Provide Support allows its users to add live chat on their websites and provide instant support to their customers. Users can set up live chat in three steps. It provides a downloadable operator console and a mobile app with a set of audio and visual alerts for any incoming requests. It's possible to view all customer information on one screen, look them up on a map and proactively engage new website visitors. Users can customize the live chat window color to match their website design and add their company greeting message and operator photos. Its chat forms have the functionality to let users collect only the data they need from their users. Live chat can integrate with popular platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla, Shopify, and other leading Content Management Systems (CMS). Provide Support live chat software is available for Mac OS, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android, as well as through a web interface.

Good price, simple setup, and good user interface. It is the very only support system I have seen that allows you to link your support button to an existing form on your site. You know... something that simple... even if you use the built-in form/chat editor you will see it has much more to offer than many other places. The result is clean and easy to understand... but the best is the ProvideSupportConsole App you can run on your desktop computer or mobile phone. Brilliant. I recommend this service.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Nothing beats Provide Support in terms of affordability. We were able to introduce the platform to our team seamlessly. With the chat support application, we can implement more guidelines and maximize our resources resulting in an increase in clients as well as profit margin.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, there is nothing that I dislike about ProvideSupport. It gives me what I need, like real-time chat monitoring. Plus, customers can use the app using their smartphone or laptop, so I guess that there is nothing more that I can ask for.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since our company advocates health and well being, we make sure that our products are advertised and sold effectively. With the help of ProvideSupport, our customer service team can reach out to our customers by helping them determine the products that are essential to improve their health. Sales monitoring is a breeze; that is why we love this platform so much.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My company has been using this platform for almost half a decade already. It performs smoothly, for we only seldom experience downtimes or bugs in the system. It comes with all the essential features to ensure that all concerns are resolved upon initial contact. The platform allows us to issue service tickets to our clients to ensure that concerns are tracked and resolved systematically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We tried using several other LiveChat software before; however, none of them provided above-average results as compared to ProvideSupport. So far, this is the best software in town, so we will be sticking with this product until we find something better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ther is a lesser number of phone calls about customer complaints. All chats are answered ASAP. Multiple concerns are addressed all at the same time. Our productivity has never been better before. ProvideSupport is worth recommending because it takes customer satisfaction to the next level.
