What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

I wish all new calls, even the ones that I answer would go to my Aircall app To-Do calls, and not be automatically archived to history. This would make sure that any actions associated with a new call does not get missed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best and most flexible phone service you will find."

What do you like best?

We have always been a remote team and Aircall truly allows us to scale our support. Beast features are who easily calls integrate to all the CRM and other apps you use. So sharing call notes, recording etc is fully integrated with native APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Only thing I would like to see improve is the reporting for call tags within the aricall app. We have to download a xl file and then make reports for some of the granular info we report on.

All about the Aircall platform

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a simple and convenient function. You only need to open the app, paste the number in an edit box, then make a call. It even handles international numbers and dial codes by simply selecting the right country. In addition, it automatically removes extra spaces and symbols from a set of numbers, so I do not need to manually delete them for a call to succeed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I encounter some problems when using it with Salesforce, which is important since I use the latter for saving contact numbers. I just simply copy-paste those numbers from Salesforce to Aircall, but it doesn’t work most of the time. I suspect this is because I take some time when saving a number in Salesforce, then making Aircall log such a call.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is useful for saving copies of logged phone calls. And that’s great for tracking sales accurately.

Terrific calling platform that is suitable across industries

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform is extremely convenient to use for administrators and front-end users. It automatically reflects any changes we made in our company. Plus, it has stable communication lines with minimum to no interruptions too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We started having problems when changing to a new customer support system. We still use phone calls, but the price rates of this platform aren’t suitable anymore.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is perfect for our translation services that cater to clients from various industries. It gives us a dependable phone call solution.

"Great phone provider for managing and working in different markets"

What do you like best?

Aircall is easy to use from an admin point of view, as well as a user point of view. Connections were free of disruption. Furthermore, all our internal organizational changes were mirrored immediately by Aircall and its account management team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easier for me to do various tasks at once when I’m using Aircall. The convenient copy-paste feature is a big help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform is prone to hiccups oftentimes. It suddenly fails while I’m working, which pushes me to use my number for calling.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a reliable way for me to efficiently get in touch with product retailers. And that is partly because of its voice messaging feature.
