What do you like best?

It is a software that I personally love because I can track all of the clients instantly, I can perform call routing, record calls, JivoChat has a very friendly interface. The work teams maintain communication through Jivo Chat because it is easier to organize our chats and find previous conversations more easily, it is really much easier to share documents and relevant information about our work.

What do you dislike?

I really do not find anything negative, it is a very useful tool when you have to serve your customers in different applications.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend this software if you have to maintain contact with suppliers, clients and work teams, it will make your life easier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

JivoChat is a tool that has made my life easier, I can contact my clients and through online chat, calls, facebook and instant telegram, I like that I can see when a client is writing, it is very easy to find the chats that I have had previously With each client, it has made my life in a brilliant way, I love the option that the phone has when a call is on hold, we can put music on hold and it makes it more relaxing for the client to wait for attention. I really love Jivo Chat.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We love that we're always connected to our customers anywhere and anytime, thanks to JivoChat. It helps us provide fast and excellent live chats using a modern interface that is user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

JivoChat gives us what we need for a great price, good support and in multiple languages, so we really haven't encountered any issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fast and reliable live chats with customers that go to our site for inquiries and other concerns. We're also able to communicate using Facebook Messenger because it's integrated on the platform and so we can track conversations there too. The mobile app is a big plus so we're able to respond at any point of the day and even send an autoreply with answers to FAQs.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to install JivoChat on our site, so we can reach out or get back to our clients a lot more quickly and regardless of their location. This helped us increase our sales rate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

No dislikes at all. Using JivoChat has been seamless, so we highly recommend you try it and see how effective it is for yourself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Increasing our sales and customers through the live chat system and aligning our chat reports and records into one platform, so we are able to compile frequently answered questions for those visiting our site for the first time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's user-friendly and easy to set up while customizing some settings to fit what we need in our team. We're able to integrate with our phone and mail systems too, and that we're able to get instantaneous chats at any point in time from our customers around the world.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have nothing negative to say about Jivo, no issues encountered so far, and have been very satisfied with the performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to acquire a record number of positive sales because we've now been able to communicate with our customers via live chat. Our customer relationships are a lot friendlier and closer so we're also able to easily understand their issues and solve their issues and doubts.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our communication with our customers has greatly improved because we can talk in real-time. We're able to provide assistance and answer any inquiries through chat, mobile messages, or regular calls. It's user-friendly and so easy to set up. The CMS also has a simple UI and we can use another similar CMS.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

JivoChat for me is reliable and I haven't experienced any issues. I have nothing but good things to say about the program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to establish direct communication with the visitors to our page. We're able to use live chat and update our ticketing system while we integrate it with our regular calls and mobile messaging app. It's easy to simply open the chat instead of having to provide personal information. We're also able to set up answers to FAQs and block undesirable users.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it helps me communicate more efficiently with my team and clients. We can reach each other through phone, email, live chat and social networks, where I can share more accurate ads that are targetted through my personal and corporate network.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing comes to mind right now. It's an excellent software for my team and our customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

JivoChat has everything I need in one platform. Its UI is easy to use and to adapt. Even when I'm offline, I can still check data, would-be clients, chat, search and even schedule meetings. I can also discuss some items with my team and align our documents. JivoChat is also secure enough to store our data.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Jivo is a one-stop-shop for all my CRM needs. It's like it's gathered all the features from other platforms to implement on its own system. Regardless of how complex your needs are and your knowledge of coding, I think JivoChat will be perfect for you. The set up is easy too, so for a startup like mine, it was a good experience for us to be up and running with all necessary integrations needed in record time so we can know more about our clients and service them according to what they need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if JivoChat could assign just one customer service agent to us, instead of several. It's great to establish rapport and easier to communicate our issues with the person who already had prior knowledge about our issues, instead of repeating it again and again to different agents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to comfortably solve CRM-related issues and our attempts to reach more customers in unique ways with an affordable product whose features are well worth the value for money.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it automates chats that allow me to encourage potential clients with our service. I am able to communicate with people around the world because it also supports multiple channels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't had an issue with JivoChat and I hope I never will. It's safe for sharing data and communicating across the company and our customers while being able to manage the latter across social media channels using one platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to quickly connect with my team and potential clients around the world. With JivoChat, I am able to reach out to people, share files, integrate CRM, and track visits to the website. I'm able to reach people via one platform and onto social networks including Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram. I'm able to manage my sales and generate even more contacts. All the magic happens in one platform.

La razón principal por la que implementé JivoChat en el sitio web de mi organización es porque tiene una aplicación de escritorio para Windows, que es el sistema operativo que utilizo a diario. Además, también me agrada el hecho de que la aplicación también se pueda gestionar a través de la web. Las otras razones por las que me gustan JivoChat son:
