Beautiful chat design and super easy to use!

Pros: I love the look of the chat and user-friendly format for both the site visitor and operator. The mobile app makes it a breeze to stay available for longer.

Cons: I haven't seen anything that I didnt like..

Overall: So happy I found this plugin and software. It was so easy to set up and customize to match my business branding and everyone that has used the chat has been impressed. thanks for making my company look so good!

Online Chat service

Pros: Customization was established, friendly user interface and customer support was great.

Cons: Some functions we found free in another chat service like Tawk.to meaning that in Tawk to tracking the site viewers country was easy and even we were offered to download so many interesting reports about site viewers.

Overall: Unfortunately, we switched from Tidio it was expensive and functions were not broad.

Good for live chatting with your clients

Pros: It's good for chatting with your clients live, separating the different chatting agents, etc..

Cons: The fact that sometimes our clients did not leave their email before entering the chat and sometimes we were not notified about the user, this was resolved and now the user leaves the email before entering the chat

Want leads - Ultimate Support Get Tidio

Pros: Our Tidio salesperson minds the shop while we get on with running the company... if there is a question beyond our get in touch, we can then fully engage with the site visitor! Or you can have a staff member right there on hand to start that incredible customer experience journey...

Great coms = even better client experiences. Turn visitors to clients by asking all the right questions - and yes it even has BOTS waaahgt!

Easily installed, attractive chat tool

Pros: This customer interaction tool is easily installed (Wordpress website) and is attractive and accessible. The site visitor (customer) interface is lightweight, attractive, and easily branded with colors, logos, and avatars. The end user (company chat agent) side is also easy to use, attractive, and intuitive. Multiple options are available for agents, including mobile, browser, and desktop app, which serves our flexible agent group well. Overall, I was able to get Tidio up and running, with all agents trained, in one day. The pricing is unbelievable. We have tried multiple subscription levels and now use the free version, but would return to the paid option if we had more agents.

Cons: Multisite management on this tool is not as intuitive and easy as I would prefer. Once we consolidated our sites under one domain, the issue was resolved. However, having to switch 'users' in the interface to manage multiple domains was not difficult, but did not feel seamless/optimal.

Overall: Thankfully, this product is really well-designed and well-documented, because my interactions with customer service have been hit and miss. They are always very responsive, but don't always have helpful information as quickly as they have friendly greetings. I would still recommend this tool as an easy to use entry level chat agent service, however, because it is so beautiful, simple, and affordable.

Good....if you really need it

Pros: Being able to address customer questions and concerns as they arise is a great thing. If you have lots of traffic to your site and you have the capacity to be tuned in all the time or the budget to hire someone to manage the influx of questions, fantastic. If you don't, you might want to think twice about a tool that creates an expectation you aren't likely to be successful in filling. This obviously is not a criticism of the tool itself. If you don't typically have much traffic, you might find that you forget to check this app, or it becomes just one more thing to worry about. I use this app for a couple different websites and experience both scenarios. You have to make that call yourself.

Cons: Didn't find it to be the most intuitive. I actually found that I needed to watch a video to orient myself to it. That being said, it wasn't a huge learning curve.

Close to your customer

Pros: The possibility to customize messages and chat view also with the free plan.

Cons: The free plan as not so many option,but they are enough to make it your way

Overall: Tido let me reach web site users during their visit and help me understand they needs. It bring me close to visitors and clients.

Pros: A lot of integration: hubspot, WordPress, Zapier etc...

Fast Support

Great an fast iOS App

And last but not least a Freemium Version - perfect to Startups

Cons: Love to see MailerLite integrated

The Language Support in iOS is not working

Free On-Site Chat Software

Pros: It's great for what you pay for, which doens't say much.

Cons: Lots of features are hidden behind the paywall which can lead to confusion.
