"Best predictive dialer, best value"

What do you like best?

Best predictive dialer I found on the market - I tested other predictive dialers including Five9, Ytel, PhoneBurner, and many others and this dialer was by far the best and was less expensive than just about every other system I tested.

Excellent Customer Service, Instant Setup

Great sound quality

We liked how easy it was to use will very little agent training required.

There are too many great features to list but I will share a few that we are thrilled with.

It saved me a lot of time because its easy to use

he system was very user friendly, great for an non-tech guy like myself

What do you dislike?

Can't say I have any complaints, but if i have to say something a better management when using slow Internet connection.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I have worked with several dialing systems over the years and have found that call tools is one of the easiest to use.

What do you like best?

Below are the things I like most in Calltools is Below.

1. It is a one of the good tool for making a predictive dialing over a web app with great connectivity and better flexibility.

2. CallTools main feature is that it list management with list scrubbing, recycling and list export by that user can able to store and manage their contact lists from a central location.

3. It has great feature of call recording in it so it helps us to make any supervision on before call make quality on behalf of training purpose.

4.Its interface is good and audio quality is also good to make calls.

What do you dislike?

Some of thing I does not like in it these are below

1. The leads uploading process is too confusing while uploading leads there is some mappings are too confusing so if there any easy process please apply on calltools

2. It require a great connectivity for making a call over internet.

3. It Require a some specific internet services provider to make connection in it other wise it will not work

Recommendations to others considering the product

Yes I can recommend it to other users because it has a great connectivity with super features

What do you like best?

It's great to call massive clients at the same time, and campaigns can be assigned to my employees to ensure they are as productive as possible. Excellent cloud, fast, efficient, safe, it helps me a lot with all the functions that it includes

What do you dislike?

We've experienced no disappointments. There have been questions along the way but all questions were answered and taken care of immediately. So we have only good things to say about Call Tools.

you can use it without problem, it is easy to use

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

First, I can make a conference without being literally present with other people in one place, it saves me time and money, with CallTools I can contact more people in less time, besides I do not need conventional materials to make a presentation, I just need to have my PC and be inside CallTools to show my information.

"Great for speed dialing"

What do you like best?

Today I had to assist the telemarketing team. I was tought on how to use Calltools. The was a major number of clients to call . For what I tried I noticed the software is very easy to learn, it has excellent cloud, fast, efficiency, works with Mac OS!!

What do you dislike?

Since it is web based, the call quality depends on the internet connection. So, NONE that I can think of

Make sute to always have a stabl connection. It's web based.
