Pros: This software can be a CRM, track sales/jobs and be used as accounting.
Cons: It is bulky, it takes multple clicks to be able to input a comment from a customer. Also it goes down semi regularly
Overall: If it was give to you for free maybe give it a shot. If not find a new CRM
Pros: I like that netsuite offers covers to every aspect of your business. It handles accounting functions, inventory, planning, manufacturing, and so many more. It really is all encompassing and you don't need anything else to run your business. I like that it has some creative features like the ability to screenshot quickly and send a message to other co-workers to refer to something specific. The capabilities for reports and insights into your business is also a major plus. Overall, with some training and common sense it can be easy to use and train others on.
Cons: The interface is not very user friendly, and doesn't feel modern. There are very few shortcuts that make the platform efficient and you have to do a lot of basic data entry/repetitive clicks when there could be an easier way to streamline processes like receiving large po's with hundreds of lines.
Pros: Its a great tool to keep tabs on where any products are.
Cons: Its not the easiest thing to use and can be very clunky
Overall: Its great, though unfortunately we don't use it as well as we should.
Cons: The user interface can be better. Also native dashboards and charts are barely adequate.
Overall: It has helped us tremendously as we have multiple subsidiaries. Helps us get through audits easily. The CRM and support feature have been excellent too.
Pros: It is an overall cloud based solution. You do not need to hire hosting services , ecommerce platform, financial platform, ERP and CRM are all hosted under the same roof. This avoided going through thrid party integrations which results in slow websites and headaches dealing with more than one company.
Cons: The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
Overall: All in all it was medium. The engagement is the overall soution they offer which is a hook for buyers and a plus.
Pros: I like that you can set it up to your preference.
Cons: I do not like that it crashes often and you have to be very specific at times at what you enter in the search option.
Pros: As a user we keep track of time and expenses, easy to input and customize own screen

Pros: The interactivity. It provides for a number of interfaces that cross over.
Cons: Nothing so far. The only problem lies in the other workers using it!
Overall: We provide services for attorneys and court reporters. The communication is immediate and thorough.

Overall: Was good for our business at the time, but challenging to get adoption at scale.
Pros: Netsuite is a solid CRM system and has provided a consistent experience, our IT team has the ability to make changes in realtime.
Cons: The level of customization is limiting, potentially due to the nature of the organization structure that I am working under and it's demands. I would say it isn't the most 'attractive' interface if you were to compare it a SalesForce or something simliar, 'feels/looks' outdated
