"Quick support, multiple functionalities"

What do you like best?

Support is always very quick.

It is compatible to many different systems and easy to integrate

Documentation is very helpful.

What do you dislike?

I'd like to have more demo videos and documentation about use cases, since it is what we use everyday

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We know our clients better since we can interact with them easily, and we can personalize their experience through the different channels we have thanks to the integration with Survicate.

"Great tool to collect client's feedback"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, mobile friendly, excellent support team, and reasonable price compared to other providers.

What do you dislike?

I don't have anything bad to say about Survicate but it would be amazing if there is notification pop up as soon as I receive negative feedback so then follow-up action can be done immediately.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I don't really experience major problem so far but whenever I have inquiries, the support team will be eager to help and respond.

"Amazing Survey and Support"

What do you like best?

The ability to ask survey questions and then ask follow up questions automatically based off responses. The integration with Intercom is key!

You need to pay for access to raw data...

"Granular targeting meets virtually limitless insights"

What do you like best?

The targeting aspect of Survicate lets us pass custom attributes within our SaaS product to ask the right questions to the right people at the right time. This level of granularity makes sure that our results are virtually never in question when obtaining survey results. Furthermore, the combination of the number of survey types to choose from and customizable attributes makes Survicate one of the best survey tools I've ever used. For any SaaS company, client feedback about product, reputation, and service are integral to that company's growth and Survicate helps us quantify those metrics in simple ways.

What do you dislike?

Haven't found anything I dislike. Everything from product to service is great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trying to quantify client perceptions about new features, our service, and overall product. We're a company that's in over 50 markets around the world, so being able to use custom attributes to deliver surveys in the native language of our clients is extremely key. Furthermore, distributing surveys based on business role's is also key when we need executive feedback, for example.

"Very easy to use"

What do you like best?

Friendly UI, Well presented and informative reports. Able to add some logic behind surveys. Able to customize via css..

What do you dislike?

If the solution you need does not come out of the box it might be difficult to find out help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quick updates and customer notifications about new online services. Customer feedback about UI changes and new services. Directly involve our customers in some decision making process through surveys: e.g.: we launch a survey to let our customers name a new service we were developing for them.

Super user-friendly

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Compared to another similar tool that I've used before, this one is very user-friendly and I couldn't be happier with the results I got from this. Won't hesitate to use it again if needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I truthfully have no complaints about this tool, although I do have to say that I've only used it one time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It made information gathering go much quicker. I used this to find out from team members what would be the best time to set a meeting and it only took minutes for me to get the responses. Exceptional.

The app is easy to install and use

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The response rate for Survicate is much better than competitor tools for collecting feedback. The app is easy to install and the product is explained well. The design of the widget perfectly matches our website. You can arrange when the widget appears to make it unobtrusive. It is easy to create custom targeting segments to offer a personalized service. Survicate helps us get useful feedback from our customers and visitors. If you use the data effectively, it can become a priceless asset for your company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are no visible drawbacks. I had trouble with a few features initially, but the customer support agents responded promptly to resolve my doubts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Survicate for testing many hypotheses about our product development. Customer feedback after purchase helps us understand what features they consider important. We also collect feedback on our website about the purchase process. We use exit intent surveys to find out why people abandon our website and why they are not interested in buying our product.

Easy to use tool

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Survicate is easy to use and we are utilizing it to gather NPS (Net Promotor Score) information on our website. Visitors get a screen pop-up and they need to select from three choices which are detractor, passive, and promoter. They can also give their comments if they wish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had a few problems trying to make the pop-up engaging but not annoying to our website visitors. A support agent named Daniel helped us to get things rights by advising on how to amend the settings.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Survicate helped us reach our NPS score target of 50% in 2015 and has encouraged us to set ourselves a a target score of 80% in 2016.

Fast-acting tool

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing I love about this tool is how fast it works. You can very quickly check the pulse of your audience, whether it's feedback on a current product or finding out what they're interested in. It's also got a variety of forms to gather that feedback. I love that I can take my pick from either text answers, a contact form, or single choice feedback. I also think survey respondents will appreciate how the tool allows them to be anonymous when giving their feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Quite frankly, there's nothing about this tool that I don't like. It's an easy way to get feedback. I can't think of a more perfect tool to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has improved how we cater to our customers. Since it works so well in gathering insight, we can tailor our services to meet our customers' needs.
