As a digital marketing agency, we always have online meetings with our clients from discovery calls to reporting. It automates my process of setting up meetings, basically no more back and forth email. Simple interface to work through and the support is amazing. Also, do you know about the zoom integration, it's a time saver.
Would love for Paypal payment option, it would save me if I decide to live in other countries like Dubai. And it would really be nice if acuity could add chat support since at the time of writing this their support is limited to just email. Not even phone support.
It's great software for setting up meetings and it integrates with zoom meetings. Basically saves you time trying to catch your clients and you can use it in your onboarding as an embedded.
Usually what you would do to get a meeting with clients is to send email or messages. That was very annoying and would take multiple sendings to finally decide at what time should the meeting be and if you are doing it locally or through zoom you have to send another email to specify that. Acuity automates all that. You just need to check your account or email and hop on the meeting.
I love the overall ease of use with this software. i find it extremely simple to configure my settings exactly the way I want and my clients find it easy to schedule their services quickly and simply.
Honestly, I have had no issues with this software.
I would without a doubt try it. They start you off with a free trial so you can see the full operations of the software without having to make a commitment to it.
I am very easily scheduling time slots in full to book up my days with minimal gaps. This helps in service related business like makeup artistry. The intro guide to setting up your site is extremely helpful and has honestly answered all the questions for me that I needed. I have never needed to reach out to customer support because the guides help me out before I even get to that point.
I love having this system in my business because it allows me to schedule conferences and work meetings with part or all of my team in a fast and dynamic way. It has a very friendly interface and easy to understand, that just managing it is not difficult or requires great technical knowledge.
I like the way this device shows me all the necessary information in order to know how the management and behavior goes with regular clients and potential clients, I can use this system from my computer to my mobile device, allowing me to be online and to know firsthand the whole movement of my business.
This system is incredibly complete, but I recently reported it to the technical support team, which I do not like the way or the delay of the time it takes to answer any request. Of course I have a promise from them that they are working hard to improve their customer service system. For the rest I have no complaints about this software.
I definitely recommend this system a lot and I think that every company should have it, thanks to this system, we have been able to grow as a company. In short, I am sure that when you buy it you will love the results that you will have in a short time.
Thanks to this system, we have been able to improve our interaction with our clients, allowing them to remember their appointments using emails and sending them the respective reminders through that tool. I can also see all the financial health of my company in real time, it also allows us to examine the behavior of our customers in order to improve our customer service and make better sales.
What I like most about Acuity Scheduling is how easy it is to get started. I only just recently signed up, and already have seen large improvements in my overall lead process . I use Acuity for scheduling initial and follow-up consultations with my business. I love how easy it is to use, modify, and customize!
The only thing I don't love about Acuity scheduling is its dashboard. I'm sure it'll just take some more getting used to, but it isn't quite as easy to understand initially. Otherwise, it's been a great software solution for my business!
I would recommend everyone starting with the free version and then upgrading as they see fit. Acuity is such great scheduling software at an affordable price, plus you can downgrade at any time!
Acuity has already saved me so much time with scheduling! Now, there's no back and forth dance of trying to schedule a call or meeting, and if someone cancels I'm instantly alerted and can send a link to reschedule. It's definitely well worth the price.
Acuity is super easy to use, and I think they've thought of pretty much everything that you could need in regards to a calendar service. They are mobile friendly, and super easy even for clients to use. I love that I can set my schedule, even when it's quite complex (with irregular days and times of availability), as well it's super easy to get all the info I need from clients and potential clients through acuity's onboarding options. If clients need to reschedule their call, or I need to reschedule Acuity has made this super easy! I also love that they're just down to earth, funny and have some of the best copy around (as an entrepreneur this totally sealed the deal for me). I've never had a scheduling problem in the 3+ years I've been using them and I recommend them to all my clients.
They could expand their integrations, I use their zoom integration but haven't totally gotten it nailed down in the way I'd like. But it works. (and it could totally be that I just haven't taken enough time to figure it out - or ask for help from them lol!)

I love how easy it is to use and change everyone’s schedule. It was also very easy to embed the ability to set appointments on our website. The intake form creation process was very simple to make small changes. We anticipate that the ease of scheduling appointments is a great tool for our returning clients.
I used to dislike the lack of features such as having different scheduling limits per user. We used to each have to stick to a default 4 hour before shift which was difficult as we each had a different commute to the office. What I mostly dislike now is the inability to talk to someone when we need troubleshooting help. You have to send in an email and then wait.
You have to be ok with the lack of phone support. This was difficult for me to try to sell to my partners as some of them like to pick up the phone as soon as they have any questions or issues. This of course though is offset by the great price point.
We have solved the issue of constant rescheduling as clients would forget their appointments. We also no longer send follow up emails or texts as the software handles that for us. I push for my
Clients to set up accounts for future visits but since tax prep is a once a year interaction there isn’t much of a desire from clients to do so. We are hoping to better use their retention strategies to reach out to any clients who booked in 2017 but not in 2018. the Intake form option also lets us better prepare for the type of client coming in.
I really liked the ability to embed the form onto our website. I also liked the number of options available in terms of the calendar. One of my favorites it to "pretend your busy" and it takes away some of the appointments.
Integrating Google Adwords, Acuity does offer an analytics plugin along with a custom conversion integration (Which you use for adwords) However in my experience this has been difficult to track the adwords conversions like this. So I wish they would make a dedicated adwords integration.
Acuity has a trial plan you can try. I would just try that first, I am sure you will love it!
Before Acuity we just used a basic contact form which was ok in the beginning. but didn't really give us the solution we wanted as it would get complicated in terms of which leads we had called and which we had not. Acuity has made it easier for both ourselves and our clients to schedule a time with one another rather than repeated missed calls.
I love the ability to schedule multiple classes that run on different term dates and the ease of use! Set up step-by-step was so easy with their walk through and it does exactly what I need it to do.
So far, nothing! I've only been using it a few months and it has been great, really helped me cut down on my admin and, as a bonus, I don't have to carry cash around with me to my classes as I can just direct my students to pay via Acuity. I would like a little bit more control over the customisation of how it looks connected to Squarespace.
The biggest issue for me before using Acuity was taking payments for a single casual class without committing to an EFTPOS machine or a lot of administration. The ability for students to book into specific classes and pay online has streamlined my business so much! No more carrying cash, I know exactly who is coming to the casual class and I can send reminder emails and texts if I want to!
The ability to provide opportunities for our clients or prospects to meet with us online or in person ... or to view demos of our offering. It makes it so easy, I am convinced that people that might otherwise move on, choose to sign up for an online meeting or demo, simply because it eliminates all the hassle of back and forth trying to sync calendars.
It is a little more challenging to set up than I thought it would be. I wish they offered very specific step-by-step plans for how to set up my calendar for 3 or 4 of the most common uses. I just did not find it very intuitive.
I hoping that it will make it super easy for our existing clients and users to sign up for training and for prospective clients to sign up for a demo or consultation.
Ease of set up, clean professional look. Easy to integrate with with website, facebook etc. User friendly for both us and the people using it. Follow up emails and reminders are great. Ability to customize and add business branding is great.
Format on emails sometimes seem a little off when you add additional content to the confirmation emails. Features available on the Emerging Entrepreneurs. lacks a little, but the next step up to Growing Business seems to be too much for our use. A little more customizable options would be great as well.
Great easy to use for small business. Inexpensive, the free option seems like it would fit for a lot of people. We wanted a few extra features that was offered through Emerging Entrepreneur. Easy to integrate with website and social media.
The ability to allow our prospective members to self schedule appointments. The follow up emails removes an additional step for us that we were doing manually otherwise. Saves us time and a lot of back and forth emails with people. We are hoping it will reduce no-shows and streamline appointments.
