"Can't work without it"

What do you like best?

I like the ability to see data from many different sources in one place. as a marketer, I need to see our performance with cost metrics, and only with sabermetrics, I can see CPA by channel (Google, Facebook, Linkedin etc.).

What do you dislike?

auto-refresh not very stable and reliable

Recommendations to others considering the product:

if you work in a small company with no strong BI team yet, create the data you need in one place from various data sources and have visibility of your performance in the best way possible.

"Expensive But Easily Worth It"

What do you like best?

I use super metrics in google sheets and the add on in sheets has got to be my favorite part. Selecting the data to import and refresh schedule is just about as easy as it gets.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could schedule specific queries in a single sheet. Can’t do that right now. Can only schedule every query to refresh at certain times.

I am saving hours of combining data from different sources. With supermetrics it puts it all in for me.

"Simple, elegant, powerful"

What do you like best?

Get the data you need, where you need it, without resorting to expensive, bulky tools.

What do you dislike?

Creating custom visual templates is more difficult.

If you need to access a variety of business and marketing data on a variety of platforms, this is the best tool out there to compile that - especially at their price point.

Supermetrics allows me to access and compile key data reports, quickly and powerfully, across multiple marketing channels - giving me a holistic view of current marketing efforts for clients.

"Very Good Tool for reporting and connecting with other tools"

What do you like best?

Supermetrics has developed connectors with a lot of common marketing tools (AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, twitter Ads, Analytics, Data Studio.... This let us to create complex reports that download data in one place and to save much time. We use the product "supermetrics for Google Sheets", version Pro (there is a free version, only for Google Analytics and a super pro version with additional features. There are two other product versions. From time to time they offer you special discounts.

What do you dislike?

Perhaps that for some reports the data can be download only once a day. The price is reasonable, but if you want more features you have to pay for more than one product. As a suggestion, it would be useful to have this tool in other languages like Spanish.

It's worth trying it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mainly time saving getting data from multiple sources and the posibility to create complex reports in only one sheet.

"Magical Merging of Metrics "

What do you like best?

I love being able to query everything from social engagement data to AdWords to website traffic all within one spreadsheet using Supermetrics.

What do you dislike?

If you build too many queries, you can get lost in the data flow...

Play around with it... it might take a while to map all the data points you want, but it's worth it!

What do you like best?

Pricing is good if you have enough project that need deeper analysis.

"Easy to Use, makes report day a lot easier."

What do you like best?

Our report day is a lot less stressful now. It's all automated now and so simple, we only have to fill in the text.

We can also pull in from different platforms, so we can have everything in one report, updated each month.

What do you dislike?

It did take a bit of time to set up and get used to. Once we did we were away, but you do need to know what you're looking at.

It can be difficult if you have more than one person using the reports. It is not very clear what is a Supermetrics report if you don't know what you're looking at.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reporting is all automated now, so there is a smaller margin of error and isn't so time taxing.

"Supermetrics - one stop solution Data collection"

What do you like best?

Its fetches data from multiple accounts for no time. It can really help to reduce the time for pulling data from multiple accounts. I love the auto-refresh features a lot because we have more than 600 GA accounts with us for which we need to send them to report weekly and monthly. We are using the Auto-refresh feature to share the report with the client with no manual interfere.

Client also happy because they receive the eaxctly on time.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the support system because we have taken the basic paid service which allows the only email support. So if we need any quick resolution we don't get any response for from them and we suffer a lot because of the same mas client will be on top of it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Please provide a better support system for Indian client

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Like I mentioned before it fetches the data from multiple accounts with no time even it helps to share those data at a realtime. We create visualization by connecting this Google sheet with Google data studio and it solves the data visualization at no extra cost.

More interestingly we had prepared different report sheet for different clients and this setup is just one-time work once the setup completed then the data will be automatically refreshed and share with the client with no manual effect.

We can customize the email template for auto sender which is definitely a nice feature to have.

"Extends Your GDS Dashboard Connections"

What do you like best?

Supermetrics is effective in opening up connections beyond Google's immediate properties including Bing, Facebook, Twitter another. They have organized and categorized the element names which is very helpful in locating relevant data fields.

What do you dislike?

Periodically there are bugs and responsiveness can take a bit of time. I have been trying for several weeks to pull in data from the paid side of FB account, but have been unsuccessful in troubleshooting or resolving the issue to date. Also, the organization structure of data fields results in things like a field name from Supermetrics not making a 1:1 match to the field name of Google, so the copy/change source functionality does not work as flawlessly as it could if they match; meaning new charts almost need to be rebuilt from the ground up.

Google Data Studio is utilized as my reporting tool for internal teams. With the help of the Supermetrics connector, I have been able to successfully develop dashboards from many data sources and provide my internal teams with a comprehensive view of our performance and results.
