Apptivo Help Desk software can be run on several platforms like Mac, Window, iOS, Android etc. The software is available as cloud-based one and also in SaaS form. Help desk features included are automated routing, SLA or Contract management, knowledge base management and also ticket management. The tool further includes data level access restrictions and email templates. You can create custom views and edit fields, share sections across apps due to the software being highly customizable. Apptivo Help Desk software facilitates resolving tickets faster and on a consistent basis.You can also set strategies to auto-convert customer emails to tickets to ensure no tickets are missed.

Cost-friendly CRM solution

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Apptivo's support team is fast to respond whenever we encounter issues. They are quick to identify the problem and good at communicating what needs to be done to fix it. They are also receptive to client feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are still on the onboarding process and everything is going smoothly so far. Their support team is providing us with all that we need to learn how to use their product. We look forward to seeing some of our suggestions in the next version of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Apptivo is cost-friendly CRM software that is very easy to use and navigate. Given the number of integrations that come with it, we would say that it is a very good choice.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We love that their support team is easily reachable through chat. We also love that the app is highly customizable and easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when online chat support does not suffice to resolve the issues we encounter. We hope they could provide more support for more complex concerns.

Apptivo is a reliable software for capturing leads, communicating with teammates, and keeping track of exchanges and activities with clients and prospects.

User-friendly software

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Apptivo provides excellent customer support service. Its interface, both in web and app, is user-friendly. It also comes with several great integrations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We like Apptivo as it is, but it would work for us better if it could be integrated with some more invoicing software, like Wave, and would have more stable support for its email integrations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We rely on this software for our daily task and client management

Powerful tool

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Apptivo is an ideal software for collaborative work. It enables us to communicate with our teammates, keep an online copy of our files, and track our progress. It allows several users to work on a single project and manage the tasks together.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We think the built-in tracker can be improved. We would like to see more options for managing the accessibility of tasks in the future. Apart from this, Apptivo is an excellent tool for us.

This software is packed with a great number of functions and capabilities that ensure an easier and more effective way to manage projects. It enables us to collaborate, organize tasks, and share files smoothly and effectively.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have tried a lot of other CRM software before Apptivo and nothing worked better for us so far. They simply have all the solutions we need.

Apptivo is the best software we have come across so far. We have nothing to dislike about it.

Great customer support service

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Their support team is very competent and responsive. We encountered a minor issue while setting the software up and they were able to fix it immediately after they were informed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It could be quite challenging to take on a lot of information about the product all at once so learning how to navigate it fully could also take a while.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this software mainly for clients and lead management. Being able to create an estimate using it is a bonus.

"Quick and helpful support"

What do you like best?

I was working real-time with one of our reps trying to setup their profile. We ran into a new issue during this process that I have not encountered. We used the Chat feature and was walked through several steps to try. We found out the issue was with the browser. Apptivo logged into our account and fixed it for us. Way to go and so quickly resolved!

What do you dislike?

They offer a lot of solutions and knowing how to use them in the best way is sometimes a lot for me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take a trail run , let done if your team use it and look at it to see if it meets your needs.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to use a simple CRM to track activities with our clients and prospects is the biggest reason we use Apptivo. However, we use the estimate section daily and love it.
