"THRYV Review"

What do you like best?

Thryv streamlines activities and provides constant support for business owners. If you have an idea they will curate a way to bring that idea to life. It's easy to manage your client database, social media, payments and more with the THRYV software. The help support articles, chat and live person trainings are helpful.

What do you dislike?

There is so much to learn to maximize your investment in THRYV but there is always someone to support your new learning.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solving the problem of registering attendees for a group event was the most recent issue solved with THRYV. It allows DPI the opportunity to manage the attendance and registration of our group event right in the convenience of our client database.

Learning curve is steep but there is plenty of help to onboard you.

Best customer service!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent customer service! Each step of our setup to web design and to everyday interactions, they have always been eager to help. They always go beyond our expectations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Creating a post plan is a bit tedious to do. I hope there would be fewer steps or better navigation options when making a post plan soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Suggestions for improvement of the app are heard and sometimes implemented immediately. Customers know that they are being taken seriously and cared for in Thryv.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Loving the CRM functions Thryv has! It made me be more competitive and be at league with larger companies.

Some few glitches but nothing noteworthy.

"Best CRM I have found!"

What do you like best?

I love using Thryv because i can keep track of all my new and existing clients in one place. I know exactly how many estimates I have out and how much business we potentially have.

What do you dislike?

As of now, nothing. Everything has been working great and our new video shoot was amazing!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am using it to keep track of my social media and estimates. I get a lot of quotes out and this way I can keep track of exactly how much business we potentially have.

"Everything I needed and more."

What do you like best?

The CRM tools have been phenomenal. I am always looking for a way to compete with larger companies. These tools allow me to do this. It's phenomenal. I am looking forward to new additions to Thryv.

What do you dislike?

Not too much. Occasionally there are a few glitches but they are easily overcome. I look forward to seeing how Thryv tools will modernize and become more easily implemented in the future.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Hell yeah! Its a great set of tools for any small business. I thoroughly enjoy the easiness.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is an easy all in one hub that helps me with social media, and client relationship tools. This has been a great alternative to services like Planoly. I have even ceased using a social media manager for content posting.

"Thryv has been indispensable!"

What do you like best?

I love the fact that I get immediate responses to anything I ask or need. Our salesperson is now more like a family member and our social media presence has skyrocketed. I can't imagine having a better experience!

What do you dislike?

Nothing. I have literally had no issue with Thryv.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the time to talk with a representative. It's worth every minute, every cent. They offer so much our salesperson couldn't even cover it all in the first meeting. Every day we uncover some other wonderful function!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were invisible on the web prior to working with Thryv. Recruiting good employee candidates was a real chore and trying to get traffic to the website and reviews was just ridiculous. We signed with Thryv and immediately saw the difference!

"Great program and customer service"

What do you like best?

Their customer support is a focal and it shows. From our initial contact with Jesse, to our setup with Nagih, to web design, and our daily interactions with live support. They all go above and beyond to not only help but explain it to make sure you understand.

What do you dislike?

Social media plans need work. When creating a post plan, you have to jump between 1 day view, to weekly, to monthly just to get certain things accomplished. Would save time to have all options no matter the view you are in.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your due diligence and research. I promise no other program will give the support like this team has. They truly make you feel apart of the family. The program has numerous helpful options for any size business. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

Every suggestion is received and looked at. Some implemented rather quickly.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love their team! Changing websites and transitioning to the new one is expected to be a rough phase in a company, but with Thryv and their support team transitioning has been smooth. They are always ready to help and ready to reach out. Of course, their product is always spot on. Since our shift, we have been subscribing to more services that Thryv offers because that is how effective and efficient they are.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see options to customize.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Solving technical problems with help. Whenever I experience technical difficulty I would just call their 24/7 customer support and they would educate me or help me troubleshoot.
