Pros: This is probably the easiest to use accounting software I've ever encountered. Even tho it is loaded with features that could be confusing, they're all very intuitive and come with easy to follow directions and tutorials.
Cons: While it has a lot of great features, there are a few more I'd like to see. I don't like that you're limited to only 25 customers a month for the lowest end, but that's just cheap me, not the software!
Overall: Customer service is over the moon great. Have really enjoyed using the software.

Overall: This is a very good for a small business owner who want to dont have time for office and who like to use technolig and want to get a job done quicky and paid quickly.
Pros: The best thing i liked about this software is that it was created with conceptual thinking of small business, the software has various features and intergrations with third party apps such as paypal, G suite, shopify and stripe which increases the conviniency of payment to both the buyer and the seller. The software also gives the user the ability to customize and brand their financial documents by modifying its logo , colour and design giving the documents a proffesional look.
Freshbooks also has a user friendly intrerface which enables individuals who do not have any background on accounting to be able to use the softtware easily and make configurations that suits their needs.
freshbooks has also designed mobile application on both android and iOs platforms enabling the user to run business anywhere, anytime using mobile devices.
Cons: Although Fresbooks has many robust features it lacks in terms of inventory tracking and vendor management features thus making it less suited for manufacturing and sales based firms. Another annoying thing is that it does not offer batch invoicing feature which is very useful when creating mutiple invoices for the same service to mutiple customers.
Although one can customize the invoice to his/her own liking the options are narrow compared to other softwares.
Overall: Freshbooks is a great software for individuals who own small businesses since all the companys transactions are synchronized across all platforms such as mobile and computer based technologies enabling the business to run smoothly and efficiently.

Pros: This has a great website to create invoices and as well as keep track of purchases made by my customers. I do a small business and quite often uses its app as well. I find it really an advantage because regardless of what I use, either the app or the website, it sync both the app and website at the same time and keeps my transactions updated
Cons: I wish there's a possibility if I could also download my invoice from the app as it is available in the website. However, it is impossible to download the invoice from the app.
Overall: The website and the mobile application are both great and I really enjoy using both. It is also convenient for me.

Freshbooks makes it so easy to track finances for my business, invoice clients, track hours, and more. I am also *so* glad they brought back mailed invoices, as some of my clients need to be reminded via postal mail, too!

Accounting, hour tracking, billing, makes doing taxes REALLY easy.
Pros: I love the ease at which you can track your time and bill it to each project and customer. It makes billing so much easier and more accurate. Just click on the start timer and the clock starts. It allows you to pause and resume if you have to take a break or take a call and then you can continue with your time. When finished just click on submit time entry, select your project or add a new one and customer and it gets added to project for billing later. At the end of the project you have a breakdown and can see all the time spent, and can bill it all or just some of it.
Cons: In the previous version of FreshBooks you could start multiple timers, with the new version you cannot. It was nice being able to have a couple of timers open as I switched between projects during the day without having to stop and submit the times in fragments.
The updated version of FreshBooks also seems a little more difficult with the importing of expenses. Not actually doing it, but getting to them. In the old version they were prominent and reminded me to update and check, now you have to go hunting a bit.
Pros: Freshbooks has good reporting, lots of options.
Cons: There is no way to copy previous weeks input in time entry, which is a common feature in this type of application. even if you weeks look basically the same, you have to manually enter each. It's a pain.
Simple, easy to use, very inexpensive for the features you receive, direct integration with Stripe for quick payment solutions.
