Efficient software for daily business

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

CloadTalk is very intuitive and user-friendly software designed also for non-technically skilled people. Integrated dashboard helps to work more efficiently. International dialing has never been easier!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Small issue with initial login but immediately solved by support helpdesk.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Mobile app.

Great tool for international calls!

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Due to my job responsibilities, I need to make a lot of international calls every day. CloudTalk solution was a great finding for me as a perfect tool for my tasks. The only thing I need is a stable internet connection. The best thing about CloudTalk solution is that you have your own dedicated number that people can also call you to and you can answer from your laptop or mobile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing really. All little issues I had was instantly fixed by CloudTalk support team.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I think all I need is already there!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do not have to use different resources anymore to conduct international calls. I can also finally have an international number myself for different people around the world to reach out to me!

Excellent software for businesses

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can set up a call center from anywhere in the world and connect your business in an easy way to reach customers and, with it, increase sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Pricing can improve. The basic package is cheap for one user but there should be some discount when you purchase the software for 2-3 users at the same time.

Quick setup, easy to use, great sound quality

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I was surprised how quick and easy the setup was. It is designed exactly to suit contact center needs. Sound quality is very good. I can always rely on CloudTalk.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Of course bugs appear sometimes but they respond fast.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I can synchronize all of the platforms that I am using and have everything in one place!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I would change so far, maybe I will find something while using it more.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More and more integrations and ease of use - less clicking, more suggestions

To be able to track all the calls and messages as an aspect of performance, but also saves a lot of time

Customer support could use some more work in terms of how useful or polite they are.

Integration with more services.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a financial institution we needed to easily record our phone calls, however Cloutalk offers much more - mostly as a good solution for multi-national call center.
