I like the fact that Freshsales allows you to keep track of all your clients and leads data, this optimizes the work being done. It is incredible all that you can keep in a single place, emails, calls, notes , task management. tracking website events and this way you are able to see what your clients and leads are most interested in. It also allows you to see if there are duplicates and you can merge them to obtain a single profile with all the information in a single place. You can also get notification on the emails your leads and clients have opened up, this way you are able to see if they really interested or not.

It is amazing how organized the solution allows you to be. Very often clients information gets lost and with this CRM everything is in one single place.
Pros: We were able to implement Freshsales in a couple of the days when we reached that stage when we needed some sort of relations management systems, but we were too small to commit to a bigger CRM system.
Freshsales does very well all that we expected it to do in an efficient and elegant manner.
Overall, the experience was great and we can only recommend Freshsales for any company that wants to be on top of things but does not want to commit to the outrageous costs that some CRMs require.
Cons: Going through longer list of data with several pages is painfully slow.
Some not that advanced workflows are not possible to define without external apps (Zapier).
Overall: Freshsales CRM helps us to achieve goals and to stay in control of our processes.
Before Freshsales I was using multple tools to keep track of and manage lead flow: a chat tool, support desk, analytics, CRM. Now all of it integrates together perfectly. I love being able to email leads and schedule emails right from the dashboard, as well as customize it exactly how I need.
This is a robust tool, so it took me some time to figure out how to use it to its fullest. The learning curve was longer than other tools I've used, but now that it's the way I like it, it's great.

Freshsales does not allow the user to make forecasts of sales, or handle contracts or documents in general. It does not categorize customers online, nor does it integrate quickly into social media platforms. The scoring system for potential clients is confusing, since points are calculated subjectively, and having a team with several members, some of them can give another rating, which causes disorganization.
Freshsales is a comfortable service, full of tools to offer a correct attention to the clients and be able to analyze them. Freshsales will be useful to review the performance metrics of online customer management, to control responses through email, to manage leads, and much more.
