"Great for scheduling with customers!"

What do you like best?

I love that customers can pick a time that works for them, without back and forth. Plus, they answer important questions ahead of time as they schedule, and my conference line info gets included into the invite - so it saves several steps.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of a downside - it's one of the few apps I have no complaints about!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before I had to ask the customer for some dates/times, then compare to my free calendar times, and make adjustments for various time zones. Now, I just include my Calendly link in automated emails to customers, so scheduling is a breeze. It also makes it much easier for my coworkers to help customers schedule with me. Plus, the Zapier integration with it lets me use it closely with Intercom, and it is WAY better than the Google Calendar option - Google Calendar has no buffer time, which I really need, so I can avoid back-to-back appointments.

"Easy way to schedule meetings!"

What do you like best?

I love that as long as I keep my own calendar up to date, handing out the calendly link allows others to easily work around my schedule.

What do you dislike?

If you don't keep up on your calendar or make sure to schedule some buffer time, folks might just schedule an appointment with you when you might not be free!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's a great product! Super easy to use - just make sure you keep the calendar you link it to up to date and you're good to go!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It cuts down on how much back and forth there would be to set up an appointment with the students I meet with. I just give them the link and once they pick their time it's all good to go!

"Awesome tool to gain time scheduling interviews! "

What do you like best?

The ability for candidates to schedule their interviews in my calendar on their own. Say goodbye to the hassle of tons of back and forth emails to endless scheduling and re-scheduling...

What do you dislike?

The platform is not really cute... But what matters most is that it works and is practical.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a try, there is a free trial period. Only risk? You'll get addicted like I did 😉

As a recruiter, I source candidates and write to them hoping their interest get picked enough so that they're wiling to have a chat on the job opportunity I'm presenting. Adding a link to my calendar allowing them à call whenever they wish has saved me tons of useless emails and loads of time!

"The Best Scheduling Tool"

What do you like best?

I first started using Calendly in 2017. From that time to 2019, Calendly has gone through an amazing transformation and its so good to use now. Now, the ability to add multiple people while scheduling an appointment, the ability to share time slots instead of a link is amazing and very useful.

What do you dislike?

The ability to share time slots is great. However, it works well when the prospect is in a time zone ahead of us. If a prospect is behind our timezone, this feature is counterproductive as it only takes the first available slots which might be an early morning for our prospects. Hence Calendly instead of taking the available slots, it should bring a feature to enable users to select timezones and then share the slots. It will be really helpful.

It's the best scheduling tool you will find in the market.

"Calendly takes a lot of work off my hands."

What do you like best?

Calendly was easy to understand and setup for me from the first time I signed-up for it. I have now used it for over a year and in that time,hundreds of customers have successfully used Calendly to book appointments with me without any difficulty.

I am kept in tune with my latest appointment bookings on Calendly via email notification and my customers have rarely had a reason to forget that they have an appointment with me because Calendly will always send them a reminder sms few minutes before the meeting.

What do you dislike?

I am happy with Calendly because it does what I expect it to do for me.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have organized and managed my day to day appointment schedule using Calendly. Since I started using Calendly , I rarely miss meetings and I have spent less time calling ,texting or sending emails to customers and business contacts attempting to confirm appointments with them.

"Takes a load off of my hands"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the fact that I can send an email response to applicants and they can schedule our phone interviews according to their own schedule. It saves a phone call or email from my end and it allows them to feel as though they're more invested in the interview process. I also very much appreciate that it allows me to set multiple blocks of availability each day, since my schedule is extremely fluid.

What do you dislike?

There are still some syncing issues with my Outlook that have caused me to miss a few appointments, and it's very difficult to cancel an appointment from Outlook. I've gotten multiple reports that the messages regarding rescheduling haven't reached the applicants.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This is the biggest time saver. I recruit for a client that has well over three hundred open positions and a high turnover rate, so my first step is an initial phone interview to discuss the specifics of the positions. I've roughly doubled my actual phone interviews in a month, because it seems like candidates take ownership of an interview that they schedule online themselves, rather than one that they've just replied to via email.

"Huge for scheduling meetings."

What do you like best?

I like that Calendly sends timely sms reminders to customers who have an appointment scheduled with me. By simply having a link to my Calendly Page beneath every of my email response, the number of back and forth calls I receive from customers has been cut short.

It is easy to setup , integrates with my personal Google Calendar and thus is able to detect any clashing appointment on my personal Calendar.

Timely email notification every time someone schedules an appointment with me makes sure I am aware immediately I am booked for an appointment.

What do you dislike?

No negative event to mention. Calendly ensures that scheduling appointments is a lot easier for both me and customers of my company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Calendly assist me in organizing my schedule and ensures I am not wasting time making back and forth calls before every appointment.

"Why calendly should be among your tools"

What do you like best?

This tool features a modern and user-friendly interface that lets us have a seamless experience when working on various tasks. Since we started using the tool, you don’t have to rely on the conventional methods of scheduling. The primary benefits of Calendly comprise its incredible integration, simple usability, and mobile support. It integrates with different apps such as Google. Additionally, the tool checks the calendar to make sure we don’t find ourselves the schedule conflicts or double booking. Using the tool is easy, and its contemporary interface provides a seamless experience.

What do you dislike?

The tool is restrictive in google analytics. For example, you can't view the number of people who clicked to plan an event but failed to follow through. Additionally, it’s a bit hard to navigate through the interface. You will take some time searching for menus and settings that are hidden in the clean and slick interface. While it is easy for clients to schedule cents, the tool doesn’t allow you to customize the date selector.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Anyone running a business should have this tool as it will allow him or her schedule various activities. With Calendly, you don’t need to schedule your events or meetings constantly, and this will help your business perform well. This is a great software that facilitates collective or personal programming. It works in correlation with different apps and it’s compatible with all gadgets.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've been using this tool for more than six months at our organization. Calendly makes getting time to meet with business partners a breeze. Working for a remote firm with over 70 workers and a team of 20, finding time slots in Google Calendar can be challenging and time-consuming. With this tool, we can see the free time available for the individual we want to meet. We choose the appropriate time and add it to the calendar. It also sends the clients a reminder to their calendar.

"Game changer!"

What do you like best?

I love the ease of using Calendly. I rarely book clients myself. I have the plugin in Gmail which makes it so easy to email my link to clients. With the mobile app, I can now send invites on the go.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if Calendly easily synced with Mycase but that’s not even close to a dealbreaker.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Try it out first. Very quickly though, you’ll switch to the paid option to have more flexibility in creating events.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I refer my clients to Calendly to schedule their consultations which has eliminated the back and forth in scheduling, saving me time and money. And it’s Stripe integration ensures that consultation fees are paid ahead of time reducing less no-shows.

"Calendly helps me schedule with ease!"

What do you like best?

What I like best is that I can send somebody one of my many calendar links and not worry about anything else - finding the right time, sending them my conference line information, putting it on my calendar, etc. It makes my life managing many clients very easy!

What do you dislike?

The navigation of settings trips me up every time I want to look at something, I think that could be a little easier to find what I am looking to edit. But overall, once set-up, it works really well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am avoiding tons of emails back and forth (which means time and money!) to determine the best time to meet with somebody. I also love that I can exclude "same day" meetings as an option so I am never surprised with a last minute call I may not be prepared for.
