"Fundamental for my job"

What do you like best?

Its a very easily understandable chat tool with everything well organized in separate charts where you can dind how manu chats you are dealing with, settings info on the contact etc...

What do you dislike?

*nothing at all but apparently I dont lnow why I sometimes cant see where the other person is tipyng it is probably a problem of my pc

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go ahead when it comes down to help desk services because its pretty intuitive

Contacting customers lively on chat And being capable of fixing their problems at once. I can deal with several chats too

What do you like best?

LiveHelpNow is easy to use without any issues. The notification sounds are helpful during busy tasks. They also offer plenty of customization options.

"Wonderful product"

What do you like best?

Easy to navigate and simple to use. Great product! I would definitely recommend to other employers. Best live chat, email, knowledge management.

I honestly don’t dislike nothing about the product it’s simple and fast love it easy to navigate

"One of the best platforms for live chats"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to view who is on the site and the quick access that I have to knowledge and info about my company policies.

What do you dislike?

I think that the overall feel is a little outdated. I think they should improve how everything looks, and make it more aesthetically pleasing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been able to provide customer support in a very effective way. I have seen my productively skyrocket as I can chat with multiple clients at once.

"Live Help Now is awesome"

What do you like best?

We use Live Help Now to chat with potential clients as well as answer questions and inquiries they may have without actually having to call.

What do you dislike?

The only issue we have is that I can not respond to inquiries through my email and the chat system app isn't very easy to use.

You should highly consider this product. They have great support and are easy to access. Their pricing is also great!

We use this for chat sessions as well as inquiries and tickets. It helps some of our clients that don't want to call us, to use this service and get an answer from us easily.

"Great for Customer Service"

What do you like best?

I like that you can see the clients information of where they are loggin in from along with their email.

What do you dislike?

I think it is a great app, there is nothing I dislike about it.

"Simple and Pratical "

What do you like best?

LiveHelpNow makes online chatting simple and use friendly. Since we have been using livehelpnow we have had more people on chat than calls coming in.

What do you dislike?

The one part of the software that I do not like is that there is no way to make a certain user with greater knowledge higher no the priority list for callers. It would be nice to have a way to have most of the calls to one person rather than having it run round robin.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you are considering something practical for online chats and knowledge base, LiveHelpNow is what you need. My company has been using this software now for years, and we love the ease of use, and the support behind it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are cutting back on phone calls, and that helps free our lines up for people who have more in depth questions, and need more time spent on the line for support, rather than looking for a quick answer.

"Experience With LHN"

What do you like best?

Interface is very user friendly and very comprehensive, it is easy to use and to teach others to use. Helps us take good care of our customers in a timely manner.

What do you dislike?

Reporting could improve, for example, it would be niece to have the time it took to answer an individual chat, how much it spent in queue, etc.
