What do you like best?
I love that this is an all-in-one solution to marketing, website integration, emails, customer journeys, surveys, plus so much more! It really connects all the dots between the Zoho apps used in marketing to fully nurture leads. It opened up a whole new world for me and my team so we can automate more, and keep us focused on the bigger tasks we deal with day-to-day.
What do you dislike?
This app has a lot of layers and integrations giving it a big learning curve. It took me a while to figure out and manage, but thankfully the Zoho team has been helpful with one-on-one sessions and their webinar series.

Use the trial and see if it's something you can fully utilize.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm now able to have an intelligent customer journey that is fully automated with text messaging, emails, CRM talkback, tagging and really just opening up a whole new world for how we communicate to our leads and buyers. Smart Pop-ups for my website is a problem solved. I like that the embedded code from Marketing Hub on my website keeps things very easy so I don't have to utilize third-party plugins from Wordpress. Make changes in Hub and refresh my website and boom! it's live.
Tying in all of the apps and features solved my biggest dilemma since starting with Zoho. As a small team of employees, this allows us to operate as if we were a massively large scaled company. You would think we were a team of 100+ people. :-)
