What do you like best?

Exotel helps you build a reliable connection with your customers over voice & SMS. It is a re-imaging enterprise communication It is good for call tracking and also to follow up with the customers.

What do you dislike?

Exotel keeps track of all calls if the handover of signal fails then there will packet loss in the recordings by exotel, It tracks and forwards calls based on the time set we have made in the platform

Highly recommend the software to any organizations which highly believe on tele calling as their customer base.

we can use many services like Smart IVR ,conference Management,CRM integration and the best thing is cloud telephony services

Till now every thing is smooth for me call are landing very smoothly.
