What are the best aspects of this product?
Richpanel has a single view inbox that lets me view & interact with all customer queries in one place. The tool also display detailed customer profiles next to each conversation making it easier to find context for each customer.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would'nt say anything in particular because if I ever had an issue (no matter how big or small) the team took it up immediately & got it sorted.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see more connectors that can integrate with more third party platforms
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My team used to take a lot of time in answering customer queries. This was because they had to switch screens to look for order details or to switch support channels. These two major issues has been taken care of by Richpanel.
