"Excellent customer support system with great features"

What do you like best?

The user interface looks brilliant and we managed to work easily without any difficulty. The company has integrated advanced features not found in other competing products.

What do you dislike?

The installation process was bit slow. Moreover, I could not complete the registration process. The company has stopped accepting registrations. I forgot my previous registration credentials. I would appreciate Microsoft SQL Server support in addition to MySQL. The future updates won't be available because the company has stopped development. The company should continue to develop the software by adding new features based on user feedback.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

LiveZilla is a good live chat support system but the company stopped the development. The company should be back so that enterprise business communities can still provide technical support in a closed environment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can now chat with my customers directly and solve their business problems instantly. I can easily navigate to the previous chat sessions easily.

What do you like best?

What I enjoyed the best is the ability to see customers concerns and comments through the site and live chat ability.

What I disliked was very minimal but the ease of the website was a little difficult to get around and get more information.

What do you like best?

its an amazing script for those who are using for chat purpose, mainly it's not much cost also there is a free version

What do you dislike?

connecting speed get little more fast, also design for icons and other still the same as 6 years before when I first use

What do you like best?

In my opinion, LiveZilla offers a lot for our business. We've been using LiveZilla for a while now, and the the level of customer support they let us provide to our clients is a huge step forward. The livechat tool works very well and has sped up our process significantly.

What do you dislike?

LiveZilla really doesn't have negatives in my opinion. Sometimes the live chat can bug out and all you really have to do is refresh.

"Best Livechat Service Out There."

What do you like best?

Our business uses LiveZilla for the livechat services they provide. We're able to efficiently communicate with our clients. This process is much quicker than traditional emailing.

What do you dislike?

Notification popups can be a bit slow at times, other than that, nothing.

"Simple, effective and with the ability to improve our customer service"

What do you like best?

I like the simplicity with which we manage to give effective solutions to our clients, and the ease with which it can be adapted to the interface of the software, other things that I have liked that I can obtain a report of where my visitors come from, take action and eventually, improve the quality of our traffic.

What do you dislike?

Users who have a slower Internet connection may have problems to contact us, I hope they can improve that aspect later.

It is fantastic how easy our customers can communicate with us, I also like that we can solve their doubts in real time, personalization is an aspect that I have also liked livezilla.

I have not presented problems with livezilla or any of its functions, everything has worked as expected.

What do you like best?
