What do you like best?
Vtiger helps the company to have a place where all important information can be integrated. From Sales to Human Resources, employees can find a variaty of tools and options to work with, so the information can be reached by all levels within the company. The fact that you can find and create templates for internal communications, options to disclose information of our employees, customers and partners, and that it can be adapted to the company's needs regarding a software is always a plus.
What do you dislike?
I have not find anything I would dislike as of yet.

Try to adapt Vtiger to what the company needs. Vtiger offers a way to keep all internal communications integrated in one place. This way the information is available, and can be kept track of it. Plus, it can help you store reports of sales, employees productivity and customer services feedback or commentaries. It can also helps you keep track of changes made by users regarding a particular process.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Since I work for Human Talent, we have used Vtiger for interviews results. We have created a system where all areas that participate in the recruitment of new employees can access the information, and also they can modify it according to their findings during their interviews. Also, for our sales and customer service team, the fact that they can easily find all the information of our clients and customers and also they can see updates made by their peers regarding the sales, are important features that facilitates communication and the management keep track of the productivity of the team.
