"Accessible and easy to use"

What do you like best?

• Free to use, the most needed functionnalities don't need to be paid for to be used

• Visually attractive, the colors are great, the details are subtle but improve the app visuals

• Everyone can use it, it's easy to learn and easy to use

• Every functionnality of Miro is useful and can be used in many ways to express what you want to do

• The team sharing is effective

What do you dislike?

• You can't set the zoom as you want when clicking on an Inboard link

• Gets a bit laggy on bigger board, but you have time before it happens

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You can test it freely and see if it fits your needs

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I needed to represent the wireframe of our application, and Miro had all the tools necessary to create it. It was quick and easy, and I had many options to represent the details of the wireframe. It's a great tool that I will recomment when comes the time.

"Brainstorming in one place"

What do you like best?

We were looking for an intuitive tool to translate our ideas, especially in the initial part of design projects and creative, we tried several tools but we stayed with looked at its simplified interface and that allows you to have a canvas where you can organize each of the design projects. It is super useful to be able to work with maps or canvas with your teammates, you can see each of the changes that are generated by your teammates in real time, each one can add their ideas or comments, this makes it really fluid to translate and organize the ideas in our team.

You can easily add text, links to other pages and even graphics to improve your reports.

What do you dislike?

I consider that the free version has many limitations especially when working with different projects.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

To all the people who are looking for a good tool to express their ideas, make canvas and be able to work as a team on the same canvas, use miro.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We currently use it to capture when the design team is brainstorming at the start of projects, as usually some members of the team do not coincide with the schedule, is very good because the members who are in the office open the canvas and are capturing their ideas and other members can be remotely contributing to the canvas and we can all see the respective changes in real time.

"An excellent platform for the development of business ideas"

What do you like best?

Miro is an excellent platform for the development of ideas, in my personal experience it has been a great tool for the organization and management of ideas through rains of group ideas. The tool allows creating an interactive and visually appealing workspace that can be implemented for many applications. The system works excellent in group and the video calls integrated in miro work with a surprising quality. The collaboration in real time is fantastic and provides group members with an ideal place to develop ideas for projects, communication is fantastic and there are no problems with communication through video calls, at least in my experience using the app. The templates that it provides seem fantastic to me and represent a huge utility, they can be used to organize ideas and projects, organize individual or group tasks while having an integrated chat very useful for the discussion of projects. The platform offers a place where you can even store your files, such as manuals, spreadsheets, pdf files or any document that is useful for the development of the project.

What do you dislike?

For now I am quite happy with the features that I offer, from my point of view I think they could add more templates, but I also think that the ones that the app already provides are quite good

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a incredible app, I higly recomended it

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The implementation of Miro 3 months ago in my place of work has led to the group organization of my colleagues and I in multiple projects, it is really fascinating how I can create a very interactive and easy to use work platform.

Sticky notes go digital in a good way.

Pros: Yes, it reminds me and my team was using sticky notes throughout all boards, it is just digital port of it. I like how they are trying to make this board so familiar which pays off.

I feel comfortable with the UI, and with a template, it is fast to start. All the templates are just in front of me it is easy to start.

Let's start tutorial is popped up when I opened a template with the video tutorial. Which is just so handy to have.

Cons: I prefer more like board UI then this. So, if I have to add another "Do it later" field I have to see the manual and do it manually. there is no selecting/duplicating the whole collum, which is a pain. Customise needed more features.

"A solution to collaborate in a distributed way."

What do you like best?

I love Miro, from my point of view I think it is a wonderful tool for the development of ideas collaboratively and dynamically. Miro is very illustrative and easy to understand, it has multiple options for creating maps and models that help shape ideas intuitively and visually. The tool is useful to add and capture ideas of all kinds, the interaction with the members of the working group feels fluid and not at all cumbersome, and the task of generating brainstorming for future projects is simplified the effective way with miro . The notifications work quite well, and one or more specific people can be announced in real time while planning the projects. The program works great with video conferencing, the platform offers a reliable and optimal system for communication over time that also results in an instant messaging system that works quite well. When it comes to integrating files such as spreadsheets, documents and power point presentations, it is excellent and well illustrates both the development map of ideas, digital sticky notes and documents to be used.

What do you dislike?

nothing to comment, I am currently quite satisfied with Miro

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do you need a collaborative tool? Do you have productivity problems? Little order and development of ideas in your work environment? Give this application a try, I assure you that you will not regret it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In a general way, I could comment that Miro has been a tool for me and my colleagues that we have recently implemented and we have noticed that it has been contributing a lot to us. Miro for us means simplicity, productivity and speed when it comes to executing tasks, designing projects or evaluating ideas. Miro has many applications, but from my point of view I think that where we have taken advantage of the tool is with its map system that allows creating brainstorms, it is a characteristic that my colleagues and I implement in our daily work.

"A very useful and flexible tool to manage."

What do you like best?

I love this system because it provides me with simple and basic elements that are very good if we compare it with other systems. Being able to use applications directly is one of the things that I like very much.

The interface of this system is easy to use, where I can also use various forms of messages, in order to give a different meaning using the colors, this system is without doubt a great help for my business and I feel that it helps me a lot, it also allows you to see your work team make changes in real time, and much more.

What do you dislike?

I think I can say that this system can be improved a little more, of course I do not say that I do not like it, but for example there are elements such as tables should be allowed to draw some lines both vertical and horizontal with the pen.

We have also realized that using templates from scratch can be a bit cumbersome. Unless you already have a clear idea of how you want to see things, without getting overwhelmed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Being able to test this system for a short period of time will be very rewarding, since you can see all the benefits that this system brings for your business. And if you know it, you know it's worth having it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Undoubtedly using this application has been very beneficial for everyone in the company because it allows us to work anywhere we are remotely maintaining normal communication and understanding during the work.

This system is also very useful for writing down ideas and putting important notes. Using this system allows you to see anything and so get to guide your team in the best way possible and in a short time without trying to create slides or flowcharts.
