to track the behavior of our users, that reports can be created by applying an agile methodology, and that we can manage sales on the spot. With Freshsales you get great territory management, call lists, and customer databases in general.

What do you dislike?

Freshsales does not allow the user to make forecasts of sales, or handle contracts or documents in general. It does not categorize customers online, nor does it integrate quickly into social media platforms. The scoring system for potential clients is confusing, since points are calculated subjectively, and having a team with several members, some of them can give another rating, which causes disorganization.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Freshsales is a comfortable service, full of tools to offer a correct attention to the clients and be able to analyze them. Freshsales will be useful to review the performance metrics of online customer management, to control responses through email, to manage leads, and much more. We are completely satisfied with Freshsales. It is reliable, intuitive and very comfortable. We recommend it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

By using Freshsales we get the possibility of integrating emails to the CRM platform, and we have also improved the ability to make phone calls. We also save time by not having to verify the information before providing solutions to the clientele. It can be said that increasing the practicality of customer relationship management is only the beginning. With Freshsales, the marketing and management tasks of the pipeline sales (sales funnels) are optimized.

"Very useful"

What do you like best?

Follow up of customers, tracking information, sending mails en making phonecalls is very easy. You also have a good overview of all the needed information.

The trader lead score is not always accurate.

"Pretty good till now"

What do you like best?

"A great platform to have for prospecting as well as closing deals."

What do you like best?

It really helps me to up to date with my all day activities as well as with the help of this feature i can able maintain the good relationship with my clients.

It also helps me to close the deals & Freshsales provide me the great visibility in order to taking follow up with clients.

What do you dislike?

Currently I didnt observed such cons about the freshsales.

What do you like best?

When we talk about freshsales, we are not only talking about a tool for sales, but also about a service that unifies sales management, marketing, and communication with customers in one place. This CRM allows to integrate chats and emails to work, in order to further promote communication between the marketing team with which we work. We like your customer distribution system, since it allows us to evaluate them, and in this way cover a lot of work area with them.

What do you dislike?

Its integrated telephone system is difficult to use, especially when you want to make calls internationally. Your report tracking system has few filtering options, so it can be difficult to retrieve or find information about previous projects. The system of user behavior does not allow us to completely review the activity information of these during your stay on our website.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Freshsales is recommended both to handle potential customers and to handle internal sales of any online retail company. Your call list manager allows you to import the information of these to all kinds of online platforms. Freshsales is also recommended for its organized management of sales funnels.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Freshsales has turned out to be great with the tax administration. Now it is much easier than before to manage our relationships with clients, allowing us to incorporate classic social interaction tools (phone calls, email, etc). Freshsales has also been good at offering answers to the sales team about well-organized marketing strategies. It has also made it easier to manage workflows.

What do you like best?

Freshsales has a well-planned interface that is truly agreeable to utilize and simple to explore. It is very efficient by subcategories, client database and the board of potential customers, we couldn't be progressively agreeable, it has everything incorporated and the important conditions to build the offers of your business, its cost is open and has a free form. Freshsales arranges and tracks the undertakings of our clients, doing consequent meet-ups and regulating future associations. It can empower making calls and sending messages to potential customers, it impacts reports and ordered examination of our customers to improve our arrangements and streamline work shapes.

What do you dislike?

I haven't yet gone over a specific confinement in Freshsales. Up until now, so great!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The general experience is incredible and it's consoling to realize that the help group are so useful. Keep your group profitable and hold customers, call customers legitimately from CRM and a point by point outline of leads and clients. I recommend!

With Freshsales we have a superior followup and speedier reactions to messages. We are rapidly picking up bits of knowledge into our business channel and how to help our customers all the more deliberately. This gives more an incentive to the business and our customers.

"Great product, very happy"

What do you like best?

simple, intuitive interfaces with great power and intelligence. Feature rich without being complicated.

What do you dislike?

SMS is not functional yet. They have the feature, but you have to go outside the platform to read messages. I am told they are working on it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Every business needs a CRM - I guess the problem is organizing, initiating, responding and tracking customer data.
