I like it a lot because it facilitates communication with my clients and prospects. The interface is super friendly and allows me to carry out my activities without difficulties. Additionally, the cost per number of users is relatively low in relation to the use I give it. In conclusion, communication with my clients is everything.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

In general, support tends to be slow when requesting a change of numbers due to spam.

It helps me maintain a close relationship with my prospects and clients, as they generally do not answer calls from unknown numbers or those that seem like spam. With Aircall, we get rid of that problem.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I appreciate the simple interface of Aircall, it is super easy to use and very reliable. The initial setup was super easy, I downloaded the application, use it in the web browser, and it worked immediately. It was really easy and super simple, I understood it right away.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

I have some clients whom I call, and I can't get through because they have blocked me or my Aircall number is blocked. It would be helpful if one could automatically be assigned a new phone number when blocked somewhere.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I like the Aircall interface and its ease of use. It is very easy to make calls, unlike other systems that require opening endless option menus. I also appreciated that the initial setup of Aircall had no issues and was very quick.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

I think they could improve the callback function so that you immediately know which user called previously.

What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find it easy to make phone calls with Aircall due to its simple interface, unlike other complex systems. We improve customer contact by choosing Aircall.

Intuitive, Snappy UI with Seamless Hubspot and Intercom Integration

What do you like best about Aircall?

The UI is very nice and simple to understand. I am using it along with integration against Hubspot and Intercom, so really nice to get the call data transfered into Hubspot along with the post-call notes. The program loads quickly and has snappy responsiveness. The return on investment has paid itself tenfolds already. No onboarding was needed cause the intuitiveness of the software itself.

Sometimes the sidebar does not show up after a call. And sometimes I do not hear clients that callback
