"Get a better relationship with powerful customers with PipelineDeals."

What do you like best?

In broad terms I like Pipelinedeals for the great diversity of aspects that it provides, one of these is the constant monitoring of sales for an increase in income on a large scale, mentioning that it contains in its programming integrations of emails and calendars to have a more fluid communication by referring us to register agreements and interactions with multiple conventional contacts, without excluding that it acquires a flexibility to configure the software as you want to use it, this tool is the one that I love the most about this system.

What do you dislike?

This software is not as effective when we do not aim to link other people's contact information and communications to a single one in particular, it is a strict system according to sales crm, so there are many features that are not essentially relevant were of an environment of these consolidated transactions, we can highlight that it does not have a customization in some terms that are quite necessary when using them, including the issue that of all its systematization in some fields it does not acquire an automation.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pipelinedeals is perfect to quickly implement a crm, as it is easy and fast to configure accounts, import their date and start using it, both basic and advanced users who use this management software for customer relations, value to a great extent, the very intuitive tool, as long as time is dedicated to defining the processes and objectives of your organization, in order to have a visualization of the capacity where the company is in the fundamental sales cycles.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Pipelinedeals was implemented in our organization for different reasons that cover our main needs, such as an effective contact management that allows us to store extensive lists of these individuals in a secure way, including our potential clients of the company, in the same way we use it For sales and digital marketing efforts, in other relevance we can underline that the project management team uses it for the initial stages of work with users.

What do you like best?

I like PipelineDeals simplicity. It organizes the deals that you are doing intuitively and enables you to sort and manage your priorities easily.

I just want to learn about the reporting features of PipelineDeals.

Is an important tool to manage and track your pipeline. One of the issues to consider is whether or not you need your technology incorporated with an ATS while operating in a staffing business.

I use PipelineDeals to give priority to my job. The benefits I got include the ability to plan and successfully attract customers at the right time. I could estimate revenue as well.

"Pipeline Deals Review"

What do you like best?

I love how it feels like it is organized like Excel. If you have experience with excel, PLD will be a breeze. They also have USA based support staff.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could store files in folders inside each deal. I could then organize files within deals where a lot of information is being shared.

Useful customer management software.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the ability to make calendar invites directly in Outlook and the invites are automatically saved in Pipeline and vice versa. I can keep my customers engaged thanks to the customer relationship management. Also, I can easily find every information I need in the Pipeline page within customers group. I love how all the features makes my work run easily without any effort.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d say that I needed some time to learn how to run this platform. They need to provide us with better tutorial so the user can find the things and options they really need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can find information quickly and easily. Saves time and money with calendars, paperwork and etc. Thanks to its mobile app I don’t need to spend more time on computer, so I can keep track of my business progress anywhere.

"Easy to Filter Accounts & Get the job done!"

What do you like best?

Been using PipelineDeals for over a year now, and love how easy it is to filter our company data. Updating and making changes is easy, and presents everything I need to know at a glance. Customization is great, updates to the system from the Pipeline team is fast. Overall, I really love the software and what it does to help me stay on top of things.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally the system hangs when I update an account - but a quick refresh of the account tends to eliminate most issues.

Fast filtering of any number of parameters makes getting in touch with the right account a breeze.

Keep track of your business progress with Pipeline Deals

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software helps me to keep track of all the deals by assigning documents, email, threads and contact information of the client. On the other side, keeps track of my team’s progress and company’s income. Thanks to sales dashboard I can see all deals ordered by stages and percentage, so I can see how much progress we had last month and how much work we have in coming period. All in all, Pipeline Deals saves us a lot of time when we need to see the whole activities throughout the year and previous months.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, they need to work on their upload or attach section. It would be great to select multiple files at once and to upload them automatically. Otherwise, uploading the files and attachments separately is time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software helps you to track all the assign documents, emails, and conversations with your clients. Also, it helps you to enter all the data on excel automatically, thus, it saves you a lot of time.

You must select and delete each person and then delete the profile of the company.It allows me to track and share communications, set tasks and track opportunities. They always have a support person available to chat, and they are very quick to solve any problem that may arise (of which there have not been many. I highly recommend PipelineDeals.
