We love how easy it is to use freshsales. This "sensitive CRM" offers a good combination of traditional communication methods (email, chat and phone calls) so that the communicative experience with the client is as wide as possible, without the need for external programs.
Its configuration of permissions for collaborators is very limiting, because it does not allow to give them much freedom. It is not good for importing databases from external services (nor for exporting them). Your customer segmentation system is slow and does not offer enough information.
Freshsales will be useful to both small and medium businesses, thanks to its extensive customer management. It is highly recommended to manage leads, and to review your activity on the web. Thanks to Freshsales you will be able to get much more out of the visualization of your business in process. We recommend it.
Thanks to freshsales our customer management is much simpler and more coordinated (when it comes to group collaborations). Before we could not do correct visual tracking of all business processes, but luckily with the use of freshsales this is no longer a problem.

The app is easy to use too and can do almost everything from the app.
Cons: I really with I could click to text from the app and open my email from the app to change the from address.
I also feel kinda ripped on the referral program. I got someone to pay for a year and they only pay me for a month at a time. I was told because they could cancel but the subscription is nonrefundable. Ive reached out a bunch of times more but no reply :(

Pros: Liked the featureset and price and the fact that they promised full migration support from our previous CRM. Unfortunately it did not turn out as advertised.
Cons: During the sales process I was told that they would provide full service assistance with migrating us from a previous CRM and this was a big reason why we picked Freshsales after a through search across the options in the market. They told us it would be completed by a certain date and then missed the deadline - my sales team had no CRM for over a week and was logging all their notes in spreadsheets! Then when the incomplete data showed up, we were missing the dates of actions along with whole categories of actions. I'm writing this 5mo later and after working with multiple support personnel from Freshsales this is still not resolved. We've also had issues with bugs in the software including their snippet which tracks website actions blocking folks from being able to login to our software 2x. Twice we've had slow performance on our web app reported (we run a software company) and our engineering team has troubleshot and pinpointed the Freshsales snippet as the source of the problem. The call feature with call recording is not usable with customers reporting choppy connection / poor connection on over 50% of calls. Numerous small bugs found in the software that affect usabiilty. We build software and it's very clear that they need improvements to their software testing process and less overpromising from their support team.
Overall: Overall very disappointed - we have had expensive downtime for our sales team, actual downtime from our customers not being able to use our software due to their tracking snippet and hours spent going back and forth with their support team not getting to a resolution. Amazing they have raised so much money and have not been able to address these issues. Doesn't feel like a production ready software product.

Overall: Its helping me to manage my leads and getting updating same at as ease. Managers can take review of all my opportunities and leads very easily. Features n UI are extremely user friendly.

Cons: I was hoping that the call feature from the app would provide me a number to call so that I could use my business number.
Overall: Overall, the software is perfect for a new realtor or real estate investor.
Pros: Its very east to set up. We were able to make the system tailored to a Solar CRM within a day.
Cons: Not really a dislike more of a request, It would be awesome if we can get calls recorded and be able to download to send to our clients.
Overall: The need for a CRM that is cost effective and easier to use then saleforce.

Pros: Super easy to use. As a realtor in the business for several years I've tried BoomTown, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss and some others. I stumbled across FreshSales by pure happenstance and fell in love with it. Super intuitive, it integrates to other software easily and the app is flawless. I could go on and on. The pricepoint is also stupid cheap. A customer service rep even reached out to do a personal walkthrough with me.
Cons: What did I like least? The only thing that comes to mind is that I can't go to FreshSales.com to log in, it's a weird URL like FreshSales.io. It's easy enough to bookmark but at first it was kind of annoying.
Overall: See my first comments. I'd recommend this all day
Pros: Very easy to use. Kept track of every stage of the deal. Emails and phone conversations were integrated in the tracking process. Kept track of all contacts associated with the client.
Cons: There was nothing not to like. I found no short-comings what-so-ever.
Overall: I got the feeling that a sales person designed this program for the sales force. I love it. Highy recommend.
