It would be nice if support had a response time guarantee... “We respond to tickets within 3 hours — guaranteed!”

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use SSO to login. You can later associate another email as the sending email address, if you want.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mass email communication with customers... It’s easy to deploy and it automatically cleans up duplications.

"Excellent booster for your campaigns!"

What do you like best?

SendinBlue makes it easy to access and customize massive use of communications. And once it comes to stats, opening rates and downloads, it is also an amazing solution. The performance is unmatched since mails look gorgeous when you exit the scheme. The prototype builder, on the other side, is user friendly to use. It's got a good model performance. Or the list management is working quite well. I may also say the pricing are intensely affordable. I'm not going to leave SendinBlue for another forum because it makes me really happy.

What do you dislike?

For overall better operation, you have to figure out certain activities. And the API started working for us after some moment. With the models we originally designed, the issues we had in this respect were too complex. But after a while, when it was activated again, everything has been worked out and returns to normal. And maybe some places are more complicated than other places, in particular cases.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

As SendinBlue does have the advantage of not having as many subscribers as possible. If the volume of customers you used to care about, SendinBlue isn't a concern anymore. SendinBlue has just one threshold and is capable of sending emails every day. It is observed that this is an ongoing and very well-planned provider.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used SendinBlue for a number of campaigns in the corporation and everything went excellently. Our supply capacity has therefore been greatly improved and continuous. Our open and clicking performance was also increased. We counted these metrics and discovered that they are higher than with the use of preceding platform.

"Sendinblue"

What do you like best?

There are so many features and reports that I did not expect. I thought it would just send out mail, but it is much more sophisticated than that.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. Everything seems to be working okay.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would say do it. We have found it to have immediate benefits and after just a short period we find we are using it regularly and it is having a clearly positive effect on our business.

It is keeping track of why mails don't get delivered, and gives useful easy to understand feedback on responses.

"Excellente solution pour démarrer"

What do you like best?

Simple et intuitive, cette plateforme m'a permis de lancer rapidement une campagne d'émails pour faire connaître notre association.

Les modèles sont prêts à l'emploi, le suivi très pratique et les 300 envois par jour gratuits sont appréciables pour une association !

"Très bonne expérience avec le site sendinblue"

What do you like best?

J'aime la facilité du site, la présentation, très complète même en gratuit, pour un débutant. Et en plus c'est en Français, donc bien plus rapide pour programmer les mails. Il y a même des webinards de temps ce qui permet de connaître d'autres fonctions ou de les approfondir. Il y a toujours quelqu'un en cas de problème sur le site. le site.

Il manque quelques options mais l'application évolue tout de même très bien. Il manque une application et le fait d'envoyer un mail automatique lorsque un article est publié via SendInBlue

Très bon site que je recommande pour un débutant voir plus, pour programmer les mails automatiquement sans se prendre la tête après

Je peux programmer mes mails directement sur le site et l'envoyer à tous les contacts de la liste choisie.

L'avantage : C'est un gain de temps, des jolies templates ou personnalisables. Et les mails de des abonnées sont gardés secrets.

"Quick and Easy"

What do you like best?

The program is clear and very intuitive. I was able to operate immediately even though I was a new user. I had already sent my emails in a few minutes.

What do you dislike?

everthing was working for the best. No problems

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

with my usual mail program I can't send mailing lists because customers received my mail in the Spam folder and after some mailings, the process was blocked. I wanted to send simple Christmas greetings but Sendingblue gave me the chance to turn it into a marketing tool.

"FINALLY A COMPLETE SERVICE"

What do you like best?

With Sendinblue I finally manage to work well with all my contacts. One of my favorite things is the newsletter graphics

"First very good, after months of use worse and worse"

What do you like best?

Price, nearly unbeatable , specially as it is NOT based on contacts unlike competitors and the probably best feature is the smtp and transactional email feature, but unfortunately, this is all useless when the customer support and deliverability are not given anymore.

What do you dislike?

Very bad customer support, instead of offering proper help, pushing the fault to the customer, they stop campaigns when the open rate is not according their likings and kill with that ad campaigns that cost you as business a lot of money. when you complain about that then all you hear is , its your fault or get a dedicated IP, why would you then you could send it from your own server.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Sendinblue is a very affordable service, which was the reason we switched, but on the long run, you better off paying more, as it shows in customer support and restrictions.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Email deliverability from our Shop emails, having 1 provider for smpt/transactional and marketing emails, not paying a fortune for how many contacts we have, instead how many emails we need.

Unfortunately though due to the mentioned issues this problems are not really solved.
