Their free software covered almost every features you may need in live chat and I've never experience any "down time". C'mon mate, the world can be a better place and those who put hard work into their product should be appreciated. Amazing service and company
It is easy for customers to have a real time conversation with us without being on the phone (although most chats lead to a phone call). I LOVE that we can see what they are typing so we have time to craft a response to shorten their wait time. It also helps us understand an issue they may be having before they even send it. I also see they have redesigned their knowledge base. I was disappointed to see it go, but now I see what they have done to it. I look forward to utilizing the feature again.
Tawk.To as recently been timing out for me if I have not been on that tab. It will start to make its alert sound that signifies it has been disconnected. It is annoying to put it simply.
