Great Phone Integration for HubSpot…

Great Phone Integration for HubSpot UsersComing from a background that has had to do complicated dialer-integrations with other CRM's, I've really enjoyed the ease of use with CloudTalk. It's very 'plug and play' (as far as third-party apps go). You don't need to register numbers with Twilio, you don't need to copy pieces of an API to make the UI do what you need... you really just add it from the marketplace, and it works.PS: I haven't used this for any large marketing/sales centers, I'm using primarily for in-bound support, and it's worked well for that purpose. The staff is friendly, helpful, and if the app doesn't have something you may need- they will help you find a solution, and even hard-code entries if necessary.

Happy user of Cloudtalk. Great software.

Have worked in some companies in my career but from recently I start using Cloudtalk and I bet that I didn't have such an amazing experience like I'm having with Cloudtalk. So far to me, it's totally lag free when I use it in my system but would like to recommend them to have a new update of their android application version. The customer service team is amazingly responsive and go ahead and beyond for their service. I'm a happy user of Cloudtalk. Thank you!

Best option out there

CloudTalk easily solved our team's problem with call solution. The app/software is easy to use, smoothly integrate with HubSpot for best management and eficiency. Before getting to test CT we tried many other solutions on the market, and I'm happy to say... the search ended :)

Super Application for customer service needs

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The team is amiable, and they support with all our questions and features. They have the features we were looking for, such as missed call detection, IVR, and call distribution based on languages.
Fair pricing in comparison with similar competitors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have some bugs once in a while! I know that it is natural for companies with rapid growth.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It's hard to say: Perhaps conference call and video call! Probably they have it, but I am not using it yet! ))

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Statistics, Missed calls, agent availability and performance, Tagging, and many more
