What do you like best about Aircall?I find Aircall practical and easy to use once I understand how it works. I use live calls, call recordings to verify information, and the keyboard during calls. I use it for customer service, booking appointments, and communicating with the medical centers I need to reach.What do you dislike about Aircall?I wish Aircall managed the sound proactively. Sometimes I can’t hear anything, and other times the sound is too loud. Adjusting the volume myself doesn’t help once I’ve already heard a very loud or very low sound. I’d like to be able to predefine my preferred volume so Aircall can adjust it automatically for each call, since the sound varies.What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?I use Aircall to communicate with the medical centers I need to reach.

What do you like best about Aircall?I love that its interface is super user-friendly; I have no trouble using it at all. It makes contacting my prospects much easier, especially with so many numbers.What do you dislike about Aircall?That the numbers go to spam and, when I want to change them, the support staff takes a long time to respond.What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?Firstly, it handles the telephone service very well, as its price allows me to have 8 different phone lines, which helps me have varied numbers. Additionally, the AI summarizing the calls is very useful for quickly and securely reviewing each conversation with the generated transcription. Overall, the work speed is incredible.

It displays and relays information, keeps track of data, and makes data available when a supervisor, lead, or anyone else asks for it. I also like how it looks: the buttons are big, the display is good, the fonts look nice, and it has a good presentation. The information is accessible, and working with it feels seamless. What do you like best about Aircall?Being able to listen to calls again is an incredible benefit. If I forget things or specific details, I have the possibility to listen to them again and clarify everything. Also, having different lines helps a lot to generate new calls more successfully.What do you dislike about Aircall?There are times when the calls take a while to be saved, and that's why I can't find them when I search for them.What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?It helps me a lot to keep in touch with my prospects. Its interface is user-friendly and allows me not to get lost within the system. The AI also helps me a lot by summarizing the calls, so I don't have to read everything from start to finish.

What do you like best about Aircall?I love that Aircall has just implemented the WhatsApp feature. It's very useful because in my job, WhatsApp and personal numbers are always used for communication, and now I have a secure means to handle calls with a call log and the option to assign requests. I also appreciate that calls are recorded and the log report is very useful. The initial setup was simple, although I still have to learn more about the functionalities, but for now, I give it a 10 because it is very practical for my work.What do you dislike about Aircall?The callback icons activate very quickly when I was just checking the log. I would like their visibility to be in a section with more space or further away, not so close to the moment when the log is checked with the mouse pointer from the history on the left side in the desktop program.What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?Aircall allows me to have a dedicated number for work-related matters, with a call log and the WhatsApp feature to handle requests securely and assign them.

What do you like best about Aircall?I like that Aircall lets us handle all our business calls and texts in one place. The ability to modify and create new call flows is really useful for our team's communication needs. The multiple login options, from the phone app to the web platform, make sure we’re always available without needing extra hardware for our team. I also appreciate that the initial setup of Aircall was extremely easy. Moreover, integrating it with HubSpot and ChatGPT works smoothly.What do you dislike about Aircall?I find it frustrating that Aircall has limitations on transferring larger files and pictures via the app. It would be much better if the platform could handle files larger than 5MB.What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?Aircall lets us manage multiple phone numbers and workflows with single sign-on. We enjoy the flexibility of logging in from any device, ensuring we're always reachable without extra hardware.
