Apptivo's support team is fast to respond whenever we encounter issues. They are quick to identify the problem and good at communicating what needs to be done to fix it. They are also receptive to client feedback.

We are still on the onboarding process and everything is going smoothly so far. Their support team is providing us with all that we need to learn how to use their product. We look forward to seeing some of our suggestions in the next version of the software.

Their support team is very competent and responsive. We encountered a minor issue while setting the software up and they were able to fix it immediately after they were informed.

It could be quite challenging to take on a lot of information about the product all at once so learning how to navigate it fully could also take a while.

We use this software mainly for clients and lead management. Being able to create an estimate using it is a bonus.

I was working real-time with one of our reps trying to setup their profile. We ran into a new issue during this process that I have not encountered. We used the Chat feature and was walked through several steps to try. We found out the issue was with the browser. Apptivo logged into our account and fixed it for us. Way to go and so quickly resolved!
They offer a lot of solutions and knowing how to use them in the best way is sometimes a lot for me.

Being able to use a simple CRM to track activities with our clients and prospects is the biggest reason we use Apptivo. However, we use the estimate section daily and love it.
