What do you like best?
Livestorm had the highest frame rate and quality/level of detail for demonstrating our products, and as a visual effects software company, making our webinars as visible as possible is very important. Other products that look at screen share options often don't also combine the marketing toolset with it, and for me that's where I knew Livestorm would solve my marketing challenges and also keep the product managers happy from a delivery perspective.
The experience as both a user/presenter and a participant is really nice, the ability to switch between screens and presenters is super easy. Unlike most webinar platforms that are so ridged in their layout with small boxes everywhere, when sharing on Livestorm it's full screen or multi layout so you get the detail you want.
Most things in the platform are open and flexible for you to tailor, sometimes that can be a bit too much freedom, but it does put you in control.
The reporting is relatively good and as an entire package it's very good for the money
What do you dislike?
There are still some quirks with Livestorm as with any system but as a newish player into the market, I love that they are so keen to work on their roadmap based on customer feedback.
Some small day to day things could be improved, saving of templates across the account as a whole would be good. Having some predefined lists for the registration form like Country would be useful and ensure better data quality than having a free text field (or having to build out an entire list)
We use the Zapier api which is ok, but there's definitely room for a bit more improvement, and the Hubspot integration could also use a bit of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely worth your time and effort to look into, it feels much more modern and agile compared to it's competitors
