CallTools is a futuristic call center management solution designed for small and large businesses around the world, such as BPOs, telephone marketers, contractors, sales and customer service centers. The software offers a host of options for its user’s business including modules like predictive dialing, preview dialing and more. Further, Calltools includes real-time review and call recording options, enabling managers to monitor the performance of individual agents and the entire business in an efficient manner. The detailed reports offered by the software enables call centers to monitor total calls, active campaigns, live calls, abandonment rates and more. It records detailed call lists including caller IDs, timestamp, duration, and voice recording. Organizations can mask individual calls, enable telemarketing-based auto dialer and use group DID matching services as well. The software offers active integrations with 750+ apps like Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, Base and more using Zapier. The business SMS messaging feature within Calltools enables lead nurturing processes in an efficient manner.

The back end support and their timely response to address issues.

I enjoyed using their dialer software…

I enjoyed using their dialer software for over 1.5+ year. It's perfect for my small business who was making around 20,000-30,000 calls per month. The thing I enjoy the most is it is robust and its customization features. The support team was super helpful in answering my questions when I need help starting out. I really enjoyed the training and the oboarding process as well. I recommend anyone who's looking for a powerful power dialer to give CallTools a shot.

Plug-and-play format; super easy to use and navigate. Great price and excellent customer service. Chanie and the rest of the team are great. Highly recommend d calltools!

No app from what I’m aware of yet. I’m told it is in development.

I really like the responsiveness of my account rep Chase. Always as the always helpful support team. I have worked with multiple different people and Kevin has always done a great job.

What do you dislike?

Nothing that comes to mind. Call tools does a great job.

I am able to call a lot more potential clients in an extremely organized manner. From being able to check status of phone numbers and such makes me more efficient as well.

"CallTools has been very reliable and has made us more productive."

What do you like best?

CallTools saved our inside sales team TONS of time by allowing them to make several phone calls at once versus hand dialing. The efficiency level of our team has drastically increased and continues to increase as we become more familiar with the system.

The only negative was uploading leads into the system
