It is very intuitive. It's fresh design invites you to work on the platform. I like how it lets you map user journeys and message them strategically

I wish the email builder was available on their lower plans

What do you like best?

Very easy to use and set up is simple. I can easily provide live support to my website visitors in real-time. It also provides many integrations.

What do you dislike?

Nothing as such. I am pretty much satisfied with this tool.

What do you like best?

As the Sales Lead, there is nothing more important to me then developing relationships and rapport with my customers and new prospects.User.com helps me achieve that by allowing me to personalize messages to potential leads visiting our website, so I never sound automated.

Furthermore the chat bot and live chat features definitely help keep my leads engaged and active, so they don't loose interest along the way. I also love the fact that I can access it directly from my gmail, very easy and practical to use.

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say much really, its much more simple to use, at least for a company of our size as opposed to Hubspot or Salesforce.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to manage marketing, sales and success on 1 dashboard at an affordable rate. Solves the issue of scalability.

What do you like best?

- website visitors' tracking options which help to personalize the message in the right channels and at the right time, i.e we can easier communicate with the trial users and notify them before the trial ends or automatically send email campaigns to those whose trials version have already finished (to be in touch with them or ask them for a feedback which helps us to improve our tool to our potential customes' needs).

- options to easier convert our website's visitors to trial users,

- automation solutions,

- integration with other tools and apps we use,

- clear and intuitive to use interface.

It met all our needs and requirements so far.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps us to find out more about the website visitors and potential customers and improve to convert them to paid customers. User.com helps to act accordingly basing on our visitors' behaviour, so that you know which contact should be assign and delegate to marketing, sales or customer support team. It helps to automate many communiaction processes, i.e. you can send a message and offer your support if you see that a visitor get stucked on a specific page, send your visitors emails with targeted CTA, invite your blog readers to join a newsletter etc.

What do you like best?

I like that User enables the team to be more organized when it comes either to current leads, deals (sales), live chat (support), and overall marketing activities that we undertake. Communication and conversion have the potential to be optimized with User. This is a major game-changer for every marketer and his/ her team!

What do you dislike?

I am happy so far with their offer, the team's support, and the features they provide.

user.com has all the tools to manage our marketing efforts in one place that helps the team to stay on track

- provide great insights

- Online support chatting and bots

- Prepare and publish our marketing campaigns in addition to automated emails with reporting

- The onboarding is very easy to set up

Ability to easily move our CRM from other solutions as hubspot, however the team are very supportive and do facilitate the process

At Hunch we started with Intercom at the early startup stage but decided to switch to User.com as we were growing – we were looking for an all-in-one solution for marketing campaigns, automation, and advanced user tracking. We value User.com, especially as a partner, not a tool.

What do you like best?

After switching from intercom I was afraid if User.com will be a great match. A few weeks later I'm sure, that it's great tool with almost unlimited options.

What's best in User.com?

- great drag & drop in automation

- easy to use and customizable live chat option

- experienced customer success team always willing to help and troubleshoot your problems

What do you dislike?

Support Center - could be full of screencast or GIF explaining how to set up some automation, not only articles.

In the past, we had several minor bugs but always reported it and received a fast reply that task was solved by their IT team!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Contact User.com team and discuss with them your case. They're always happy to help and present you other use cases from other clients that migrated from other tools.

Greatest value was to talk to their support team and ask for some recommendations.

Also - if you are trying to migrate from other tools and you're simply afraid to lose anything - talk openly to their team to get instructions. I can highly recommend talking to Maciej - best User.com expert!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SaaS onboarding process via emails, popups, etc.; CRM; emailing to the user base and Live Chat.

The tool itself is powerful and you can play with it for many hours to discover countless options on how to improve your marketing automation. The support team is always there to help you and recommend some new automation.
