"Great marketing automation platform for ecom businesses"

What do you like best?

Focus on ecommerce for new features, revenue reporting, event-based automations, robust integrations

What do you dislike?

Lack of POS integrations, difficult to track offline conversions, can't store contacts without email addresses. no native SMS functionality

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a lightweight, but powerful ecommerce-focused marketing automation platform, Drip is the way to go. If you are looking for a more omni-channel tool, it might not be the best fit, but with Zapier or PlusThis, you can incorporate more channels into Drip, and at a fraction of the price of a Bronto or Zaius.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sending messages at scale with, deep segmentation has been powerful. Paired with PieSync, I prefer to segment based on custom field data, which PieSync beautifully pushes back into Pipedrive and my other apps. I don't use it with this company for revenue objectives, at the moment, but plan to explore ways to monetize marketing automation in this role.

"Fabulous Marketing Automation Tool"

What do you like best?

Not only Drip is a wonderful marketing automation tool, it's user experience is also fantastic. But most important of all, their support has been superb (especially with the 24 hours online chat). Overall, it's a great all rounder marketing automation tool.

What do you dislike?

Nothing much actually but they do have rather limited email templates to choose from.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Drip for marketing automation purposes and have benefited tremendously from it in terms of conversion rates increasing as well as less work as more things are now automated.

"Great platform - flexible and useful"

What do you like best?

It's an easy to use system with lots of flexibility for all my projects.

What do you dislike?

We've not used it long enough to 'dislike' anything

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Think about using it, it's a great software and it seems to just tick all of our boxes when it comes to makreting automation. I'm sure we're only using 10% of its capabilities so we're looking forward to exploring this software more!

We are making sure that we can integrate a few softwares together and with drip it has been easy. we've used the tagging abilities to really create a great user experience.

"Simplicity and Automation"

What do you like best?

The ease of building an email broadcast and the use of trigger links that make automation easy. And I can set a followup to a day later to resend to those who do not open the first one.

What do you dislike?

Some things are not intuitive and require some investigation to see what is going on.

easy to start and easy to get it up to speed

What do you like best?

- Such a nice clean interface - a pleasure to use.

- Hugely capable workflow engine

- Advanced liquid language support in both workflows and emails

- Chat support readily available and very friendly

What do you dislike?

- A few minor feature gaps (e.g. date triggers in workflows)

- Drip a bit standoff-ish with FB community engagement

It has a very in-depth automation back end built in

The wysiwyg editor could use some work and is sometimes hard to use.

What do you like best?

i love the workflow editor. it makes the software so powerful

What do you dislike?

there's not much to dislike. be great if it had a mobile app but thats it.

regular communication with clients and more importantly future clients. the workflow editor is immense and the connectivity with other software makes it extremely versatile.

"Drip gives us incredible control over our email automations"

What do you like best?

Drip allows us to individuate our emails, yet saves us time because we don't have to go in to each person manually to tailor our message to them.

What do you dislike?

Some of the aspects are rather complex, and take a fair effort to learn how to get them flowing smoothly

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're beginning to learn how to set up the 'workflow' elements, so that the email sequences can be adjusted according to what actions the customers do or don't take – this solves the problems of sending out "blunt" automations which may not have *actually* suited the client's situation.

"Everything You Could Want & More"

What do you like best?

What a fantastic & powerful tool that's also user friendly at a competitive price. After trying several different providers I'm sticking with Drip.

What do you dislike?

I don't like the way they organise the 'people' with tags. I preferred adding people to different lists like in Mailchimp.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use Shopify & thanks to the powerful Shopify integration I've cut my app costs & requirements.
