What do you like best?
After switching from intercom I was afraid if User.com will be a great match. A few weeks later I'm sure, that it's great tool with almost unlimited options.
What's best in User.com?
- great drag & drop in automation
- easy to use and customizable live chat option
- experienced customer success team always willing to help and troubleshoot your problems
What do you dislike?
Support Center - could be full of screencast or GIF explaining how to set up some automation, not only articles.
In the past, we had several minor bugs but always reported it and received a fast reply that task was solved by their IT team!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Contact User.com team and discuss with them your case. They're always happy to help and present you other use cases from other clients that migrated from other tools.
Greatest value was to talk to their support team and ask for some recommendations.
Also - if you are trying to migrate from other tools and you're simply afraid to lose anything - talk openly to their team to get instructions. I can highly recommend talking to Maciej - best User.com expert!

SaaS onboarding process via emails, popups, etc.; CRM; emailing to the user base and Live Chat.
The tool itself is powerful and you can play with it for many hours to discover countless options on how to improve your marketing automation. The support team is always there to help you and recommend some new automation.
